We had a wedding today and our food didn't show up for the wedding. So we had to rush to this Chick-fil-A and called in an order and told them we're already on our way. Put in a very large order! Most places would not be happy about this and would give you terrible looks. I must add that this was a Saturday and during a lunch rush.... BUT, That was not the case here. The manager Hope, also Mark and everyone else that assisted with this was very professional, courteous, and efficient on timing. We can't thank them enough! read more

I literally downloaded this app just to shout out our cashier, Angel! I previously worked at a CFA for a year and a half and I can tell that she cares about her job and cares about every single guest that walks through the door. She served us with a smile on her face, went the second mile for my wife and I by getting us an abnormal request with ease (a large side of pickles lol). On top of all that, the food came out fast and tasting perfect! :) read more

Grilled chicken was grilled to perfection, fries and diet lemonade were amazing. Nice location w nice workers

Service was slow. I waited 30 mins while 10 cars behind me got their orders and I only got a 12 count chicken nugget meal. My cashier added cheese sause to my order even though I never asked for it? When I did get my order it wasn't handed to me it was throw. In all, everyone was very rude and didn't seem to care. read more

Chick-fil-A - Tiny nuggets !! - Fast Food Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

I ordered for delivery to the hotel I'm staying at. I ordered a Cobb salad and tea. I added a 20% tip to my order...assuming positive intent. The order was delivered in a timely manner by the Grub Hub delivery person. However, there was no dressing, no napkins, and no straw. I also put in a comment "no bacon"...there was bacon on the salad. Attention to details very much lacking. The salad, after I removed the bacon, asked the hotel for dressing and napkins, was really good. read more

Food is good as it should be But the time it takes them to prepare is insane, I ordered the food 20 minutes before pulling up to Chick-fil-A and waited another 20 minutes for them to make it It's absolutely ridiculous, and it's only this location for some reason that I have problems with, all the other locations are doing amazing!!! I hope the management team can take this into consideration read more

It's typical Chick-fil-a service, really busy with a slight passive aggressive undertone. The food was alright, sandwich was a tad soggy from sitting in the package so long. Me and my girls choose to dine inside for a change and wow that was also a mistake. It might have been more chaos than the drive thru. Anyways, they did forget my youngest daughter's drink and one of our sauces was served open. The ambience was just chaos. Just stick to the drive thru read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A Sauce - Fast Food Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

I've been in the Nich rd chick-fil- a a hundred times, but tonight, there was a girl working there that was not "her pleasure ' for sure. she had to help correct someone's bill and she was so surly acting about helping the girl at the register. I saw her interact with several customers and it would have killed her to smile or even act helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant is usually light and fun: I can tell the workers don't hate their jobs, but tonight there was tension. I don't know if she was a manager or what. it's just not normal for Chick-fil-a to be like that. I'm sorry she was having a bad day, but she sure brought my night down as well with her attitude. read more

Nice clean location. They get very busy, sometimes, but drive-thru usually moves quickly. Friendly crew. Lots of parking for big rigs and busses. read more

Placed an online order for my family a few days ago. My gluten free by and a few sauces I requested were missing from my order. I notified customer support on the app. Within 24 hours, a manager called me and offered to make it right. I called back to discuss what went wrong with the order. He was very friendly and offered me a free replacement meal. I returned today and ordered via drive thru. I place my order with a friendly employee and proceeded quickly through the line. When I arrived at the window, I gave my code and received my free item. Everything was in the order--nothing missing. My family and I really enjoyed our meal and the food tasted fresh and hot. Happy and full! read more

They're amazing. We had an online order and were missing a few straws, I called and they were here with straws not even 2 minutes later.

I have gotten an ice tea 2 days in a row there and it's nothing but water!!! Your tea most of the time is good what's going on??

