The staff was very friendly and quickly took our order. We ordered two Caniac meals (6 tenders, Cole slaw, French fries, Texas toast, and two Cane's sauce), two extra slices of Texas toast, and a cup of Cane's sauce (yes. We love it that much). Our meal was prepared very quickly and we sat down to enjoy our favorite chicken restaurant's meal. I have seen on social media so many people saying it's bland or that the size of the fingers has diminished. I don't pretend to get it. I am a heavy seasoner when I cook. Jalapeños most every meal. Pepper the fire out of my potatoes, etc. I. LOVE. SEASONED. FOOD. I say that to say I don't get the bland comments. Also, the fingers were so large, we ended up getting a to go box because we ran out of room. That never happens. The tenders were hot and crispy as were the fries. I'm not a fan of Cole slaw, but I do enjoy theirs. Slicing into the Texas toast, inserting a tender with some sauce on top is a must. Gotta say, this location is our favorite. We have several options when traveling through, but the staff, the cleanliness and the consistency keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next visit!

Sept. 7th 2026 first call 6:41 concerning a DD order. The young lady that answered the phone said…read morewe don't have a DD order in either name I gave her. Told her we were on our 5th driver that has come there and they left on our end stating still waiting on food. This young lady decided to look into it a bit more and said well I do see the order on the IPad of that makes sense. No cause I don't know how that works on your end. She said well a driver picked it up but stole your food if they didn't deliver it. She then said it's a DD problem have to get in touch with them. I Said as much money as we have spent at your store if you remake the order my daughter will come and pick it up. She said no we can't just give out free food. Ask to speak to the manager and she told me to call at 7:00am. Wouldn't give me her name.. my daughter called back later cause she is the one that placed the order and she works for DD so she was trying to tell her what she needs to do on her end so DD will stop sending drivers and Culver's telling them they do not have an order under that name. We are up to 6 different drivers because they get dinged if they go ver a certain amount of time to pick an order up. Long story short Culver's was not handling their end correct. My daughter ask her her name, she refused, then ask to speak to a manager She stated she was the manager and she didn't have to give her name.. ok so next after I eat something I'll be looking for a district manager to talk to. If you can't be honest and give your name you're not trust worthy and very unprofessional. She hung up on me and hung up on my daughter. I know it's hard to get employees to work or stay but this young lady has no business acting or being a manager. I do not know if there is any way to track the address but we have spent so much money third party or drive thru it's ridiculous to be treated like this. SMH.. I'm sure when I call at 7:00am she will be the one I have to deal with. It was a $42. Dollar order. My daughter finally got a refund for the complete total. St first they only offered $17. We our business elsewhere and will continue to do so. This female needs either more training or different position! Ha ha I would love to offer a picture but have nothing to send for a picture!!!

It happens every time & on each occasion, I called the Hamburg location & spoke with the store manager. His response every single time is, "we use outside vendors like door dash & I don't know why it does that." Every single time! They should be prosecuted for false advertising because the management knows they are providing false information & they continue to do it. About a month ago I was hungry for a pizza but had abdominal surgery & couldn't drive. So, I broke my own rule & ordered delivery. Guess what, they charged me an extra $2.00 again for "Free Delivery". But, this time was even worse than the other stale deliveries. The pizza arrived 40 minutes late, it was left on the ground outside my front door & the delivery driver did not ring my doorbell or text me notification of delivery. I wouldn't have even known it had been delivered if I didn't happen to look out my home office window and see the driver pulling out. I opened the box and the pizza was cold & cheese was hard. I took 1 bite & threw away my $20 pizza incl the $2 "free delivery" charge! I had a $5 tip ready for the driver. He saved me $5 by dumping the cold, hard, stale pizza on my porch & driving off. If you want to be scammed out of $2, like cold, stale and hard pizza and a store manager that has been lying about the delivery charge for the past 18 months, order "Free Delivery" and you'll get it just the way you like it !!!
