Every dish was forgettable amd frustratingly bland the only thing that was nice about this place was the servers who honestly didn't want to be there either. $23 for octopus that had less flavor than canned chicken. $27 for grilled lamp chops where the meat portions were so small I kept biting the bone thinking, "there's no way that's all they're giving." $19 Greek Beef Stew Plate that tasted like Dinty Moores $19 Grilled Lemonato Chicken that needed steak sauce I was visiting Lexington for the first time and this place nearly ruined the whole experience. Horrible restaurant. I'd rather eat fast food then eat here again and spend over $100 just to feel robbed and my friend complaining about his tooth all day.

We had a family gathering of 9 folks with an 11 am reservation. They had the table set up for us…read moreand our server, River was excellent. She was efficient, polite and helpful. The space is small but bright and cheerful and very comfortable. Located in a strip mall there was amlpe parking. It was super clean in the restaurant and the bathrooms. The food however was not impressive to my husband or myself. I have some dietary restrictions so ordered 2 scrambled eggs and an English muffin. I thought the 2 eggs, that only looked like one based on the serving for $5 was a bit overpriced. But the eggs were good, nothing special, just plain scrambled egg(s). I could not eat the English muffin, it was grilled, not toasted and was greasy, which didn't taste good. River did bring me some jam that I put on one half of the muffin but it did not sit well on my stomach due to the grease. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles. He did not care for either. I tasted his waffle and I too thought it was bland and dry. He said the chicken was greasy. It was a huge plate of food and he brought 2 of the 3 pieces of chicken home that we ended up throwing away. It was never really crowded which afforded us the opportunity to sit and visit for about 3 hours so that was ideal. The chicken and waffles (from the brunch menu) came with a buffet of pastry. 5 of our party had brunch items that came with the buffet and one one of them ate a muffin from that buffet. All brunch items were priced at $25. Again, I think a bit expensive for chicken and waffles. I doubt that I would ever go back but if I did it would be for coffee and maybe a pastry.
