So After reading the description for a BBQ sandwich which consisted of a bbq chicken breast, slaw and hushpuppies. So why would I think the BBQ plate would be any different?? Oh no!! This plate had a scoop of shredded chicken/pork...I guess...(not in the description) with a squirt of bbq sauce on it!! NO BREAD/BUN...with the fries, hushpuppies and slaw! And as you'll see in the picture whatever that thing is on the right side above the scoop of meat...it was sitting smack dead in the middle of the meat!!! Looks like a bone but I'm not sure...what it is!!!

There was less than half of a family sized amount of chili in the container! They told her that was all they had and sent her on her way. She should have checked it before she left the drive through. But I would expect the employees there would have better common sense to know that wasn't acceptable at all. I paid 20 bucks for less than half a container of chili! Obviously I go back and the manager tells me he was on break when it happened. How about having employees just do the right thing! The manager shouldn't have to be over there shoulder making sure 24/7 that they are doing their job. I'm done with Wendy's forever. I can't count the times I have had food missing or just totally messed up orders from most Wendy's locations. There are plenty of choices of places to eat, but Wendy's will never be an option again.

The lady at the counter taking orders was more then friendly and the wait time to put up my order was next to nothing. It was not worth what I spent for it. I got a whole gallon. Would I necessarily recommend this place to anybody? It's decent chicken. The potato wedges are really expensive. If you are in the lobby they will leave you for 30 mins or more waiting for food or even to take your order and tend to drive thru. It's also covered with homeless people inside and out. If my family wants Taco Bell we now drive the extra 10 mins to go to another location bc it is just that atrocious. Sadly I've been going here for years & it's just gross & will make you sick.