Chick-fil-a has the fastest drive thru I've ever experienced. Cars were wrapped around the building and the serve time was super quick. During quarantine, CF has more order takers outside and many others utilized as runners. Further, the attendants are very friendly and always answer with "my pleasure." My favorite menu item is the Southwest salad. read more

It had been a few years or so since I stopped in at this location. I try to avoid Nicholasville Road like a plague. It's pretty convenient to New Circle Road though, in the same parking lot/shopping center as Gatti Town, Red Lobster and Malibu Jacks. It seems like they're always running some sort of freebie special within the app. I used the app to order and it was quick and super easy. I was intrigued by the grilled chicken nuggets. Although they were good, I don't think they're worth the $4+price. But I'm. It sure that I know of any place else that sells them, to even compare them to. Everything here is a bit on the pricier side, compared to the average fast food chain. The staff is always incredibly nice here... the kind that say "my pleasure". If I had to choose between here and Raising Canes, just across the street, I'd definitely go here. read more

Chick-fil-A - Up close of the grilled chicken nuggets - Fast Food Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

I love Chick Fil A and it's almost always where I'll go when getting fast food, however, this location does not hold up to Chick Fil A standards at all!!!!! Every time I've gone I've waited over 20 minutes for my meal and the quality of the food is so much worse. I don't know if they're having staffing or management issues, but I will definitely not be coming back after my most recent experience. read more

Chick-fil-A was excellent as always. I just drove through the drive through lane and pick up my number 1 combo meal. The pickup was quick with a person taken the order outside. I cannot rate much about the restaurant since I do not eat or go inside. read more

Always friendly and fast service. Excellent customer service, they almost always get your order correct. Considering the challenges of labor shortages, they still manage to handle their extremely long drive thru line very well. Can't say enough good things about this company! read more

I tried contacting Chick fil a three days in a row after my salad order was wrong. I left my number and completely expected someone to call me back...nothing. I spent $30 on an order for my grandkids and myself. I just expected them to make the order right. Very disappointed in customer service. read more

I just ordered an 8 count nugget meal and a salad with a tea and had it delivered. It was 40.00!!!! I called to have them explain the charge, the girl I spoke with said they increase the price of delivery food by adding in delivery fee to the prices; however they then charge a delivery fee and ask for a tip. I got this for a meeting for 2 people. I am appalled that with having it delivered not even a mile down the road was 17.00 more. That is absolutely insane. read more

I used to not like This place because I felt they didn't have enough options for me. That is until I found The Cobb salad. I started getting this with advocato lime Dressing and let me tell you it is the best chicken salad I have ever had. Now I want to go there several times a week just to eat their salad. Every time I go there they never disappoint and are always super fast. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is always crazy busy! I stopped here around 8:30 after work the other night and the line was surprisingly tolerable. I was pretty hangry from a long day and ordered an 8 piece nugget meal. I was sooo disappointed when I got home to find that they only gave me 6 nuggets!!! The fries weren't super hot either, I'm sure that they had been sitting. Hopefully I will be able to post about a better experience at this location in the future!!! read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

Today, did it for me. I LOVE chick fil a. They always have superior quality food for fast food in my opinion. HOWEVER, this chick fil a in particular needs to get it together. Something is almost always wrong/missing with my order. The last time I went, they got my drink wrong. They basically always forget my hash browns and I don't realize it till I get to work. I take the blame on that for not looking before I drive away, however, I guess I just expect it to be right. Then this morning was the straw that broke the camels back. I was on a strict budget this week. Chick fil a was not in the cards this week. Fine, no problem. Well, then I looked and saw there was a reward for a free chicken biscuit in the greater Lexington area. Cool, I thought. I didn't really want my oatmeal from home. I get in the drive thru line with my app ready. I order and go to hit claim receipt and I get an error message. Do it again, same thing. The lady that took my order outside said, really it's being like that! Finally, I get the app pulled up but this time, the reward had gone away because I had tried to open it so many times. The lady said, "oh it did that earlier on a guy. Sorry but you'll have to pay for that now!" I'm sorry what? You saw I had a reward. You knew it happened earlier in the morning... POOR POOR POOR customer service. So there was $4 that i really couldn't spare. So three stars for several reasons. 1. MANY MANY MANY messed up orders. Not just once or twice 2. Poor customer service when something gets messed up. I got attitude the last visit when I realized my coke was regular and not diet and asked for them to switch it out for me. Will this stop me from getting chick fil a? Probably not. However, for the price you pay, I want it to be right. I most likely will not be back to this location. I've given them so many chances. I'm DONE! read more

