Greeted upon entrance to the restaurant. Order was quickly taken, and food was received. Restaurant was very clean and sanitization practices were being enforced. Burgers were hot and toppings were accurate as to what was ordered. Personnel were very friendly. They were very generous with French fries. Probably could have split an order of the small ones. Honestly, I come to this location frequently and today they were disappointing. I am Muslim and do not eat pork and they put bacon on my sandwich; might I add that was very displeasing. To add insult to injury they made the order again and it was still correct. The issue really is that they were not busy and it was myself and 2 other customers at the time. Wanted to mix it up and have a hog dog at 5 guys for the first time. I was shocked to learn that you can't get chili on your hog dog!? Something as basic and American as a hot dog, but they don't offer chili? They need to get in touch with the majority of this country. I must be either getting old, or they don't care how many dogs they sell. I would bet any amount of money that their hot dog sales would increase a ton if they offered chili and used this new offering as a marketing plot for new advertising. read more

I often find myself frustrated with these types of places as I typically only eat them as a convenience/delivery option. They only offer delivery via third parties, then don't put all the food in the bag, then tell people to deal with it through the delivery service. If you aren't competent enough to put a full order in a bag and resolve it at a store level when you don't, don't offer delivery. The food we did receive was also incorrectly made. Just disappointing to have to bring up CC disputes/theft claims in order to receive a refund for missing items that should have been there in the first place. I had Five Guys in Miami over a decade ago, but frankly had no recollection of the burger. I ordered the cheeseburger with tomato and jalapenos and a regular Little Fry to take home. A burger is about the meat and, to me, too many toppings seem to offset the balance of the burger. You know the feeling of being surrounded by a food smell in your car, but you can't do anything about it, except maybe grab a few fries to hold you over? What makes this place very unique they offer so many selections of what you can add to your hamburger.I always requested a Low carb burger which means, no bread and everything they offer free to the hamburger. Five Guys is one of my favorite lunch spots, especially when I'm trying to cut down on carbs (which means, of course, no bun, fries, or shake). The online ordering system never fails me; my meal is always ready for pickup at the designated time. I love all the options that you can order for your burgers, from condiments (the normal stuff, but also things like BBQ sauce or A1) to grilled vegetables. You can even get an extra hamburger patty. The online ordering system even allows you to decide if you want each topping to be "lite", "regular", or "extra." It's awesome. You're also given bun-less choices of a bowl or a lettuce wrap. You can be very specific. And my order hasn't been wrong yet. It gets a little busy at lunchtime, but that's not a problem when ordering online (you just walk up to the counter and ask for your bag). The only downside is the parking lot. There aren't enough spots and it's a little hard to get in and out of. read more

I love Five Guys! They have a simple menu that is the same wherever you go, with options for vegans too. The parking at this particular location is kind of confusing. Inside is clean and easy to navigate. You order at the counter and seat yourself; food was ready within 10 minutes. While I was familiar with the menu, I overheard the cashier explain it thoroughly and with enthusiasm to a first time family- a great lasting impression. Food came out hot. I was craving their cajun fries and they NEVER do me wrong. Well seasoned, fried to perfection, and more than your belly can hold. My boyfriend loves the burger. I visited this location on Monday April 24th, 2017 at 1230pm. I'm not big on the location. There's not easy parking access but not a big deal. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and my son (11) ordered the same with fries. The place was busy, it was lunchtime, and the staff was friendly. Our order was quick, about 3 minutes, and the place was clean. My son and I agree that the burgers were very good but the fries were too salty. We got shakes for dessert. ( chocolate and banana/strawberry). The shakes were ok. Not much different than other places. The price for two cheeseburgers, one fry, and drinks was pricey at $20.52. Their shakes come in one size and cost $9.00 for two. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 3.5 or 4. read more

You even get to be a slob and throw peanut shells on the floor.. OH MY! Im not sure but i think i even saw the bacon getting a deep fried treatment.. I hope my vision was not failing as this is the most spectacular vision i have seen at a restaurant.. Pandemic review. So I downloaded the app and set up my account. Very easy to do. I looked online to get a glimpse of the menu and how the ease of use would be. There ALOT of choices on what to put on your burger. I have been here for lunch for business several times and always find this location very good. I texted my wife at home and got her choice for toppings, then set my sights to tackle the app ordering. I ordered myself the cheeseburger with mayo,grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and grilled peppers. My idea got the cheeseburger with all the same as me but added lettuce tomato and pickles. We had two regular fries. One regular and one Cajun. Set my time to pick up after work. Arrived at my time and called. The app said to do that to keep the fries fresh. A young man that was giving food to the car in front came out and asked my name and went in and came out with my order. I took it home. It was all great!! I didn't get a chance to take any pictures. I was trapped in the car with fresh Cajun fry aroma filling the car, so when I got home the food disappeared! Definitely a great place to go if you're looking for a big greasy hamburger and fries. I mean, it kinda says so in the name. I usually opt for the Regular Burger (a double) with grilled onions, mushrooms, pickles, cheese, and A1. I really love the variety of toppings you can get here, but man, this combo works great together. I'm pretty sure they could probably wrestle all the toppings on here somehow, I'm just somehow now sure it'd be worth the challenge. On ordering fries... The Cajun fries are definitely spicy. I love them, but definitely not for the weak of palate. Ketchup does help, but only so much. Additionally, two people could probably split and small fry and have plenty. A large is a big more appropriate for a LARGE family of four. But man, it's hard to put them down. Crispy, spicy, perfectly soft inside... They're right about Penn Station quality.
