There are better Taco Bells in the area. I have had one problem at this place so far and that was ordering $8 worth of burritos (really only two burritos) and then getting burritos valued at like $1. This was even after I placed the order on the app! These orders should have a small probability of being wrong because they have all that time to make them, before I get there. If only I had the option to choose 1/4 Star for their blatant disregard for their customers. These blokes don't even deserve a 1/2 Star. We haven't been to this location since they accused us of lying that we placed an online order, and that we were merely trying to get free food. Even though I had a online receipt with me. At that, they told me to reorder $20 worth of food, after I had already been charged once. After being told this, the AM told us to get out of their restaurant. Also, every time I ordered online, this location could not find my bloody order. Seriously, why the bloody hell would you implement an online ordering process if all of your restaurants cannot execute using it? I take it that you're in the business of pissing off your customers or driving them to your competition. If that is your goal, you have succeeded at this location. Congratulations! I will say that Taco Bell headquarters did reach out to me with an apology, and they had the 1065 E New Circle Road location next to Sam's Club fulfill my order. Good show on their part. Everything I ordered was stale (Chicken taquitos, cinnamon twists, nacho cheese fries) and I ordered chips n cheese( also stale), in which I didn't get, and a baja blast freeze, in which they almost gave me an iced one. It's been a long week and to reward myself on a Friday morning I decided to stop at Taco Bell for breakfast. I got the crunchwrap combo with the mini Cinnabons. The crunchwrap has a hashbrown, cheese, sausage, and egg all inside of the tortilla. It sounds ridiculous and unnecessary, but it's delicious. I think Taco Bell's breakfast rivals McDonalds. The mini Cinnabons were hot and melted in my mouth. This isn't a place that you should frequent if you are dieting (breakfast was 790 calories). When I ordered a Diet Mt Dew and they were out I got upgraded to a large Diet Pepsi for free! Whenever I go to Taco Bell for lunch or dinner I always get a crunchy taco or a bean burrito. This location is extremely hit or miss. You may get your correct order with fresh, hot food or you may get three pieces of potato on a tortilla. Today is the second time I've ordered the 3 Crunchy Taco Supreme Combo (with no lettuce) and came home to find three crunchy shells with meat and cheese. That's it. Where is the sour cream? Where are the tomatoes? I specifically choose the combo with the taco supremes, not just the crunchy tacos. With it happening twice, I'm curious as to why some employees apparently do not know the difference between the two.