Best Chick-fil-a in Lexington hands down !! I live closer to the Harrosburg location, but always put my order in to Nicholasville. They're extremely prompt with my orders, easy to assist with any special requests, and the food comes out hot and delicious. I typically go with the spicy chicken deluxe for the spice kick. If I'm trying to behave on be a touch healthy, I'll go with the grilled club sandwich. To avoid the crowds, order online and pickup when you walk in. read more

Kathryn was the best! So helpful and sweet!!! Food was delicious and service was amazing!! :)

Slow as molasses.... Food is good but it takes 20-30min to get it. Would recommend prob visiting a different location if you're in a hurry.

What's not to love about CFA?! The food is always fresh and delicious! Love that they now offer a gluten free bun. Polynesian sauce is the best! The kids menu is wonderful and the fact that they have grilled nuggets as an option is a win for me! Their tea is always refreshing and you cant go wrong with waffle fries! read more

I just witnessed the most amazing thing! A very busy afternoon here at chick fil A. I had to park in the adjacent business parking to get a space. I go in order my chicken nuggets nothing out of the ordinary until I see a lady offering the customers to refresh their beverages! As soon as the tables were vacated the manager and his assistant went directly over and clean them off for customers who were waiting. This is the most impressive fast food restaurant that I have seen in awhile! And the food is most excellent it's always of top quality consistency and taste they have new items on the menu frequently. This is probably the best chick-fil-a that I have visited. You can tell the staff and the manager work above and beyond to make sure their customers are well fed and happy when they leave. Thank you Daniel Holden read more

Chick-fil-A - Prompt table cleaning and Refreshment of beverages - Fast Food Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

Slowest ever. Not up to CFA standards. Not enough workers and you get stuck in the drive they line.

As I arrived at UK, sitting in the parking lot. Contemplating how I was going to take on my day, I remembered "I have a Chick Filet spicy chicken sandwich, and an 8 piece Nuggie and Coca Cola".. A sigh of relief ran through my thoughts and body, as I once again knew... Chick Filet, will help me make it through the day read more

It's Chick-fil-A...what can I say??? It's so good, you'll be willing to sit in a drive through that's wrapped all the way around the building and back through the parking lot! A little pricier than other fast food, but so worth it! I love the nuggets, original chicken sandwiches, and the Cobb salad. The salads are soooo much better than other fast food restaurants-no wilted lettuce here. The lines are long, but they are fairly efficient. read more

Chick-fil-a serves probably the best chicken sandwiches around. I have been a fan of Chick-fil-a for many, many years. Also, their chicken biscuit breakfast is very good too. Love the staff at the free standing store. Always friendly and courteous. read more

I love having the option of grilled chicken but I still love the original chicken sandwich and nuggets. The food here has always been consistent: hot and just as I have ordered. This week I got some fries, grilled club chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke. I like trying different sauces and they have many choices here. I am disappointed when a restaurant only has one sauce. Every person I saw and spoke to had a pleasant attitude. I appreciate the atmosphere: families, many different types of people, and children playing. I keep coming back here because of all these things. read more

Went through the drive through at 6:12. Told to pull through and wait at the drive through pick up for my kids chicken nugget order. It's 6:23 when they bring it. And there's no sauce. The fries are cold and I'm praying I make it to my class on time. Literally worst ever. read more
