Thursday Night - 6:30. Entered the store and waited at the order counter. The two workers did not acknowledged I even entered the restaurant. Both just ignored me. Both had headphones in listening to music. Unbelievably horrible customer service. I should also add the place was a total mess. Wow! I've been under a rock! I just discovered Firehouse Subs today! They don't have a drive thru, but they're handling the pandemic days beautifully. And they're even running a crazy special right now. Turkey, ham, and roast beef subs are only $4.99. On top of that crazy special, they're even offering double reward points! I placed a huge order. Deanna was amazing and handled everything brilliantly. She boxed and bagged everything up, just as requested and everything was perfect. They currently don't have an option to tip when you pick up, but they can run the tip on a credit card separately. I had the Ladder salad and it was huge and amazing. Even their peppercorn ranch is fabulous. I even went back for dinner and had the turkey sub. Their subs are generally served hot, but you can also request them cold. They aren't stingy with the meat either. I'm talking like five times the meat as you find on Subway's subs. It's definitely worth the extra money that you'll spend here, but with the current $4.99 special, it's the best deal in town! read more

The quality of the food is great and deserves 5 stars! However, the service of staff is lacking in the extreme. They only get online orders correct if they are un-modified. For example, I ordered a meatball sub, add bacon and onions. I received a sub sans marinara sauce, onions, OR bacon (which is an additional $1.50)!!! My mods are clearly printed on the receipt! Staff needs to have better attention to detail. This is not the first time this has happened, either. read more

This place used to be AMAZING, I looked forward to eating it every week with my son but the past few times there's been some young girls working there that are just awful, my 1 year olds sandwich bread was hard my sub was completely wrong and cold even though I live 5 minutes away plus the tomatoes were just gross, they need a new crew that cares about the food they're giving to PAYING CUSTOMERS! read more

Never had a firehouse sub before today. I got the Hero and was surprised at how tender and juicy the turkey and ham was. Wish I had a bunch of that for home use. Bread was good and overall I would have say way better, waaaay better than subway. Would definitely eat there again. read more

One sandwich was good, the other was drenched in oil... so much so that it wasn't edible. Sent my husband to return it and a refund was given. Today the manager calls wanting to know why we left bad feedback on a survey. She was rude and flat out lied about the whole incident. We won't be back. read more

We have been to this location 3 different occasions and every time have had great customer service and our subs were delicious.

Clean and quick. Excellent customized subs. Efficient service. Subs are good, but a little pricey. They were generous with the ingredients and it didn't seem like I was eating mostly bread. This location always gets a great Health Score and is a clean restaurant. Today I stopped in to get subs for the family as take out. The server offered to even help me get my order to the car!! I had a drink carrier and two bags of food so he followed me out! That kind of service is rare these days. Nice place with terrific help. read more

In town on a business trip staying at a nearby hotel. Had the Bacon Ranch on white. Tasted excellent and put together nicely! At the end of the counter they have a large selection of hot sauce to put on your sandwich, if you like. All the sauce bottles have numbers on them based on the degree of hotness (10 being the hottest sauce). The staff was also super friendly and courteous. read more

Redeemed my large sub on the app. Walked in to the store. The app said all you need to do was apply your phone to use it when checking out. The cashier had no clue how to check where my phone number would apply the rewards. Which is fine, the fact that the act of me coming in and me wanting to use my rewards seemed like such huge problem really puzzled me. She called for a lady with different colors in her hair and she tried to make me sound stupid and incompetent to us the firehouse app. By the end of that encounter, made me never go back there. I love firehouse subs but because the employees on September 19 were mean and no where close to friendly. I'll never go there again. There has been a few comments about this subject and it doesn't look like it's going to change anytime soon. read more

Nice subs. The buns seem to be steamed instead of baked and the meats/cheese combos to choose from are different than most sub places. I have to say I actually enjoyed this place. It was very refreshing and different. They have a wall of bbq/hot sauces that are numbered from mild to hot on a scale from 1-10. They do donations from certain purchases on their menu. I've only been here twice but both times the staff has always greeted me upon entering and the subs have been great. The only reason why I have not rated them a 5 star is both times that I've ordered there they have always left off something that I added to the sub. For example I ate their today and got my wife the turkey sandwich with no onions and extra pickles. They got the no onions right but did not put any pickles on it. I realize everybody makes a mistake and I would highly recommend eating here just check your sandwich before leaving. read more

Had the smokehouse beef and cheddar for the first time and it was great so much better than other sandwich places. The employees were helpful and friendly even gave me a free water while I waited. Costs a little more than other places but you get a better product. read more

Terrible customer service! Just ate there with my mom. The cashier messed up my order and I didn't realize she rang up wrong sized sandwich until the lady brought it to our table. I politely said I ordered a medium, just like my mom. You would have thought I sent back a $100 steak dinner. Yes, they rang me up a small but that isn't what I ordered. She took my sandwich back only to have 2 different managers come ask me what happened... and make it out like it was my fault. And they would bring me another small sandwich to make it total a medium, but I needed to pay the difference. It was $1.90 difference! Customer service rule #1, take care of the customer first. So after 5 minutes I was given back my original small that had been sitting at the counter. Then 5 minutes after that I was given my new small that the expediter rudely shoved in my face and told me to grab it off the basket she was holding . Next time, just make a new sandwich and move on. I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there! read more

Stopped by here for lunch with a colleague, we had a nearby work errand to run together, and then decided to pick up some sandwiches to take back to the office. So I got a veggie sandwich. This was difficult, for some reason. First, it was not actually offered on the huge menu board on the wall behind the prep area. When I was able to order I asked and was told that yes they have them but just not on the menu. Okay, cool. Except that I guess I'm the first person to order one? They seemed confused about keying it in. The back and forth was peculiar, such as when I said no mayo I got that inexplicable "are you sure?" that also accompanies requests for no bag at the grocery when I'm only buying one small item - yes I'm sure, that's why I just specifically requested it two seconds ago. Also there's like four different kinds of peppers that one can add or subtract from any sandwich. I asked for the bell peppers and the cherry peppers to be included but the jalapeno peppers and the banana peppers to be excluded. What I received was bell peppers and jalapeno peppers, but not the cherry peppers. They got the lack of banana pepper part right. But I was already three miles away back at work so had to dissect the sandwich a bit at my cubicle, so sad, so so sad. The pickle spear, individually wrapped but packed alongside the sandwich, was actually excellent, with a different flavor and snap than most places have. I really swear up and down that I am not a difficult customer. My tastes stray from the norm and I can understand that there may be a little bit of cognitive dissonance with people who take my order at times since I don't just ask for the "#5 with a Pepsi" or whatever that they hear all day. But this is what these new-fangled touchscreen Point Of Sale devices these days allow for, a simple entry of what one would like and would not like. And then it prints out, in simple symbology, down the assembly line. Even though I'm "middle-class" (in modern terms) the $6.00 for a veggie sandwich (no drink) to-go is not insignificant, and when it's bungled it's just a big disappointment. So I guess my review isn't the most representative since I'm so divergent that I don't eat a hot meat sandwich. read more

I won't be returning. My order was roughly 13 dollars. I paid 15, the gentleman behind the register who attempted to communicate with as little words as possible, kept my change as a tip. Two dollars is obviously not important, but I work in food service , and just the principle is appalling. As someone with lots of restaurant experience this kind of thing is just the tip of the iceburg. If you can't provide decent customer service, I wouldn't trust sanitation or food quality. read more
