Pretzel bites

This place rises out of the middle of nowhere, tucked into a sprawling industrial park area. But once there, you will be charmed by the brewery vibe. Excellent beer options and twists on standby favorites; for example, a Margherita flatbread drizzled with BBQ sauce (and to works!). Outdoor patio is huge, and allows dogs of your choice want to bring your pup along.

Service was great. Our bartender was Haley. She was sweet and friendly and knowledgeable on the food and beer menu. It felt like she made an effort to get to know her customers. She was awesome. I got the pulled pork with the sweet heat BBQ. I loved it. Good sized portions. The side salad was huge. Boyfriend and I split it. I took half my sandwich home and had it for lunch the next day and it was still good. The spicy cheese curds were great. We both loved them. They seemed more spicy than the general "spicy cheese curd" but not too much, it was almost like some were hotter than others, and we loved them. Boyfriend got the chicken Philly. I had one bite and thought it was yummy. I didn't really have enough to form much more of an opinion. Location was easy to get to off I-75 as we were traveling thru the area. Seemed like a nice family environment with a large outdoor sitting area.

Great craft beer and solid food. The Southern Burger was phenomenal - pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes and chipotle aioli.

Great place to hang out after a GT win! The atmosphere is warehouse bar vibe with lots of TVs around with various games on. They have tall round tables with bar stools - no back chairs. There is seating at the bar with stools as well. They do have a lot of outdoor seating with picnic table style. You do seat yourself. The menu is a QR code on the napkin holder. We were greeted right away by a great server. Ordered cougar bait - my all time fav. They have all the country boy brews available mostly on tap. They do have selection of a few beers for sale in cans to go. The server takes your order and it goes straight to the kitchen. We ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese. The kitchen was quick. We got our app right away. I ordered the chicken barbecue flatbread. It was really good with the side of ranch to dip it in the ranch dressing his homemade. It was also ordered two roast beef subs with fries. That was very good as well. The sauce it comes with was so flavorful. Highly recommend this place. Great food great beer great service!

I finally tried Country Boy's food menu and thought it was excellent. There were a lot of great choices but I ended up ordering the grilled cheese and tater tots. I also tried the pulled pork nachos. It was all delicious. I would definitely come to eat here even if I didn't want any of their wonderful beers!

My first visit here, sat outside with my husband, brother-in-law, and our two dogs. The weather was gorgeous, plenty of space, and quiet even with the TV playing a sports game.

Great brewery with large selection of beers and ciders. Staff was nice. Nice indoor seating and large covered patio you can see the sunset from. Food selection was not real large, but adequate choices and all very tasty. We went two times on our short stay in Georgetown because we enjoyed it. Parking good and dogs allowed on patio!

If this place was closer to us I would frequent a lot. We were there to work the eBay collectible event and they so graciously hosted. I loveeeeeee their ciders. That cream soda one wooooooow! I'm a sucker for funnel cakes and those sticks did not disappoint. It is a family friendly environment and they had an extensive food menu for a bar. They take pride in their beer and ciders! What a great spot!

Fun place to visit with over 30 beers on tap. The food is the usual bar menu. Good, but nothing special. Go for the beer, not the food.

Ask the Community - Country Boy Brewery

Ill be traveling through the area mid October, I was wondering if I would be able to have my dog with me on the patio while I had a beer?

Yes, i believe they allow dogs on the patio.

After leaving yet another distillery, the ladies in our group wanted to head to Georgetown for some shopping. The other guy in our party was about as thrilled at the idea of shopping as he'd be about getting a root canal without anesthesia--and I was in full agreement. As we searched for a parking spot along the crowded Georgetown Main Street, I spotted Chinquapin Brewing and immediately declared that the men would be there. "Just come pick us up when you're done," I told them. My wife and our friend were more than happy to leave us in front of TVs and beer while they wandered in and out of the local shops. It was the first time either of us had been to the brewery. Right away, I loved seeing the brewing equipment set up in the back of the bar. We scanned the QR code on the table and pulled up the beer menu. I'm a big fan of red ales and was happy to see one offered. My friend is less adventurous than I am, so he stuck with his tried-and-true Guinness. I opened a tab, and we started enjoying our beers. The red ale was very good--so good that I ordered more than one. My friend's Guinness was going down way too easily, and he ordered another as well. Eventually, the ladies came to retrieve us, and my wife even added a bourbon to my tab. We sat together and enjoyed one last round. We didn't try any food, but the beer and the service were excellent. I'm already looking forward to our next "shopping trip" to Georgetown so I can sample more of their offerings.

Unfortunately they didn't have growlers and weren't able to fill mine. Ended up getting a can of the hefeweizen, it was very malt forward and just not my favorite. The pizzas seem pretty solid, they make them fresh so they come out fresh and hot. The beesting was pretty good, I was expecting more flavor from the hot honey and I really couldn't taste the basil.

There's something for everyone, whether you're a "let me analyze the hops" person or a "just give me something cold and delicious" person. Everything we tried was solid, and it's clear they know what they're doing. The venue itself is super cool. Family friendly, relaxed, not pretentious, and somehow feels both lively and laid-back at the same time. The kind of place where you can hang out for one drink and accidentally stay for three. Service was great: friendly, fast, and helpful without hovering. Exactly what you want when you're trying to responsibly sample your way through a tap list. Parking is excellent. Stress-free. No parallel parking gymnastics. No circling the block questioning your life choices. Just... parking. Beautiful. They also had a pop-up event featuring local artists, which was awesome. Apparently they host things like that pretty regularly, and I love that they're supporting local small businesses. Nothing pairs better with a craft beer than community spirit. They offer pizza, which we didn't try this time, but it looked and smelled incredible. Great beer, cool atmosphere, excellent service, strong community vibes, and parking that doesn't make you cry. 10/10, will absolutely be back.
