I have gone here quite often in the past couple years as it's a mile from my house but they always slack on the meat & leave things out. Don't order a beef chalupa bc more than 10x they have given me chicken. I've never been to a worse Taco Bell honestly. I kept giving them chances and hoping it would change. I even started going inside bc your food will be wrong or gross if you are in the drive through 100%. The service is awful. If you are in the lobby they will leave you for 30 mins or more waiting for food or even to take your order and tend to drive thru. It's also covered with homeless people inside and out. If my family wants Taco Bell we now drive the extra 10 mins to go to another location bc it is just that atrocious. Sadly I've been going here for years & it's just gross & will make you sick. My family loves Taco Bell so they give it chance after chance bc it's so close to us but the past year it has been horrid. Do not go here read more

They did not get my free burrito added to the order, I paid for a cheesy double beef and did not get it. No fork in bag for the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Did not want to get back in drive thru to fix the problems. It was way too long and way too slow. read more

There are better Taco Bells in the area. I have had one problem at this place so far and that was ordering $8 worth of burritos (really only two burritos) and then getting burritos valued at like $1. This was even after I placed the order on the app! These orders should have a small probability of being wrong because they have all that time to make them, before I get there. Additionally, this location was found not to be open for the Tuesdays Breakfast Crunchwrap Supreme promotion running through this June. I had to go to the location on 1065 E New Circle to be able to redeem it. read more

Taco Bell is my mama's favorite restaurant. So much so, she even named one of her dogs "yo quiero." Seriously! On this occasion, I decided to get a few snacks for family and myself. A menu attraction is the protein bowl because it is hearty. Many Taco Bell buildings have been revamped or rebuilt to the new style and it is aesthetically more appealing. read more

The food was okay however, after I finished it I was on the toilet for 6 hours off and on then gave birth to a child that I didn't know I had. The server was so rude and called me the f slur. The aesthetic and ambiance was bad. read more

If only I had the option to choose 1/4 Star for their blatant disregard for their customers. These blokes don't even deserve a 1/2 Star. We haven't been to this location since they accused us of lying that we placed an online order, and that we were merely trying to get free food. Even though I had a online receipt with me. At that, they told me to reorder $20 worth of food, after I had already been charged once. After being told this, the AM told us to get out of their restaurant. Also, every time I ordered online, this location could not find my bloody order. Seriously, why the bloody hell would you implement an online ordering process if all of your restaurants cannot execute using it? I take it that you're in the business of pissing off your customers or driving them to your competition. If that is your goal, you have succeeded at this location. Congratulations! I will say that Taco Bell headquarters did reach out to me with an apology, and they had the 1065 E New Circle Road location next to Sam's Club fulfill my order. Good show on their part. Bottom line, never order online with TacoBellTeam, at least not for this location. If they lose your order, they will be rude, and will not fulfill it, even with a receipt in hand. I will add that the online ordering has not been the only problem with this inept location. During another visit via drive-thru, these idiots kept my credit card, and instead handed me some plain blue card with a magnetized strip. Luckily, I noticed and got my credit card back from them, and was told that it was a manager's blue card. Honestly, after everything that I've mentioned, I wouldn't trust them running a bath, let alone a restaurant. Look, if you're that hard up for Taco Bell, only 3 Miles separate this 320 W New Circle location to 1065 W New Circle Road location. read more

I got home from my trip from Taco Bell to find that they seriously screwed up my order. I asked for beef chalupas and got chicken. I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. I ordered 2 orders of cinnamon twists and got none. read more

If I could rate my experience and food a 0 I would. Everything I ordered was stale (Chicken taquitos, cinnamon twists, nacho cheese fries) and I ordered chips n cheese( also stale), in which I didn't get, and a baja blast freeze, in which they almost gave me an iced one. I had to pull back into the line and re-order my chips and cheese and purchase them. Not to mention my taco was soggy. The only thing worth purchasing was the baja blast freeze. read more

I'd give 0 stars if possible. This is by far the worst TB location. The past three times I've gone, they've completely messed up my order. Don't even bother here, go three miles down the road to the other location. read more

I eat here at this location a lot, the food is normally good, and I really had no bad experience. But yesterday I ordered Mexican pizza combo , same thing I had a week before it was absolutely amazing so I came back but this time the pizza was really stale and it tasted terrible, I couldn't eat it. really I guess it a hit or miss here. read more

asked for extra hot sauce and got no hot sauce Took 2 bites to actually bite into anything but tortilla. If I could give 0 stars for tonight I would. Worst service I have gotten. It's Taco Bell should have been easy read more

