Randomly popped into Old North Bar after exploring Greyline Station. I ordered a beer from a local brewery and a burger and fries from the kitchen. Both the bartender and kitchen staff were friendly. The facility was overall clean. That night they also had live music going. The burger was surprisingly flavorful and reasonably priced. Crinkle fries were crinkle fries (shrug). Overall I had no complaints and this seems like it'd be a fun place to hang out. read more

Absolutely awful food. Ordered the breakfast burrito which used to be decent, but is now 1/2 the size and tasted terrible. Should have had bacon (none) and egg (minimal)...it was basically a tortilla filled with sautéed onion and bell pepper. Very disappointing! Husband's breakfast sandwich also had no bacon and was flavorless. On a positive note the tots are tasty. Sadly we won't be returning to eat at this neighborhood establishment. read more

I turned 21 during Covid, so I have not had the opportunity to go to a lot of bars. Me and my friends saw this place in Greyline station and decided to pop in! I was not prepared for how much I would LOVE it. Wes (bar owner & amazing bartender!) made us feel so at home. Having no experience ordering drinks we all basically asked him to surprise us each round. His cocktails were AMAZING! You can tell he has passion for what he is doing & that shows with delicious drinks. This place also is in a great location. Greyline station has tons of vendors, shops, a grocery store, and even a patisserie store. It's definitely a place that will add so much to Lexington! Last thing: if you are cautious about the places you go because of covid, this was the safest I have felt going out! Tables are actually spaced and there is hand sanitizer everywhere. After coming here one time, I'm confident l will be here time and time again in the future!!! read more

I ordered from here the other night for the first time through door dash, I got the fried green tomato BLT and fries. I honestly think this was the best sandwich I have had in my 50 years on this earth! Amazing. The food arrived hot and fresh and was more than I could eat in two meals. Just had brunch on a Sunday. Food was awesome. Never once had an empty glass. Wes was attentive and kept a great on us. The kitchen staff was awesome. Was there for Taylor swift trivia and the place was almost to standing room only. They found a way to bring in more tables and chairs for everyone. All the workers were super nice and did every thing they could to keep everyone comfortable and happy. I got the wings and they were much better than I was expecting. She never once asked if I wanted to open a tab which I did not, so I asked her if I was good. She said yes. I thought it was strange she didn't want me to sign anything to tip her. I wake up to a $14 charge the next day. Not to mention she sees me leaving because this was in the morning and they were not busy. She could have told me she opened a tab. The drinks are fantastic and they have many different options. Great draft beers, plenty of wine to choose from and hand crafted cocktails. Currently, the autumn margarita is my go to. My wife and I were married September 2021 at the Clerestory which is an event venue also located in Greyline Station. Old North provided bar service at our reception and they were absolutely top notch! Wes, the owner, established contact with us months in advance to assist with planning the bar service. He invited us on more than one occasion to share a drink with him at the bar to go over wedding details such as alcohol preferences and drink customizations. In addition, we had a very specific service request for our guests during our reception and Wes was more than happy to accommodate. During the reception, Wes was present and supportive of his rockstar team of bartenders who were full of personality and engaging with our guests. We received excellent feedback about the bar from our guests after the wedding. Please do not hesitate to pick Old North to cater your event's bar - you won't regret it! Wes is an awesome local business owner who really cares for his clients! Oh, and we like to visit the bar on days we're not getting married too. I was just married on 8/26/23. I knew from the beginning I wanted a band as I know what a difference it makes from previous weddings I have attended. My husband was hesitant once we started looking at prices. We finally found Kudmani who was in our price range and that seemed...suspicious. Haha. So I did some further research and read prior reviews. I sent an interest email one night and Sammy texted and then even called within 20 minutes! After a couple of discussions on specifics, we booked the Kudmani band! From the beginning Sammy was attentive and detail oriented. You can tell he has performed at so many weddings and really knows what works and what doesn't. He was eager to listen to our requests and help make our wedding special to us. He was flexible and always so full of positive energy. You can't help but smile/laugh when talking with him. The wedding night was so memorable and a lot of that is due to Sammy and the band. Everyone was on the dance floor from the start and it stayed crowded every second of our 4 hour reception. That is due to the high energy, fun, and fantastic music that comes with booking this band. Friends and family members have since talked about how great the band was. Sammy was attentive throughout the evening and made sure me, my groom, the bridal party, and our families were having the best time. There are many other bands out there but I can guarantee you will not regret booking Kudmani! read more
