I made this trip here once again because the app had put me for this location over the Alysheba one and I found out that the way this place packages the food is different than the way Alysheba's does. For instance, everything, two baked spaghettis could fit in a paper bag over a plastic one. Also, the garlic bread is wrapped in aluminum foil. read more

I wish they have an Italian fast food with a drive thru in SD!!! Wow, I didn't expect much but the food we ordered were good!!! We got the baked family meal consisting of whole pepperoni pizza, 16 garlics breadsticks (yum!), 1/2 gallon lemonade, family sized baked spaghetti and fettuccini Alfredo. We waited a good 15 minutes after we ordered but it's all worth it! Only complaint, we asked for cutlery, Parmesan cheese and red pepper but they forgot, my daughter had to get out of the car and go to the restaurant to get it. read more

Fazoli's in Palomar is closets to us and the amount of food you get for the money is ridiculous not to mention how stingy they are with the amount of sauce you get. I also got bread sticks that were not even done. They were dough. We couldn't eat them. The drive thru is always easiest for me since I'm always on my way home but I don't know why they can't tell you the total amount of your order so you can have your money ready when you get to the window. It would be so much faster. And the workers there are much to be desired. I have decided if I want Fazoli's again I'll just go to another one in Lexington and hopefully get more for my money with better customer service. read more

My niece recently celebrated her 13th birthday party at Fazoli's! They have her favorite food- spaghetti! She only likes it from Fazoli's. It turned out to be a very special birthday thanks to Ms. T, the manager at Fazoli's. They baked fresh spaghetti and pepperoni pizza. They also made a nice salad for the non carb people and of course fresh breadsticks. I, of course, had to get a slice of the pizza and breadsticks. I forgot just how good Fazoli's can be. This location is pretty standard. The food was ok and the restaurant was clean. The restaurant does not seem to have been updated like many of the others. Update- I've been to this Fazoli's twice in a few weeks and both experiences have been awful. The drive through has given us the wrong order both times. The food we did get was inedible. I assumed the first time was a bad experience and gave them another chance because it's a convenient location. Nope, still bad second round. I called to complain and the manager was not helpful. It's seriously worth driving to another location to get your Fazoli's fix. read more

My friend and I went to one of our favorite local fast food Italian restaurants. Some might not call it "Italian" but I love it and their prices. We stopped by for their $5 special and the variety of specials. Not to mention they are well know me for their tasty breadsticks. I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo dish and the pasta sauce was great and chicken was very seasoned!! My friend let me try a bite of the baked spaghetti and it was one of the best I've had in a while. No lie, great pasta sauce. We will be visiting again very soon read more

Stopped by on my lunch break and they were a little busy but nothing unreasonable. Had to ask for the salad I ordered that was supposed to be provided at front counter when I paid. Manager I asked rolled his eyes at me. Then it took 31 minutes to get my food (exact - I was curious so I ran a stopwatch). Employee who brought the food didn't even apologize when I said it had been so long and that I felt some kind of refund was in order. No breadstick service the entire hour I was in the dining room. Even worse, I emailed corporate about this incident and to date no response. Will not be back to any Fazoli's ever again. Prices were already getting a little high for some pasta. read more

Went today a little after 12:30 and got oven baked sampler. It's a 10 minute drive back to work and the food was still hot and good. The breadsticks were hot and tasted fresh and buttery! The lemonade was tangy and sweet. House side salad was decent but not that fresh. All in all it was good for lunch. read more

I'm not a huge fan of Fazoli's in general. The food is fine and you can't beat the unlimited bread sticks but I'm more of a protein kind of guy over carbs carbs and more carbs! That being said this location is clean and the staff are courteous. I do like the all you can eat option when they offer that but it's not very often. If you like Fazoli's don't hesitate to visit this location as it's all good here. read more

