Best pizza in Lexington hands down! I love coming here. They have wood fired pizza, delicious pastas, soup and salad. Today we decided to come for lunch. Since it was such a gorgeous day we sat on the patio. The patio isn't big only a handful of tables but it's a nice option. The staff are always so friendly. I got the pepperoni pizza with smash sauce and a Caesar salad. Smash sauce is their spicy sauce. It's delicious. The salad also comes with music sheet bread which is sprinkled with fresh herbs. I like to dip it in olive oil and herbs that they readily available by the counter. Definitely check this place out! read more

Ok, here you go, I got one for you. I get their pizza called Sweet Beast and it's fantastic. I get it with their Pisto sauce with extra gorgonzola and extra prosciutto. It's so good, I've been ordering it for months now and they're very consistent. It's a win everytime. Stopped by on the way out of town because it was the best rated place closest. It did not disappoint! Having recently been to NYC, we were impressed with these pizzas. The Dante was incredibly tasty and beat out the margarita pizza in flavor and overall appeal. We ordered the 12" and there was plenty food to filly a belly! The margarita didn't quite live up to my NY expectations but it wasn't bad. If we went again I'd do the Dante or try something else. In Lexington for work, tried Smashing Tomato out for the first time. Very clean and warm environment. I had the calzone carryout. I should have swapped out the ricotta cheese for mozzarella but overall it was great flavor! Little more done than I like but that wasn't a problem, I like crispy crust. The digital ordering seemed complicated at first for the 3 of us so we were hoping for good food. It was late and we had driven many hours. We were surprised with HUGE plates of a large cesar salad and the 12" cheese pizza. We also got the extra cheesy pizza which was probably my favorite. One staffer noticed we were not from the area and told us all about some attractions we could see. He was super friendly and made our experience better. We had a birthday get together and everything was delicious! The team of employees worked to provide us great service. We were a large group. The restaurant was cozy, yet roomy enough for us to sit on one side of the restaurant. We had the chopped salad and artichoke dip for appetizers (YUM!) A selection of different pizzas. The restaurant was super clean and neat. I had a plane to catch and quickly inquired about the wait time. The food came out quick and it was prepared WELL! I ordered a personal americano pizza and Caesar salad. They brought the salad (which was a very nice size) out right away to give me a head start. I enjoyed the meal and the staff was friendly. DO NOT waste your time with this one. Go to the one near Fayette Mall. Been here a few times and it takes 10X's as long to get your food. I'm literally walking out right now with a refund in hand as I've waited 40 min and for a personal size pizza and a cup of soup. 40 min!!!! Pizza wasn't in the oven yet and they couldn't tell me what was taking so long. Fully staffed too. I love the food but do not appreciate unfriendly staff. I went into the Hamburg location and went to the counter to ask about any specials. The guy came over (no smile, no greeting) and asked if was takeout. I responded that I was dining in and asked if there were any specials. He said nothing, so I went to a table to order online. I realized I really resent having to sign in to a website to order dinner, so I made yet another attempt to go to the counter to order. Same unhappy, rude person approaches. I told him I liked the food but didn't like how difficult it was to order something different from my past orders. He grunted as if to say, "Tough", so I walked out and went two doors down to Jersey Mike's and had a delicious sandwich and smiling, engaging staff. Too bad, I really do like your food. read more

