So I haven't checked in for a while because the customer service scene has had me near agoraphobic, but I ventured out and drove through Rally's on Georgetown Road in Lexington on my way to an appointment Today, TuESDAy after Labor Day. It's 90+ degrees outside and I wanted a blue raspberry slushie to chill my vibe. It's 11:00 in the afternoon and their slushie machine hadn't even been turned on yet so I waited the 15 minutes to have the slushie brought out, and while I was waiting I sled if I could have a second slushie at no cost to which the clerk replied, "I'll have to ask the manager." The manager yelled back from the back room a hard, "NO!" And then I asked if I still had to pay for the first one for the wait and all? To which the clerk replied, "You've already payed for it," She did give us an extra mozzarella stick in the end at no cost, so kudos to the clerk and "BOO!!" To management. Horrible service. If i could give 0 stars.... I would. Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes- we called to see if they were accepting orders and the man on the phone hung up on us. Do not visit this location! This was my very first Rally's experience and I have to say it ruined the brand. Unacceptable- these employees did not make me feel valued as a customer and have no business in the fast food industry. The ambiance you ask? I didn't get to experience it. I was stuck in my car about to sleep because of the intense wait. Starving, i'll add. I am now traveling to a different location- I'll update you guys. Update: other location was better- service was significantly faster and we only waited five or so minutes. However, I am not a fan of the upcharge on sauces. Not the fault of anyone working at that location, of course, just a personal opinion. 20 minutes in drive thru. 10+ cars behind me. The drive-through is terribly in efficiently run with the same person taking money and serving food and then just standing there and waiting. There is no fast in this fast food. The order itself was 100% correct and the burgers, dogs and fries all yummy. read more

I came through the drive through and placed a order and when I got to the window I asked the lady if she could repeat my order back to me and she said oh my god but she did and then she asked me to park so I did. Then I decided to walk inside to the walk up window so they would not have to walk it out because they was kinda busy. And the staff working didn't wear any gloves and who knows if they even washed their hands before preparing the food yuck! Decided to stop by Rally's on my lunch break (I work overnights). Three cars in the drive, got there about 2:09 AM. It's now 2:23 AM, been sitting in front of the speaker for that long, just now got the "I'll be right with you." Not sure this would be considered fast food at this rate. Finally got to place an order and pull to the front at 2:25 AM. Most places would have at least offered something like a discount for the ridiculous wait time. Not Rally's. Also whoever was working the front was really terse and aggressive. If it weren't for the fact that other cars had blocked me in I would have left a long time ago. Finally got my food at 2:37 AM. Did a mobile order. Got a burger. The burger was wrong so I went back through the line to get it fixed and I was called a doordash fool.

Went by this place hoping to get a decent lunch and the idiots working the drive through window was extremely rude. As I was at the ordering board they asked to take my order and I responded " just one moment please" and the idiot responded with "well are you going to order or not" after I ordered I pulled up to the window, only to find that the worker at the window was dressed to the looks of someone that had slept in their uniform for a week without washing it. Got my food and as I opened my bag my burger was laying in the bottom of my bag due to not being placed in the packaging properly. Complete disaster!!!!!! My family and I were visiting from Alaska and this was our first time visiting a Rally's. We went through the drive-thru and the young man's attitude was very short and curt as we were trying to place our (large) order. When we thought we were short an order of fries both the young man who took our order and the manager were extremely rude in addressing our questions. The food was good but the service was sub-par.
