I don't usually eat fast food, but needed something to hold me over until dinner. I found this Chick-fil-A fairly nearby. What a bougie location! There's a drive thru with an attendant outside. The interior had a nice vibe and was very clean. I ordered an original sandwich. The lady who took my order was so nice and chatty. My affair with Chick-fil-A continues. It's been four years since my review here and I feel it's due for an update, especially now that I have a toddler and a newfound appreciation for Chick-fil-A. This location is usually clean, the food is always good, and the prices are worth it for the quality of the food. I am still very impressed by the staff at this location -- always cheerful, helpful, and quick! Their service is great! Yes, it can be backed up during busier hours, but that's to be expected. Sometimes there is extra staff outside taking orders in the drive-thru line. To go inside and skip the line, you can use the mobile app. Chick-fil-A has a mobile app which I use regularly. Most of the time, I use the app to place an order online and go in to pick it up or do the drive-thru window. Points accumulate quickly and can be used towards free food. This location also gives out free food through the app on a regular basis. Also, I need to mention the kids meals. I love that we can choose 4 or 6-piece nuggets, grilled or fried, and fries or fruit. And they come with books!! Books that are actually decent! My son loves the books he gets in his kids' meals. He always eats all the fruit (first!) and nuggets. The play area is nice too -- it is small and could use a little cleaning (and I wish that parents would supervise their kids during play -- my patience towards unsupervised, rowdy, older kids around my toddler is waning), but it is just what we need. The food was okay for me. The service was quick and are nice workers. The place is really fancy and clean. The bathroom is clean but the design sucked. On one side of the bathroom door there was one stall, and on the other was a urinal and sink inches apart without a barer. And it's not even a single bathroom! So there was no lock. We made a recent run through their drive thru on a Saturday morning and had the best experience from start to finish! Our attendant immediately recognized we were trying to adapt our order to accommodate all of our teenagers, and he made recommendations accordingly. (They now offer large hashbrowns and packs of 10 minis!) He was polite, courteous, helpful and efficient! I went to Georgetown Kentucky to shop yesterday and I drove through the drive through to order my lunch. I must say that this was the most efficient drive through I had been to in a very good while. They got your order and payment very quickly and kept the cars coming in the fastest way. I also got the #1 chicken sandwich combo meal and my food was really good, hot, and very tasty. Food was good. Play place was a lovely touch on our road trip, but it STINKS in that playroom. There were older kids being a-holes all over the place, even though all the signs say 3 and under, but I don't really expect CFA to do anything about that. Overall, a worthwhile stop. read more

I'm not a fan of Chick-Fil-A. I actually wouldn't ever want to eat here again if I could help it. Then why the 4 star review? The location is awesome, my little girl loves the play place, the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. If you are a fan of deep fried chicken, this place is for you. If you've never been to a Chick-fil-A before, I highly recommend that you give it a try. This place might be for you. To me, everything looks and tastes exactly the same. The service is always great and there's always a house full of people here. I'm definitely an odd one to not enjoy it. Most chik fil a's are always top notch when it comes to customer service and getting people through their big lines quickly during breakfast and lunch hours. This location is no different. It's quarantine time now due to the coronavirus and it seems that chik fil a is busier than ever, but I still make it through the line of 30+ cars in under ten minutes. All of the employees are wearing face masks and gloves taking the necessary safety precautions. Needless to say, due to quarantine, I now eat here a few times a week. A lot of people love this fast food chain for good reason, and I am definitely one of them. read more

This one had a lot more seating than I've seen at most, which was nice, since it appears to be busy often. However it took no time at all to order, and for the food to be ready. Came here while visiting family and was nervous when I saw the huge lines inside and outside. I had to place an order for 10 people and immediately assumed they were going to mess it up. A cashier named Ashton took my order without any problems and I received everything I ordered without having to complain. Service like this is hard to find in NY so I was impressed.
