This is a liquor store that also has a pizza oven. The pizza is a 6.5 bar style pizza. Better than your usual carryout chain pizza. They use lots of sauce and cheese on their pizzas. No need to ask for extra. Pick up only no seating. read more

First impressions?? Was told this was the best in town. So called one day from the car and asked what kind of specialty pizzas they have. "We don't have specialty pizza." Didn't feel that asking any other details was going to net much more so I just said that I was driving and I'd look at the menu when I got home....without a pizza. Called while looking at their menu. "I would like to order a pizza," I said. "Can you please hold?" CLICK! Disconnected. Don't know if theirs are the best in town. Will never know..... read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas with various toppings on each when we had friends over last night and they were great! Both pizzas came hot and within about 30 minutes or so. We were told 30-45 min , so no issues there. Luckily we had cash because they do not take debit or any cards over the phone for delivery. Only cash if delivered and pizza is a little pricey compared to chain pizza places but soooo worth it! We ordered a 16" 2-topping and another 16" 4 topping. Pizzas came to 39.40 and we tipped $5. We almost could walk to this place we are so close but I'm sure we will order from here again. I'm not sure why we never think to order here but these pizzas were wayyyy better than Dominos, Donnatos and Little Cesar's! I even thought it was better than Cassanos has been lately. The closest in comparison I think is it's like Catenzaros pizza, which we like a lot as well but they don't deliver where we live. If you haven't tried this pizza it's a definite "must try!" read more

This is state liquor store with lots of other alcohol products, and also has really good pizza and subs. The down fall about getting a pizza here is that you have pay at the same line as the people paying for alcohol. read more

Have lived in Springfield the majority of my life and have never had their pizza until this year! What a treat!! Pizzas are delicious with fresh ingredients! Always a plethora of toppings on the pizza and hot! Love that they deliver after 4pm!! Highly Recommend especially when tired of the typical chain pizzas!! read more

I love this place! The may not carry the beer I drink, but at least they carry the vodka I like. (Unlike Wine Works) The service here is outstanding, and the pizza is amazing! What else could you want in a liquor store!! read more

Came in town today to visit family and they said we had to try their pizza. Wow! So so good and not skimpy on the toppings! Honestly, my fave is Cassano's because they salt the crust, but I may be changing the ranking here and putting this pizza on top. read more

No dining area. Fair prices on a decent liquor selection. Beer selection is quite limited; same for wines. VERY good pizza, and if you shop here when hungry you'll be hard pressed to not put a food order in! I would avoid coming in during their last hour open though- nothing but riff raff and ghetto people. Lock your car doors too! read more

So I was really happy when I saw that this was going to open right around the corner from the school at which I teach. I was in on the Grand Opening day (Friday, Mar 3) and the place was hopping at 645 am. The service was quick and my peanut butter latte (nonfat) was served quickly and it was HOT. The expresso machine can be a tricky machine and shots can go wrong right away, it was great. The café was full, there were students dressed like they just woke up (who I would see later dressed better at school) in line behind me. Students were coming in to school with Scout's cups and drinks in hand. They all said the same thing, they were happy with the product and the price. I failed to mention the biscotti that I purchased. It was outsourced somewhere locally and it was really good too. They have paired well with a local baker. The dude in charge (I think he was the manager) was running bagels from the back while his staff was cranking out the drinks. It was great. I went back this morning (Mon) and it was quiet. I got the same service and got to talk to the dude (Tony). He is very proud of the café that he, his sister, and other partners have created. It was clear that he was excited about the business venture. They have some flavors at the bar that they must be experimenting with , they were not on the menu and will probably not be around long. I had a Toasted Marshmallow latte this morning and it was even better than the PB one. It was really good. Service was quick and friendly. Everyone seemed awake, not grumpy. Many times morning employees can be very unfriendly, but that was not the case here. It was a great experience. I am used to coffee house type experiences in Columbus, and the SHort North. Scout's has a great opportunity to be the neighborhood place. I hope the locals all stop in on their way to work. It was clean, it was inexpensive (cheaper than Columbus prices) and delicious. I can't be positive enough on how good this is. I wish something like this had been around for years, but hopefully it will be until I retire. Good luck to the owners. Welcome to Northridge. The girls working were friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to answer questions and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. As two moms meeting for coffee with young children, we especially appreciated that they offered smoothies for the kids. While the flexible/ inclusive seating options at this location were somewhat limited, the space was so warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed that it didn't matter. The atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together. Great drinks, great service, and a cozy environment that encourages you to stay awhile. We'll definitely be back.
