An old Texaco gas station, the place was abandoned for more than 30 years! Now is a totally awesome dog friendly bar! Lots of bourbon selection and cool cocktails as well as you fav beers! I'm weary of giving this 5 stars because I'm selfish and don't want it too crowded!

Pretty cool concept the owners have, There is no competition in miles. The people around Masterson Station have a nice place to chill. They'd have about 5 beer on draft & several of there specialty mix drinks. Pool table & about 6 picnic tables out front. Warm weather it really nice, Once cold weather hits could be a little crowded inside? If you like the Break room, This place is kind of similar. Heard some say they have food trucked sometimes. Sunday afternoon they had none.

Visited The Garage for the first time and plan to be back soon. The inside is currently closed for seating due to Covid but there are tons of outdoor seating options so you'll always be able to find a table. The prices are amazing for beer and about average for other drinks. They do need to update the online menu because it is a little misleading regarding pricing and specials.

The cutest bar off the side of the road in Leestown. Decided to stop by after seeing the pretty lights from the road and because it's the only place open until 11pm in these times! The staff were friendly (bartender and security) and the space was great. They have several spread out picnic tables, a fire pit and are dog friendly too. 21+ only. We got drinks. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five was that I wish they had more beer options as they only had about 5-6 on tap. The gose was sweet yet refreshing. I ordered the 'Creeper' cocktail and was disappointed in how small the cup was for the price. The atmosphere makes this place worth checking out with some friends, especially if you're into domestics.

The Station has become one of our local favorites! Easily walkable, dog friendly and good drinks. I recommend the Creeper and the Flat Tire but they have a pretty well stocked bar and can make just about anything you ask for. The same Tex Mex food truck has been here for a while but I'm not complaining, they have great food! Our favorite snack is the nachos with chorizo!

A great little outdoor bar. Decently priced drinks and beer. There has been a food truck as well that last few times we've been! I almost always order their Kentucky mule perfect amount of bourbon to ginger beer. My fiancé loves trying different beers each time we go. With the outdoor seating, there are heaters to warm up. And I love the addition of the fireplace! Overall, a nice place to relax and grab a quick drink. Casual and cute! Love that it used to be an actual car fixing garage. There's a pool table as well!!

Food truck BRUNCH every Sunday!

I'm a little salty about The Garage opening (just kidding) because I had the same idea YEARS ago, and even went as far as to research what the building was zoned for. Alas, the industrious Aimee and Javier (who also own Centro and the former Sabio in Dudley Square) beat me to it. But in all seriousness, I finally got a chance to check it out last night and it was everything the neighborhood has always needed! The interior space is big enough to accommodate maybe 30 people comfortably between the bar and table seating. They have a pool table, giant Connect-4, Jenga, and a few other games. Outside there are a few tented picnic tables and corn hole behind the building. I didn't examine closely but I saw various snacks (beef jerky, chips, etc) behind the bar, and Friday-Sunday they have a food truck on site, including a standing BRUNCH food truck on Sundays! The cocktails are inventive and the drink specials (beer pitchers during UK games, etc) precede them - I had two people give me rave reviews over the past few weeks. They have a decent selection (~20) of canned/bottled beer, cider, and seltzer, plus six rotating drafts. The decor is perfectly reminiscent of an old service station and little touches that pay homage to the original facility are scattered throughout. I must say, the soundtrack playing over the 2ish hours I was there was absolutely perfect; when I pulled up Tyler Childers was playing and the music stayed in that vein the entire time, really setting the mood for a great evening with friends. I can't wait to come back for BRUNCH!

Thank goodness for this place to open this past Friday! Living in Masterson Station and surrounding areas, places for grown-ups to hang out after work or for a game are hard to come by. The Garage is a fun, laid back environment for anybody to just have a good time. I kind of showed up in sweats and tshirt because I was cleaning the house and in no mood to change. You feel immediately welcome. The open concept feels relaxing. They offer Beer & Bun (hot dog) Specials for $5, Shot of the Day and other snacks to go with your beverage. To work it all off, you can play ping-pong, corn-hole and billiards. Fridays is Family Fun Night until 9pm, which means your littles will be having fun playing games, enjoying food trucks and hanging out with you. They did a great job reviving this place. Please go and check it out! If you're not opposed to leave the car at home, The Garage can be easilt reached by bike or walking!

After leaving yet another distillery, the ladies in our group wanted to head to Georgetown for some shopping. The other guy in our party was about as thrilled at the idea of shopping as he'd be about getting a root canal without anesthesia--and I was in full agreement. As we searched for a parking spot along the crowded Georgetown Main Street, I spotted Chinquapin Brewing and immediately declared that the men would be there. "Just come pick us up when you're done," I told them. My wife and our friend were more than happy to leave us in front of TVs and beer while they wandered in and out of the local shops. It was the first time either of us had been to the brewery. Right away, I loved seeing the brewing equipment set up in the back of the bar. We scanned the QR code on the table and pulled up the beer menu. I'm a big fan of red ales and was happy to see one offered. My friend is less adventurous than I am, so he stuck with his tried-and-true Guinness. I opened a tab, and we started enjoying our beers. The red ale was very good--so good that I ordered more than one. My friend's Guinness was going down way too easily, and he ordered another as well. Eventually, the ladies came to retrieve us, and my wife even added a bourbon to my tab. We sat together and enjoyed one last round. We didn't try any food, but the beer and the service were excellent. I'm already looking forward to our next "shopping trip" to Georgetown so I can sample more of their offerings.

Unfortunately they didn't have growlers and weren't able to fill mine. Ended up getting a can of the hefeweizen, it was very malt forward and just not my favorite. The pizzas seem pretty solid, they make them fresh so they come out fresh and hot. The beesting was pretty good, I was expecting more flavor from the hot honey and I really couldn't taste the basil.
