One day only - Venison sandwich
    Yochanan H.

First off, we were greeted with a "good morning" as soon as we walked in the door. Which is somewhat rare with fast food restaurants. Next, it was Arby's Venison promotion for one day only. So, we had to try it, knowing last year that most locations sold out within an hour. The store was clean, and the food was fresh. We finished up our meals, and started out the door. Again, the staff asked if everything was good, and wished us a good day. So, the only weird thing that we noticed was some guy dressed in a nice UK polo and Columbia brand UK jacket and dark/clean blue jeans comes into Arby's but doesn't order, and he goes to the restroom. About 15 minutes later, he comes out looking totally different with old jeans and an old faded tshirt. He still doesn't order anything, and walks out the door. Well, after leaving Arby's, we noticed him panhandling on the corner of Boardwalk. This location needs to post a sign that their restrooms should be for customers only. Of course, this isn't New York City or California where it would be a standard operating procedure.

    Greek Gyro

Had the Greek gyro today, I thought it was good. Loved the pita bread and I thought it was well sauced. Fillings were good as well and I feel like it was priced fairly. The crinkle fries were ok, wish they were more crispy.

    5 piece chicken tenders

Arby's curly fries are one of my favorite foods on earth. I do try to stay away from them though. They are fried, they are also battered and 540 calories for a medium order. They can't be considered as a vegetables, right? As a matter of fact, I don't think there's anything healthy at Arby's. The last time that I was there, I ordered a five piece chicken tenders. Later when I went back to count calories, I found out that each chicken tender is 114 calories! They aren't even that big either!! It was a few years back, so I hope they've changed it by now but they charged an upcharge for tomato. It was literally like fifty cents extra for one slice of tomato to be added to my sandwich. Not only was I annoyed that they charged me extra, but when I unwrapped my sandwich and only found one thin slice of tomato, I was livid. I vowed to never go back, but I of course I went back for those fatty chicken tenders.

What they gave me was yummy, but it was not what I ordered. Would advise going In rather than drive through.

So dern good. I also ordered double fries, which were cold, so I didn't eat many of them. The burger was good and a guilt pleasure for sure. So yummy! The drive-thru was exceptionally speedy. They were cranking folks in and out of there like a well-oiled assembly line. This location is right on the UK campus, so students were all over the place. Everyone seemed to be enjoying one another. Great to see.

My fiancée and I love cookout milkshakes and recently moved to a city without one, so this was something we were looking forward to on our trip. The inside was not open to the public, and you could only order from one very specific window. This was a bit inconvenient, as the signage was confusing and I stood outside the wrong window for a few minutes before someone decided to correct me. The workers were not that friendly, and I could tell they did not care nor want to be there. When I was handed my tray and milkshakes, I had asked for some extra cookout sauce. I tried to explain that I did not live near a cookout and loved the sauce and wanted to take home a few extras, but the man did not care, gave me two sauces, and told me to leave. This was disappointing, but it is their right to say no. I will say, the milkshakes were great and my fiancée said his quesadillas were awesome compared to others he's had in the past. We were sad to see that this cookout did not serve crinkle fries though. Overall the experience had good and bad parts. It scratched my itch for a good milkshake, but this is definitely not the best cookout I have ever visited.

You get what you ask for EVERY TIME. The employees here are all exceptionally nice. You never get a surly person at the counter. The thing that I "hate" or makes me crazy is the order process and the amount of time to receive your order is inordinately long. Their main business is the drive through. There's always a long line. The take and fill one order at a time. It's safe to say you will wait at least ten minutes from pulling up to the menu board and getting your order. If you go inside there's rarely more than one or two customers waiting at the counter. It still takes at least ten minutes from ordering to receiving your order. I got the phone app thinking I'll order ahead and prepay. That will surely speed things up. I am here to report it doesn't. So I will continue to patronize this location, even though most White Castles elsewhere have a process that is much more expedient. I like the service and the accuracy enough I will patiently wait for my sliders with a smile.
