This your typical Qdoba. My sister and I came here for lunch yesterday. They are doing a really good job with their Covid precautions. Masks are required and social distancing is enforced. Hand sanitizer is available. They have taped spots to stand in line and as you move through the restaurant. They've also drastically decreased their seating. Our visit was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and my burrito was spot on how I like it. The store itself was clean. The girl that was ringing me up abruptly answered the phone and walked away which was very weird... but I'm easy going and I know with all the curbside ordering its probably a bit crazy for them too right now. read more

Typical Qdoba and just off the main highway. Clean and organized place. Pickup was fast and efficient. Restrooms clean, and appreciated covid safe workers. Food itself was good for the fast casual space, and IMO similar to / a slight bit better than your chipotle fare. I have never been a frequent Qdoba customer, having been maybe 6-7 times in the last 10 years. But something I've noticed each and every visit is that the person assembling my food is in a big damn hurry: question after question about what I want, fired as fast as possible aggressively and urgently like I'm slowing them down. You could argue that they're just eager to serve, demonstrating speed and deftness with their menu items. I have never really had this impression at any other place that does on-the-spot food-making (eg. your typical Subway, Blaze, etc.), at least not this consistently. It gets on my nerves. Adding that this chain-Mexican is half as good as and more expensive than locally-owned Mexican, and its only real value is its ubiquity. read more

I like Qdoba usually, but my local restaurant hasn't been open a single time I've tried to go there recently. They're never open. I've tried going there for dinner. . .to find they've closed early. I've tried going there for lunch. . .for them to have a sign up saying they are ONLY doing online orders from their phone app. I parked outside and tried and tried, but couldn't get the app to work on my phone, so I couldn't place an order and had to get lunch somewhere else. This morning, I went to get lunch there at around 11:25 AM. The posted hours said they'd be open. I pulled up and the lights were on, I saw people behind the counter there, I glanced at the hours that were posted to make sure they were open (it said they opened at 10:30). I looked forward to a good burrito. I opened the door and started to step inside, only to be told they don't open until noon. I noticed there wasn't any kind of signage up mentioning a change of hours. I was frustrated and angry to say the least. That's now the third time in a row I've tried to eat there only to find I couldn't. It's profoundly disappointing. read more

Overall not a bad experience. Quick service and they process the line very quickly. Majority of the line was prepped and ready to roll so the creation of the food was fast. The chicken was made way earlier and was on the dry side of things. I also thought the salsa descriptions were off in comparison of what they were. People were ordering it not by name but by a description of it. By reading the name tag you couldn't tell which was which. There were a few items that were low and the staff was t replenishing them or cooking anymore which was a little odd. Everyone was ordering onions and peppers but weren't getting much because they were siphoning off the small amount that was left. The ingredients were of good quality and the food wasn't bad. So..... ever since I moved to the area a couple years ago, I completely misunderstood and avoided this place. You see, I had "Qdoba" confused with "Quiznos." I disliked Quiznos the one time I tried it years ago and never wanted to go back. And for some reason, I didn't realize that this was NOT Quiznos. Now, not only did I have the wrong impression of this place, but I didn't even really know what Qdoba WAS. Tacos? A Chipotle look-alike? Tex-Mex? Who knows. Now I know. Qdoba is a Mexican/burrito place where you can walk up to the counter and make your own burrito/tacos/salad or choose from one of the food concoctions they've already come up with. After choosing the container or shell that you desire, you can fill up with your choice of rice, meats, toppings, and queso. Grab some nachos and a drink, and you're good to go. I am thrilled this is here. I can't believe I didn't realize my mistake and get more meals here before. I mean, not only is it fantastic, delicious Mexican-style food, but you can make some really healthy choices too! I had a naked burrito (which is a burrito in a bowl, without a wrap) with brown rice, steamed veggies, black beans, and a few other toppings. It was a bit pricier than my usual (Chipotle), but scrumptious, fresh, filling, and packed with healthy protein! My husband and I noticed they even cook the whole chickens in the kitchen, before cutting it into pieces for the meals. That's cool - not frozen and processed. Definitely a good place to hit up after the gym when you're in a rush to get somewhere. I love Qdoba! It's always a great fast food option. I think their food is so delicious. So, when we were driving through Georgetown this past weekend we decided to stop here for a quick lunch. Our service was fast and friendly, and our orders were perfect. The restaurant was very clean, and after our orders were prepared the employees were cleaning while they didn't have customers in line. I always appreciate a clean restaurant, and employees who use their free time to accomplish productive tasks. We used to eat here once a week or every other week. It is close to our house and used to be great! However, the past three times the food has been cold and the staff has been very unprofessional. Also, when ordering the queso they give you about a quarter bag of tortilla chips. I have reached out each time with the promise it would be better the next time, however, this is my last time. Well, I recently did a little experiment were I went to QDOBA and Chipotle, I got the same thing at bth places. I got a bowl with grilled chicken, pico de gallo, white rice, and black beans. At Chipotle, (QDOBA to follow) the service was significantly faster and better, and the presentation was very nice and clean. Overall the taste was a 9/9. The chicken was crispy and went very well with the other ingredients. The pico was the ultimate compliment to the chicken. It was just overall way better taste. Beans were a nice compliment. At QDOBA, the service was decent, both and nice people, the presentation was kinda sloppy it almost overflowed while I stirred it up. Overall the taste was 6/9. The chicken, every time I took a bite just burnt crap, really just nasty. The pico, was a not good, the tomatoes were huge, didn't really have that tangy goodness. The beans really just felt that they weren't cooked all the way and didn't blend. My experience at these two restaurant chains was a tale of two stories, on one hand Chipotle really took the cake here, while QDOBA just sat in the corner and piddle paddled around. Don't get me wrong I might go get some queso and chips from QDOBA maybe ONCE a YEAR. I would like to compliment their online ordering very nice and easy to handle around. read more

Qdoba is a made to order burritos joint for the most part. They pile as much as they can inside a burrito shell. These things are HUGE when they are finished. I mean they are literally bigger than your head. That being said. They serve a variety of salads, quesadillas, nachos, tacos, chicken tortilla soup, and of course big ass burritos. They offer a healthier option of brown rice or wheat tortilla shell. If you are also so bold, they offer naked burrito which consists of everything you normally stuff in a shell but in a bowl. Great food and great service. This is a new establishment for Georgetown and I am glad for it. If you are wanting some great food at a reasonable price, stop on in. The older male manager was very rude and uncaring with the payment system messed up. There was another young lady in a manager uniform there that was trying to fix it on top of making our food. This is my favorite go to spot once I get home after an exhausting hike-whether day hike or backpacking trip. I absolutely LOVE the burrito bowl. There are pluses and minuses when comparing to Chipotle: + queso!!!! + more variety of stuff you can add + larger bowls! If you're portion control conscious, this isn't the spot for you. - rice is not as flavorful as Chipotle - overall flavor of the meat is better at Chipotle - doesn't cater to local meats non-hormone/antibiotic induced animals like Chipotle does. This was my first time here and definitely my last. We stopped on our way home from a road trip. The door says they open at 11 but we stood outside for a good amount of time until someone came to the front to open the doors.
