What's the point of mobile drive thru if it takes 30 min to get through the line while the normal line passes you by. Our when you order ahead and then stand in the lobby for 30 min. The BEST part... Customer Service! Riley in the drive thru was so nice! We took awhile to order (details for 6 people!), it was freezing cold outside & he was still friendly! This is a great stop right of the I75 108 in Kentucky. They keep the lines (inside and out) moving in busy times and honestly this is some of the best fast food out there. I have done breakfast and lunch here and they have both been great. If you have had chick-fil-a you know this is a Southern thing with pressure cooked chicken. I was in the drive through lane for pick up and a lady told me I need to get over. There were a lot of cars since this is a busy location. This is the coolest chick-fil-a I've ever seen! The drive thru is so efficient! There's 2 lanes (which usually most drive-thru for fast food only has 1 lane) and a person takes your order on a tablet. You drive up and you wait for someone to come out with your food. We visit Chick-fil-As in many locations. This is another well run location. Although it was busy, staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient as we've come to expect. I often visit the drive through at this location and it's always crowded, but they do a great job of moving the line quickly. However, I recently decided to try a mobile order on the app and it was a great experience. The drive through line was long as always and the line inside was coming out the door. But I was able to walk right in to the special pick up counter and received my food within minutes. I tried the chicken tortilla soup and it was delicious. I have been here 2 times in the last few weeks and each time I was not only treated poorly but talked down to and snapped at by the order taker the first time and the person serving me the last time. I have tried 2 times now to get a good gallon of tea and the first attempt I was given warm tea, no ice, no cup, no anything, no offer to accommodate me. I called in and the manager was nice and told me to stop back in and get another with ice on them. So tonight was the night. I went by ordered some food and told them while ordering about the gallon of tea. They told me no problem just let the people giving me my food know and they would get it for me. So I finally get through THE LINE and tell them about the tea. The person handling my food acted like I asked about something very difficult. After consulting with 2-3 others she says another person is going to check on the tea. Then she proceeds to tell me that I need to come in during the day to get tea and not later at night. This burns me honestly. Nobody that I patronize will tell me when I need to visit their location during business hours. I will visit them when it's convenient for me and my schedule. I was then ignored while I was asking about sauces and snapped at after I had to ask 3 times for sauce. To beat it all I was told they just dumped all the tea even though I told them about it earlier and they were sorry but It's what they do at the end of the night. I explained that when you have customers in line you don't dump the tea. So I called back in to talk to a manager again explaining my situation. This time all they could say was I'm sorry sir. No real solution a real offer to accommodate me other than for me to come back in a 3rd time for tea. I know, I know, this place has a reputation of being nice and taking care of their customers but that is not my experience at all. So I get home and I'm ready to eat my food. My fries were cold and soggy, the tenders weren't anything special. They were very small and one was a nugget and not a tender I'm convinced. So Chick-fil-A, I'm very disappointed AGAIN to say the least. As always my experience may or may not resemble yours. I will update this review if my experience genuinely improves. read more

I did not care for the ranch dressing as it was seasoned with herbs and was too spicy for me. The waffle fries were ok. They were hot but kind of tasted like they might have been fried in old oil. The seating is plentiful clean and well lit. You sit after ordering and food is delivered to you. The restaurant is located right off the interstate and there is plenty of parking. The Hamburg location of Chick-fil-A is always very busy (aren't they all) but the efficient drive-thru procedures always move things along pretty quickly! I prefer to mobile order, run in and they always have my food hot and waiting for me with a "my pleasure". It had been a year or so since I stopped in at this location, so I don't know when they did this revamp on the drive-thru. At the point of pay/order pickup, the attendant actually walks out and takes the payment and gives you your order. I was in total amazement. See for yourself. I read some complaints from a Facebook friend, you know the non-Yelping one whose friends chime in, commenting and agreeing, causing a complaint feast. Her complaint was parking and lack of highchairs. I mention this, because I only go through the drive-thru anytime that I eat fastfood, so I couldn't personally comment on anything related to the inside. This location is in the Hamburg area and close to my doctor's office. So anytime that I'm fasting for lab work, Chick-fil-A is all that I can think about all morning. I always get the chicken biscuit... amazing! It's just over $2. The drinks come in syrofoam cups and with pellet ice, which I love. Chick fil a, Hamburg, is where it's at!!! They recently redid the inside AND outside and it's pure perfection. The inside is adorable and almost has an industrial, shabby chic feel. It's hard to explain but it's clean, cute, and charming!!! Eating inside is like eating somewhere fancy, on the cheap end! ;) The outside is stellar! They have a whole new drive thru system that is more time efficient and pampering, almost. They have heaters for the winter and huge, cool fans for the summer. There are employees out taking orders (where you also pay) and then you go around and there isn't a drive up window. It's just basically a big cut out with an open door and employees are walking in and out, giving out food. They're always so friendly and seem to enjoy their job!! When they first built this, my husband and I ate here and there were men taking pictures. We asked what was going on and they said that supposedly this location is the only on in the nation, at this time, with this system and it's a "test" location...whatever that means!!
