Don't waste your time or money at this place. We ordered 3 things in total and the server forgot 2 of them. She placed the pizza down on the table and left for 15 minutes. We had no utensils or plates to eat off of. Our pizza got cold and when we asked about the breadsticks and salad, she mentioned that she forgot about the breadsticks. She finally brought out the salad but it was literally lettuce with mozzarella cheese on it with a side of ranch. None of the workers seems to know time management and professionalism. Ordered a big order for a bunch of family helping us with the unpacking and the results were mixed. Ordered 36 wings the Buffalo were ok not great by any means but ok. The Hawaiian were kinda ugh. We also got two large pizzas and they were ok as well. Service was fast considering and the delivery driver was gracious and thankful for the ten dollar tip. Georgetown has limited options so buying again is an option we will just keep it simple. Gluten Free options are virtually nonexistent. read more

In my opinion, Pizza Hut has some of the best pizza. However, every single location I have been to in the last few years has been so disappointing. The service is so slow. Update to my previous review. We ended up getting ahold of the call center, got our stuff ordered for free and all. Supposedly got our credits added on. Called tonight. STILL no credits. I thought the point of customer service was so customers actually got service? Even the call center couldn't get it done right. Anyways, after my fiancé spoke to one of her friends who worked there because she worked at this pizza hut. Got our pizza on time for once. The reason it was on time? Everything was under cooked. Rather than continue to deal with this shit show of a restaurant, we just cooked the pizza ourselves. Keep in mind, we ordered pizza hut, not Papa Murphy's. Ladies and Gentleman, if you're craving decent pizza that'll be given to you on time, there's a Dominos down the road. I highly recommend going anywhere but this pizza hut. This store is in DIRE need of new management. It's honestly a miracle it's still open. I placed an order online at 11:30am with an estimated delivery in 35 minutes. Given it was raining I was willing to give some understanding on a late delivery. At 12:35, over an hour since I placed my order, a delivery guy showed up with someone else's order. I called the store trying to get a refund and could not get a manager on the phone, instead a cashier told me they would refund my order. I'm curious if my order went to someone else, and the delivery guy handed them my receipt to tip with? I wonder how that will work once it clears through my bank. Awful experience. read more

Once I ordered a pepperoni pizza online and went to pick it up. No dice. Why? "Im sorry but we are out of pepperoni". AFTER I ordered and paid online. Another incident. The manager got big with me because I filled out my coupon wrong, not only refusing the coupon, but I will never forget the way he treated me. I would give zero stars if it was an option on my experience today. Went for the Sunday buffet. There was very little food on the bar when I got there. No breadsticks, pasta and very little pizza. I decided to wait on more food to come out. I waited for over ten minutes and never even got my drink and staff never even came back or acknowledged me. In the twenty minutes I was here waiting for my carry-out order, I watched every single customer both in house and carry out complain about the wait. The wait was ridiculous. This is a management problem, as they simply need to hire more staff. Do whatever you need to do to get the restaurant fully staffed. Also, when calling in the order, the local staff never answer the phone. So, your phone call will be redirected to the national call center to order your pizza. The Buffet is not bad if it is stocked. The workers seem so overwhelmed that keeping things stocked, and filling orders seems to be quite the task. The staff are friendly. I prefer Mancino's or Giovanni's over Pizza Hut. With a few changes this Pizza Hut could rebound and be a solid choice to frequent. read more

When trying to place an online order, they claim you can order a 2-topping pizza for $7.99 but at checkout they try to claim you ordered extra toppings and charge you an extra $3 each. Called to check in on the credit history on my account and the manager assumed I was lying because they gave it to me for forgetting the garlic sauce that I paid for. I had a $21 credit but he said I would have to call corporate to ask about it. I then asked for corporates number and he said he doesn't know the number customers can call. Not only did I not appreciate how rude he was but I did not appreciate the assumption that I was lying. Let's not forget that he also hung up on us during our conversation about the credit on our account. Originally I told the store it was not necessary to give me a $21 credit over sauce but they insisted and after this encounter I feel like we deserve at least that. I'm usually a fan of Pizza Hut but the customer service is going downhill fast. I understand there are customers out there that push and push for more than perfect.. but all we asked for was our pizza and our sauce. We will not be repeating our business. read more

Horrible. Lord help you if you order wings with your pizza. My last 2 orders I did just that. Both times I went to pick up my order the pizza was ready, but they failed to have the wings ready. The last time I ordered from here I was given a time of 20 minutes for my order to be ready for pick up. I got there 20 minutes from my order time, pulled up to the window and watched the employee pull my pizza out of the warmer at the drive through, look at the tivket, put the pizza back into the warmer and tell me it will be 4 more minutes. After 10 minutes they come back and tell me 5 more minutes. By this time cars,are lining up behind me at the drive up window. The employee doesn't ask me to pull forward, causing the people behind me to start getting restless. All the while I see employees walking by the window looking at me, one of them I will later find out to be the manager. No one said anything. After 5 more minutes of waiting, 20 minutes total, I decide to pull around and go speak with a manager. As I walk in, I'm met with my food. I ask to speak with the manager. I was made to wait another 5 minutes before she came out from the kitchen to speak with me. I politely showed her my confirmation email showing 20 minutes to pick up and that it is now almost 30 minutes beyond that and I just got my food after waiting at the pick up window after 20 minutes. She asked me "what do you want me to do?" with a,rather poor attitude. I told her that's bot why I came in and that it's not my decision to make. She asked me again and I again said that's not for me to decide. She asked what my total was, in which she,said she'd give me a store credit for the amount. I'm thinking, I've been burned by you twice, why do I want to give you anymore of my business? Anyway, by this,time I'm just ready to get out of there. If I could I would give this store zero stars. I ordered pizza twice in the past Two weeks. I got it ordered as delivery. Not only was my pizza and hour late, it was cold, and the delivery driver seem to be highly under the influence. Her name is Kayla, well that's what the receipt said. I am not sure if she actually works at this location. I could smell liquor coming off of her breath. As she was walking back to her car she stumbled and almost fell over. I called the store to complain about my cold pizza, Waited on hold for five minutes for the manager to come to the phone. When he came to the phone he was very rude to me and said that he could not help that they were busy and that my pizza was cold. Then he hung up on me. As much as I hate to add to the negative reviews, I cant help but wonder why nothing is done to improve this location. I feel like they need better management. Especially since the store manager treated us very rudely tonight over a simple mistake regarding a coupon! We brought the coupon in with us to pay for our online order and they would not accept it because we didn't enter it when we ordered...fair enough, my mistake. I was OK with the fact they didn't just honor the coupon anyway, what is not OK is acting like a complete prick about it. I know working in the food industry is stressful but it does not give one the right to take it out on valued customers. Or ex-customers in my case.