Here's what we were looking forward to all week; namely hanging out with our 23-month-old grandson today, and picking up some meatballs for him at Fazoli's on Richmond Road. He lives about three blocks away. I ordered a spaghetti and meatballs for me, a spaghetti and meat sauce for Vondah, and a side of meatballs for Neil . . . to go. The order came out as an eat-in the first time. I shrugged it off with good humor. I'd just wait a few minutes for the fix. A to-go came out apace, I thanked the man who brought it and left. Three blocks later, at the table, Neil was at the table saying, "Meatballs, Grandpa." That's when we discovered they had been omitted. I fed him some of mine while eating my lukewarm-at-best pasta. I had called to report the missing meatballs, but was met by a hideous cacaphony which rendered the individual's speech unintelligible. I said I had not understood a word. She shouted a question into the phone: did I want to come pick them up. (N.b., never shout at a hard-of-hearing person. It is so extremely offensive to us that it can make every word you speak a "fighting word.") I said I didn't want to come back to a completely cold dinner. (The question was appallingly clueless.) I said I'd come at my convenience. I hung up. First, because of the cacaphony. Second, so I did not go ballistic. When I got there the manager charged out of the kitchen, her voice raised to half a bellow, complaining that I had hung up. She said she would get me meatballs, but refused to adjust the price for barely lukewarm pasta, and for my trouble. That was the last straw. I called her a thief . . . which she is, because I didn't get my money's worth. She ripped me off, on behalf of Fazoli's. I have not experienced such virulent and intentional customer abuse in some time. We exchanged some grumpy comments, and I left. Back at the table I cut a meatball into five or six pieces. Neil quickly removed the first piece from his mouth and said, "Hot!" Maybe unintentional. Maybe vindictive. Either way, not acceptable. Fazoli's Richmond Road sowed deep disappointment, anger, and outrage in order to charge full price for substandard goods. It will not soon be forgotten. read more

Came out for an impromptu late lunch. 4pm on a Saturday wasnt extremely busy, but i was extremely impressed by the service! The manager was super nice and helpful and food came out quick and hot and made sure we had plenty of breadsticks. I just felt good to be here on a Saturday afternoon. Fazoli's is a fresh, fast, authentic Italian restaurant that my friends and I enjoy every Sunday as tradition. At this point, it has become a spiritual staple in our lives and we look forward to the rejuvenating feeling we receive after indulging in the delicious food here. Fazoli's food deserves 6 stars, however that rating has been compromised by the attitude we received in the drive thru window. This complaint is not to belittle the worker, Latoya, but is simply a reflection of the the vibes we received from her menacing glare and depressing tone. They have really gone down hill. Just picked up an order of chicken Parmesan and was awful. Size of the chicken was half of what it used to be and edges of spaghetti was burnt. I would stay away. read more

THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!! I am constantly having to complain about something. Their managers are so so so rude!!! I placed an online order and the manager on duty said that she didn't receive my order, I gave her the confirmation number and showed her my bank account stating that the money was taken out of my account and she STILL DID NOT GIVE ME MY FOOD! She said she didn't know what the order consisted of and I stood in front of her and told her 3 times what my order was and she said I didn't have proof. I asked for a corporate phone number and she said to "look it up on google and go ahead and tell them everything". A time before this incident I went through the drive thru and there was another young lady in the window and my food wasn't correct in my bag and I tried to get her attention and she looked at me and motioned me to move on and I didn't so she opened the window and I explained to her what was wrong and she just gave me a bag of bread sticks and told me to have a nice day. read more

Fazoli's food isn't remarkable but is usually dependable and consistent quality. What used to set them apart was their outstanding service. Have been to this location twice in the last month and the service was somewhere between poor and nearly non existent. Both times we waited at the counter for better than 5 minutes with no employees in sight. The first visit, there were no forks or knives at the utensil counter, nor any lids. I asked for a fork and spoon (for twirling). I was brought a plastic take-out set of utensils and no spoon. By the time my spoon came, my pasta was cold. On our second visit again we waited for someone to show up at the counter, there were no lids, no sweet tea, no unsweet tea. We had to ask if they still passed extra breadsticks and we were finished eating by the time they were brought out. The restaurant was not busy either time we were there. We won't be back. read more
