I ordered for delivery to the hotel I'm staying at. I ordered a Cobb salad and tea. I added a 20% tip to my order...assuming positive intent. The order was delivered in a timely manner by the Grub Hub delivery person. However, there was no dressing, no napkins, and no straw. I also put in a comment "no bacon"...there was bacon on the salad. Attention to details very much lacking. I've been in the Nich rd chick-fil- a a hundred times, but tonight, there was a girl working there that was not "her pleasure ' for sure. she had to help correct someone's bill and she was so surly acting about helping the girl at the register. I saw her interact with several customers and it would have killed her to smile or even act helpful. I notified customer support on the app. Within 24 hours, a manager called me and offered to make it right. I called back to discuss what went wrong with the order. He was very friendly and offered me a free replacement meal. I returned today and ordered via drive thru. I place my order with a friendly employee and proceeded quickly through the line. When I arrived at the window, I gave my code and received my free item. Everything was in the order--nothing missing. My family and I really enjoyed our meal and the food tasted fresh and hot. Chick-fil-a has the fastest drive thru I've ever experienced. Cars were wrapped around the building and the serve time was super quick. During quarantine, CF has more order takers outside and many others utilized as runners. Further, the attendants are very friendly and always answer with "my pleasure." It's pretty convenient to New Circle Road though, in the same parking lot/shopping center as Gatti Town, Red Lobster and Malibu Jacks. I called to have them explain the charge, the girl I spoke with said they increase the price of delivery food by adding in delivery fee to the prices; however they then charge a delivery fee and ask for a tip. Today, did it for me. I LOVE chick fil a. They always have superior quality food for fast food in my opinion. HOWEVER, this chick fil a in particular needs to get it together. Something is almost always wrong/missing with my order. The last time I went, they got my drink wrong. They basically always forget my hash browns and I don't realize it till I get to work. I take the blame on that for not looking before I drive away, however, I guess I just expect it to be right. Then this morning was the straw that broke the camels back. I was on a strict budget this week. Chick fil a was not in the cards this week. Fine, no problem. Well, then I looked and saw there was a reward for a free chicken biscuit in the greater Lexington area. Cool, I thought. I didn't really want my oatmeal from home. I get in the drive thru line with my app ready. I order and go to hit claim receipt and I get an error message. Do it again, same thing. The lady that took my order outside said, really it's being like that! Finally, I get the app pulled up but this time, the reward had gone away because I had tried to open it so many times. The lady said, "oh it did that earlier on a guy. Sorry but you'll have to pay for that now!" I'm sorry what? You saw I had a reward. You knew it happened earlier in the morning... POOR POOR POOR customer service. So there was $4 that i really couldn't spare. So three stars for several reasons. 1. MANY MANY MANY messed up orders. Not just once or twice 2. Poor customer service when something gets messed up. I got attitude the last visit when I realized my coke was regular and not diet and asked for them to switch it out for me. Best Chick-fil-a in Lexington hands down !! I live closer to the Harrosburg location, but always put my order in to Nicholasville. They're extremely prompt with my orders, easy to assist with any special requests, and the food comes out hot and delicious. I typically go with the spicy chicken deluxe for the spice kick. If I'm trying to behave on be a touch healthy, I'll go with the grilled club sandwich. To avoid the crowds, order online and pickup when you walk in. read more

I just witnessed the most amazing thing! A very busy afternoon here at chick fil A. I had to park in the adjacent business parking to get a space. I go in order my chicken nuggets nothing out of the ordinary until I see a lady offering the customers to refresh their beverages! As soon as the tables were vacated the manager and his assistant went directly over and clean them off for customers who were waiting. This is the most impressive fast food restaurant that I have seen in awhile! And the food is most excellent it's always of top quality consistency and taste they have new items on the menu frequently. This is probably the best chick-fil-a that I have visited. I came through there tonight (6/1) and ordered two eight piece original chicken nugget meals with cheese sauce. the man taking my order was nice, as were the ladies at the window which is why i'm leaving two stars. if it was on customer service alone it would be five. anyway! as i get to the window they inform me they're out of cheese sauce, no problem! i get it, it happens. they refunded me. i notice it's a little pricey but was in too much of a hurry to check my receipt or bag until i got to my destination. they gave me two 12 count GRILLED chicken nugget meals, which explains the price. i've tried to call for over 20 minutes to no avail. i live too far to drive back. i'm just super upset that there was no way to get ahold of anyone to help fix this. read more

Husband had ordered #1 deluxe. He noticed the sandwich had pepperjack cheese- he wanted American. Clerk put a piece of American cheese in a bag and handed it to him. He peeled the pepperjack off his sandwich, replaced with the American slice, took a bite of the sandwich and discovered he had been given the #2 spicy chicken sandwich. The children and i had about finished our meal so he left the sandwich and was in a bad mood the rest of the evening. This was after we spent $31.00.