I hate this place. Why one of my co workers always suggests this place and I always bait and submit my order with the group, is currently beyond me. I heard that all Taco Bells will close by 2016. If this is true, my mom will be upset... TB is her favorite fast food chain. The last two times that I've ordered from this location, they've gotten my order wrong. Once I asked for no sour cream in my order of potatoes, and what do you know? So much sour cream, that it was impossible to scoop it off. Then other time, I ordered a chicken taco, paid for the chicken upgrade, and it was even on my receipt, but it was beef. I attempted to call them for days, but the phone number listed in the receipt and online was disconnected. Do yourself a favor... get carry out at Jalapeños. read more

Taco Bell - Bean burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

It's been a long week and to reward myself on a Friday morning I decided to stop at Taco Bell for breakfast. I got the crunchwrap combo with the mini Cinnabons. The crunchwrap has a hashbrown, cheese, sausage, and egg all inside of the tortilla. It sounds ridiculous and unnecessary, but it's delicious. I think Taco Bell's breakfast rivals McDonalds. The mini Cinnabons were hot and melted in my mouth. This isn't a place that you should frequent if you are dieting (breakfast was 790 calories). When I ordered a Diet Mt Dew and they were out I got upgraded to a large Diet Pepsi for free! Whenever I go to Taco Bell for lunch or dinner I always get a crunchy taco or a bean burrito. It's super cheap and tastes good. read more

The people are very rude. My quesadilla was cold. I asked for a new one & they were super rude about it. I wonder why this place is rated a 2.0 stars. The manager was a bitch. read more

They usually get the order wrong in my experience eating here. Spend a few extra dollars if you can and go to El Gran Tako, or somewhere else that has good authentic Mexican food. It's always worth the few extra $ read more

i was the only one in drive thru and the restaurant, the cashier rushed me thru my order and kept over talking me, she was EXTREMELY RUDE....like it was a hassle to take my order....when she handed me my order, she flung it out to me so that my nacho fries flew out of the bag...i said dang...she closed the window...this was March 5th. Its now the middle of may, and 3 days ago the marketing manager SHANE contacted me, asked me about my experience and said he would get back with me...no apology as of yet...so i called him again today...SHANE said he had apologized to me and that was the end of it...i told Shane, you HAVE NOT APOLOGIZED, and I WANT A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF MY ORDER because it was all wrong...and that nasty cashier told me to call corporate...she didnt care! i have been trying to get in touch with corporate all day....is everyone at Taco Bell RUDE??? read more

First of all, i want to know how this disaster has a three star rating. Second, did anyone train these people at all? Third, does corporate know how likely it seems that at least one person here is probably on some kind of drugs while heson the clock? And lastly, but certainly not least, how is this place not condemned? Fourty five minutes after my husband and i placed our first order, we finally gave up, threw our "food" in the trash and left. We sat in the drive through at the menu -- not the window -- for eight minutes, then five minutes and then another fove minutes before anyone would ask to take our order. Then we had the pleasure of waiting just as long in front of the window. Then, some guy with a severe attitude problem talked to us like we were morons because we had to bring our order back three times. What on earth is wrong with these people, and how is this store still open??? read more

This location is extremely hit or miss. You may get your correct order with fresh, hot food or you may get three pieces of potato on a tortilla. The staff might be very professional and friendly or they may say three words to you. I give it 3 stars. Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, but I keep coming back because it's Taco Bell. read more

This place is terrible. We waited 15 minutes for our drink that was literally sitting in the window. The woman at the window was cussing and calling everyone "Stupid" and just being very unprofessional. Highly doubt we will be back. We just drove off without our 2nd drink. Management wouldn't even do anything. He allowed it to happen. read more

This would be a nice place to open a taco stand. I quit eating here for a long time because the last time I did my nacho Bell grande looks like something you would slop the hogs with. You can go to the drive-through twice order the same food and it's never made just saying this is the most inconsistent restaurant ever ate at and the person at the window I'm pretty sure was taking cash orders and keeping the money himself. I finally went back to give it another chance but the last two times I've been there they keep telling me I can't have a receipt for my order because all of the receipt machines are broken. Tonight I told them I would be sure to call someone for them to get this matter taken care of. read more

This has to be the worst fast food place in town like hands down. 3-4 times in the past month I've gone and tried to get food and there has either been a ridiculous wait of 15-20 mins or some crazy excuse like we're out of food it'll be 30mins before we can get u anything. I one time got a taco so small i thought it was a joke the other meal was burnt i actually complained i never do that but if your spending money and your taco the size of a pencil not cool. Today is the second time I've ordered the 3 Crunchy Taco Supreme Combo (with no lettuce) and came home to find three crunchy shells with meat and cheese. That's it. Where is the sour cream? Where are the tomatoes? I specifically choose the combo with the taco supremes, not just the crunchy tacos. With it happening twice, I'm curious as to why some employees apparently do not know the difference between the two. Asking for no lettuce on a regular taco leaves the beef and cheese, not the supreme. The price is only a smidgen different but that isn't the point. read more
