Tried this due to having to be at the mall... (note HAVING... we are not fans of going to the mall.) but energy and sustenance were calling so food court here we came. Went and picked up chic fil a tea (surprising how many places don't make unsweetened tea and offer you some sort of machine tea) but went back to Charlie's for the restaurant week special. Chicken teriyaki for 5 bucks! The sandwich was thrown together and light on the ingredients. I personally did not like the pickle slices with teriyaki but to each their own. I thought what little meat there was on the bun was flavorful but way too little of it for a 8 inch sandwich. The fries were hot but not seasoned and when we asked for salt it was an issue to find some. If the portion size and the help improves we will return for the food. But help needs to be trained in courteousness, that goes a long way with most people! If they hate their job so bad maybe they need to go elsewhere....

Regular-sized Pepperoni Steak with pickles and a side of bacon cheese fries. Now I can't move.

I just loved how he was so quick to jump in and tell us everything we needed to know while the others took our order and made the drinks. So efficient and a great way to showcase the menu! Inside was cozy and a great spot to set up to work. They had plenty of outlets near tables to plug in your laptop. Convenient location! Also have to note the matcha is not pre-sweetened which I prefer. I don't like syrups or sweetener in my matcha and too often coffee shops will use a pre sweetened drink mix. I would definitely be back when in the area again!

Which was really good by the way and my friend said her coffee was really good as well. They have a variety of snacks as well as bagels that are flown in from Queens, NY(which is where I'm born and raised). I did ask the girl at the counter and she told me she thought they were from Queens. She did confirm with someone named Nate. This is where it kind of goes sideways for me he was very dismissive about it when I told him I was born and raised in Queens. Both girls at the counter on the other hand were super friendly and helpful. Would I go back again? I would because I'm all for supporting small businesses especially when their coffee is that good. Would I care to speak with Nate again? Absolutely not.

The cookie was also delicious. Nothing about the taste of this meal felt like it was from a chain. That said, the restaurant interior does give fast casual vibes. I've had their small sandwiches before, and even though they're technically a small size, they've always been very filling and generously made. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The sandwich seemed like it was missing a lot of the meat that I'm used to receiving. There was only one layer of meat, and it just didn't seem like it was made correctly. If I had paid nearly $10 for this sandwich, I would have taken it back because I truly believe it was not prepared the way it should have been. The customer service at the drive-thru was also disappointing. When I pulled up to the window, the interaction felt very awkward. I could hear employees talking amongst themselves, and I felt like I was barely acknowledged. When they handed me my order, it was done without much interaction--no thank you, no greeting, nothing. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I understand that everyone has busy moments, but this visit was far below the experience I've had at Schlotzsky's in the past. I was excited to enjoy my birthday sandwich, but I left very disappointed with both the food quality and the service.

We were greeted by the friendly cashier that took our order right away as there was no line. I got the orange marmalade chicken sandwich and my friend got the cheeseburger and fries. I love this place and what they stand for. My brother in law is a recovering alcoholic and substance abuser. He's been clean and sober for over 20 years and is an RN . For people that think you can't succeed you can! And this place proves it over and over again. Much continued success to the staff and business !

We chose it for the convenient location and the resemblance to a NKY band by the same name. Don't let the counter-ordering process or cafeteria tray-paper plate service dissuade you. The food quality and quantity are on point and the prices are moderate. My husband rates the Southern Eggs Benedict among the best he's ever had. My Breakfast Plate scrambled eggs were soft and creamy and the large biscuit with honey butter was worth every carb and calorie. The coffee is excellent and we even splurged on their sweet-and-salty kitchen sink cookie. As if that isn't enough, DV8 Kitchen is a second chance employer for people in recovery and everyone we encountered was pleasant and hard-working. We wish them all success and we'll certainly be back.

I looked at the menu but already knew I was ordering a Cuban sandwich. They had many favors of Jarritos I was happy before I even got food! I got an amazing sandwich with pork and cheese, and enough for 2 servings. I really felt like I was in Miami where I had my somewhat authentic in the US Cuban. They had a huge take out business, that means the folks working in the offices around them approve. I did not try any of the side dishes, but that is a reason to go back. The location was easy to get to with easy parking, the staff was friendly and make you feel like family. This is a bit of out of the way for me, but I will be back.

The rice and beans were a little bland but well cooked. The Cuban came out fast, but the cheese hadn't really melted at all. The flavors all felt a little rushed, pre-packaged, even.