Can I say Yum? First time here and the cashier/server was a great help. He was very nice and informative. I can't believe the amount of food we got for the price. Pizza was amazing....sauce has a tiny spicy kick (based on other reviews. We got the spicy sauce). Original salad was the bomb and so was the spinach artichoke dip. Both came with pizza crust for dipping...yummy! With our 2 drinks...my sweet tea was some of the best restaurant teas I've had in awhile, our bill was just over $40 and we left with a 2 go box. Ordered a Margherita pizza, to go, for lunch. Got home and all I had was baked pizza dough and something additional I had added for embellishment. No tomato or anything else resembling traditional ingredients for a Margherita pizza. Apparently, I was supposed to add each of those traditional ingredients -- at $0.75 a pop -- on top of the price for the advertised "Margherita" pizza. Avoid this establishment at all costs. I got takeout here, and the experience left a bit to be desired. It was close to an hour from when I ordered, and don't get me wrong the wait I was quoted was accurate and I timed it up well, but it wasn't crowded or anything when I got there and there were plenty of people working, which makes me wonder what was going on. When I left, I found my pizza that I ordered with arugula did not have any, nor had they put another topping on it. I just got plain cheese. They also seem to have mixed up the spicy sauce and put it on my margherita instead. So I ended up with two pizzas, neither of which was what I ordered. It didn't seem worth trying to correct it, it just again makes me wonder what was going on. The salad I got was robust, but the pizzas, while they did have a bit of char, just didn't have enough substance for me. I got a bit of the Neopolitan flavor fix, and the basil on the margherita made a big difference, but I'm not sure it was worth the trouble. I had a bit smoother of an experience at their other location. read more

Did you know that you can get the lunch special 8.95 until 4 pm. I crave lunch and had basically skipped it yesterday and looked up smashing Tomato. I looked at the lunch special with salad, bread, and pizza served until 4 pm. Wow it was good! That was just a tip usually don't eat that late but was a good value and nice fact to remember. read more

I was excited for a good pie, so we tried this place out. This place is very reasonable and clean inside. The pie came out so fast, it almost didn't seem possible- but it also tasted like it was cooked quickly. I got one with Sausage and veggies; the sausage tasted very processed and was just so so. We also shared a salad which was so so. Overall, a good place for cheap fast pies but don't expect a gourmet dining experience. read more

Everything was great there, the prices were reasonable and the staff was amazing along with the food. We got our pizza and it was a little overdone in one spot and we didn't care but the manager obviously wanted to make sure our experience was great and without us even saying anything the server brought us out another pizza and said the manager wanted to fix us another since ours was a little overdone. That said a lot about the business to me and my husband. They don't make places like that much anymore. We will definitely be back if we come back to this area again. read more

I ordered the dinner special for pick up. Our pizzas (meat mania and pepperoni) were perfect and the caesar salad was delicious ( the dressing is phenomenal!)I chose the salad as part of our special, but had the option of artichoke dip. My order was ready very promptly and the staff was very friendly (as usual). I took my delicious dinner home and opened a bottle of red wine. It was wonderful!! They have the best NY style pizza around the area. With so many change restaurants around having this place nearby is great. If you get there early you can see them tossing the dough in the air to form the perfect base. We ordered the extra large with half black olive and half sausage. It's the perfect balance of crust, sauce and cheese. As we were eating we were mumbling this is so good. They also offer pasta dishes. The spaghetti and lasagna are so good. The pasta is served with these buttery garlic bread knots. So good. This place is mostly set up for take out. There's a couple tables if you really wanted to eat in. This is seriously a great place. The owner is so passionate about his pizza. If you're looking for a real pizza place this is your spot.

Instead of red sauce they use olive oil and garlic and you put it all together it's absolutely magical. My absolute favourite pizza. Their couple of appetizers that I have pictured (chicken tenders and loaded fries) are good but not on the level of their pizza. In any case if you want the best New York style pizza that I know of in the Cincinnati Tri State area then Noce's is your place. Just be ready to take it home or get it on Grubhub because it has no eat in options.

Ramsey's did a great job recreating my favorite summer meal - white bread, fresh tomatos and creamed corn. For the small size of the store, it's packed with Missy's homemade pies, the carry out meals, spices & sauces, fresh veggies and fruit, and a huge assortment of their jams, jellies, and pickled vegetables. There are even more items I can't remember to mention. I bought the pickled okra, chow chow, pickled green tomatoes, and pickled artichoke.
