I recently decided to try Jersey Mike's. My coworkers used to go here all the time and raved about their subs. Jersey Mike's definitely did not disappoint. I got the #8; a cold-cut with ham, turkey, bacon, mayo, tomato and lettuce. I am not a sub guy, but this thing was freaking amazing. This Jersey Mike's location is very easy to get to. It's in the same shopping strip as Vinaigrette and Smashing Tomatoes. Parking is also very easy. There's a fairly large parking lot. I went during lunch and easily found a spot. The employees are very nice as well. The store was also clean and abides by COVID regulations. Every one was wearing both masks and gloves. Visited on 9/6 while traveling to Gatlinburg. Friendly staff, great sub, very clean. Realized 3 hours later I left my purse. Too far to go back so I called. Food is awesome! Love it! When I have variations on a theme sandwich, I make each order separately. They catch on pretty quickly.

It's frustrating that you can't customize each sandwich in your order. They seem unable to understand that you want different variations for each one, so they end up making them all the same. read more

Ate here on our way to Florida. Was pretty good for the first time. Everything was super fresh. The bread was extremely fresh and the meat was really good. We both got the Club sub. The prices were reasonable. This was definitely a cut above the other other sub place that everyone goes to that is a chain store. read more

Went to this place to take advantage of their BOGO regular sandwich deal. This only comes to people who sign up on their email blasts and man, it is probably the best deal they have (rare that they ever do it). I also managed to do some research on the sandwiches before I got there because I hate looking at the menu and then deciding. My eyes are shot as it is. Like do they do an optometrist audit on menus behind counters, how do they come up with the size font customers should be able to see? Do you have to have like 20/20 vision to look at them? I am not just writing about Jersey Mikes, I just mean at eateries in general. It's ridiculous! I usually just ask for a takeout menu and I can see everything or else resort to someone pointing at the menu, which I cannot read anyway and choose the first sandwich name I can make out. Do your research people..website. So anyway, I get the #2 and #3 and the service is fast. Do not be one of those people who are like "I want the Italian and Cranco Special." Then have the people repeating "What?..What was the other sandwich?" Like how many sandwiches are even remotely titled the same as the next one? NONE! Therefore, you should comprehende! This did not happen on this visit. "Hey...do you guys make ice cream sundaes by chance? Pumpkin spiced lattes?" "Pumpkin spiced what? It's not even the correct season! No, we do not." (No this did not really happen). OMG...so they heard me the whole time and knew exactly what I had said. -_-. Think streamline people...S-T-R-E-A-M-L-I-N-E. Number, number, number! And then whether or not you want a Mike's way or not. But yeah, the service was fast. I get to the register and I was asked if I was a rewards member. I stated "No." The guy looked at me and asked again "Are you a rewards member?" "NO!" I was never asked if I wanted to sign up, but then again, if I wanted to be a rewards member, I would have signed up....Actually, the only way I would become a rewards member is if every reward was like a BOGO deal. This was my second visit to a Jersey Mike's location. They must be quite a hit, because just within a few years, three locations have opened up in Lexington. This location is in the Hamburg area. I have to admit, I wasn't as impressed on my first visit. This time, I was a bit more prepared and knew that I wanted a hot sub. I ordered the Big Kahuna, which was a Philly Steak sub with extra cheese. I've had steak subs at other places and they are often greasy, but not this one. I think have been impressed with the service as much as the food here. They are friendly and have good advice. I love that this is a slice to order kind of place. (I stand in line at the deli counter at my grocery store... so I guess that says something about me.) I had the club and it was amazing. I love the bacon that they used. There is a good bun to meat ratio here. I've only had the white bread so far, but I will try the rosemary soon. My hubby got a rookie cookie! So if it is your first time in tell them! This place is finally open! I've been to numerous other locations around the country so this isn't new for me just close by. Having just opened I expected some issues...there were but the crew did a pretty good job fixing mistakes on the fly. My #8 Club sub came without the bacon...normally that would be a crime but it was quickly remedied. The guy in front of me had to wait a bit as his order got lost in the shuffle. Anyway, I chose Mikes Way which includes, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. I skip the oil but add hot peppers, the crushed kind. The bread was fresh and the ingredients were familar JM so no surprises. If you've never been and have a hankering for an East Coast style sub give 'em a try. read more

While I've been to Jersey Mike's several times, this was my first visit to the Hamburg location. The service was quick and super friendly. I tried the tuna fish sub (ordered "Mike's Way" meaning it came with tomato, onions, lettuce, vinegar, oil, and spices) and was not disappointed. I really like this place much better than other sandwich chains. In the past, I've tried their club sub and philly cheesesteak and enjoyed both. They also have a rewards program to earn points towards free subs. If you join, you will get a free sub coupon on your birthday (that does not expire for a whole year and does not require a purchase). read more

You can't go wrong with Jersey Mike's. I get the same thing everytime. Number 5 regular size Mike's way with yellow mustard. I eat half with my chips and then take the rest home. The service is fast and the employees are friendly everytime I go in there. I do not think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes in line even during their grand opening when the line was to the door. I do wish they sold pickles on the side but that is just me. read more

For the record, as far as subs go, my attitude is kind of "meh." I mean.. I can make a sandwich at home, right? Maybe it's because not many places really raise the bar and deliver a product that is delicious and make you feel like you have to go out to get a sandwich THAT good. I do like Penn Station because they have great baked subs. I've had Subway (who hasn't.. "meh"), and honestly I have never had a desire to even try Jimmy Johns because their sandwiches look so dry and unappealing. So glad I decided to give Jersey Mike's a try! I peaked at the menu before I went so that I would be prepared to order. The staff was very friendly and greeted everyone that walked in. I tried the Club Sub, Mike's Way. My sandwich was made very quickly but I noticed the attention to detail my sandwich maker was giving and that was appreciated! Personally, I don't like a dry sub. So I found the vinegar and olive oil blend to be fantastic! My only complaint is that I didn't get any napkins with my juicy sub. Not a big deal. Next time I will ask.
