We came here with friends for the buffet. For pizza, it's a little pricey, but it is all you can eat and includes a salad. The two of us would typically eat one large pizza, which is about five dollars less than what the buffet is. They do a fairly good job of keeping the buffet stocked, but they also do a really good business. So, frequently in between new pizzas coming out, it can be slim Pickens! It's a well maintained store, with friendly people who are always willing to assist! Casual atmosphere, well lit and always clean. Today for lunch we finally caved and ordered a Spicy Veggie Pizza with a thin crust. Also ordered were cheese sticks. The pizza wasn't too bad - it is Pizza Hut, so there is that. For being advertised as a spicy pizza, though, it is indeed that. The pizza had a nice bite from the red chili peppers on top as well as the spicy marinara sauce. Being so thin, though, the pizza could only be loaded down so much. The Spicy Veggie comes with mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and spicy peppers; all toppings were well placed and well balanced. Ok, I have never been a huge fan of ANY of the huge pizza chains, but my trip here today for lunch put a good taste in my mouth! I have been seeing the lunch buffet at this location advertised for for some time and finally made it in to try it. Everything was really good and fresh and the value was outstanding. For $11 and not much change I had a great lunch. Also notable is the great customer service here. Daniel, who I assume is the manager visited each table to make sure everything was good. He also did a last call before they broke down the buffet. The other 3 people I saw working here were hustling at a level one seldom sees anymore, all to help keep everyone fed and happy! Ordered and came into the store, was told to re do the order as it didn't go through. I did, then it didn't go through again and wasn't told for about 30 minutes, only figuring out cause I hadn't had any updates or any food. Went to ask, talked to evening manager, Charlie, and he started giving us how we can try and use the deals, then a buddy of mine comes up and says that the account was charged. We talked and argued with the manager, saying it wasn't his fault and how was the new guy suppose to know to tell us, yatta yatta. We told him the only way he is suppose to know is that he (the manager) should teach him as that's his job. Then he hits us with "Well it's not my fault you don't have money in your account." And man, did that cause a ruckus. Obviously I am not happy with this guy's behavior, lack of respect, nor his attitude. He was making excuse after excuse. He said that we will need to wait 3-5 business days to get our $200+ back. The $200 was the amount of money that we gave to Pizza Hut in the 2 orders. I usually love Pizza Hut, and I love Pizza Hut and it's continuing success, but I do not want a iconic restaurant to be known for employees, even more managers that are causing a ruckus and saying things about the current situation of our own personal money situation. I really hope that Charlie finds how to take responsibility, and teach the employees under his command. read more

God I love the pizza hut app. Talk about convenience! I order via the app, and drive over to pick it up from their drive through. The Hut is at a great location from my home, as well as if I would stay at the Great Wold Lodge or the Gaylord Texan. We usually go with stuffed crust and 3 toppings. Pepperoni, banana peppers and chacon. Another great item here are the wings. I do think they are a bit pricey but boy do they taste good. Our favorite is the Hawaiian flavor. They had different pizzas, pasta, salads, breadsticks, and desserts available at the buffet. It was pretty busy on a Friday at 11:30. The workers were all super nice too. Food was hot, well stocked with different varieties, bread sticks and cinnamon desert sticks. Salad does not come with buffet which is another draw back. I had been wanting to try the buffet here for a long time and finally got the chance. The price was fantastic at $23 for two buffets with drinks. The employees here were all very nice and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and someone would come around and collect plates fairly often but without being intrusive. Now for the important part, which of course is the pizza! Lots of pizzas were out at all times with fresh ones constantly being added. They had various pastas and cinnamon bread sticks as well. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Customer service is officially dead. I like the pizza here and when I saw an coupon I thought I would give them some business. I tried to call in an order, but got diverted to a centralized order center. Finally got to put the order in, but they did not recognize the coupon and said they were transferring my call to the store. It rang 15 times then hung up. I called 4 more times and same thing. Went to the store and my order had not been put through. The guy told me that they do not answer their phone at all. Ever. Then he said they do not honor the coupons that PH sends out since they are a franchised store and can do what they want. With that in mind I don't want to send any business to them ever again.
