Fazoli's has been offering a $4 pasta deal, so my family decided to order carry out there as we love Italian food ( even fast food Italian). We were not disappointed. The portions were very large, even at $4. I had the fettuccini Alfredo and tasted a bite of the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both tasted good. We also shared a tasty pepperoni pizza. Well...four years ago I left a four star review for the Georgetown Fazoli's, however today I couldn't have been unhappier. I came in for dinner and was told immediately that I could order at the kiosk or at some point he would return to my take my order. Since I really had no other choice I opted to use the kiosk. Unfortunately I missed the training on the use of this device and I am a bit long in the tooth. I attempted to place my order, but I ran into a problem with the cart. Since no one was there to assist me and I couldn't get anyones attention, I gave up and went to 5 Guys for dinner. I miss the Fazoli's that used to be in our area. We do not have one any longer, but their breadsticks are amazing! It's been a minute since I've been to a Fazoli's, so getting to go to this one when we were in Ohio I think was awesome and all the kids loved it. Like everything else it's gotten expensive. I felt like I was paying for Olive Garden. The food is always delicious. I got the chicken Parmesan, of course my breadsticks and I think I got a cookie. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Simple similar to any typical fast food restaurant most of it is self service other than getting your breadsticks from whoever is walking around with the basket. The gentleman was nice but looked like he needed some help. We had a great time as our family I wish we had a Fazoli's back in our area. read more

Called in order - ai system was good, baked zitti with chicjen, chicken salad and desserts.. Went to pick up 15 min later but no one at counter, someone came from back to get a pizza box but did not even acknowledge me standing at counter, 2nd person cane out, she also no smile so acknowledgement, after several minutes 3rd person came out and wanted to take my credit card to back to ring up - I said I won't allow card out of site so led me to back register by drive thru - said order not on front registers. Watched hi. Ring up, took card back and went out front... 4th.someone came out from back and said I was not welcom back....said no problem, will never return. Given bags with order but little voice said check order - salad was mussing!! 3rd person went back to kitchen and got the salad. Back at hotel unpacked all - only 1 set of plastic ware, sausage vs chicken zitti, and no dressing for the salad. Miserable employees delivering miserable service. While traveling, we were looking forward to eating here since we no longer have this chain in our area. It took awhile to get our food but we realize things happen. When we did finally get our meal, my husband's order was not correct. The rest of us began eating and they were going to bring the correct meal for my husband. We all finished eating and he still had not received his meal! Due to time constraints he requested that they just make it to go. My three star rating is based on multiple visits. Sometimes they are a 2, others a 4. The menu, service, and quality are just so unpredictable. Other locations may be better but this has been my experience at the Georgetown location. I will say the lunch special they currently have of "pick 2 for $5" is a great deal and worth a visit. read more

t's rare that people take the time to acknowledge the GOOD, so I wanted to give a quick shout-out to the team at the Georgetown, KY Fazolis. I brought a group of students through for dinner on the evening of May 10th, and I had excellent service. The staff was extremely helpful. Prior to arriving, I worked with the GM (Eddie) on creating a catering order for our group of 50 students. I called when we were about half an hour away, and when we arrived, the staff had set up pans of pasta and pizzas in the back, buffet style. Our students were able to eat quickly, and each detail was truly well executed. The kids loved the food - it was hot, fresh, and made to be a simple process by them providing paper plates, plastic utensils, and cups in advance. I hear often that "customer service is dead," however, I had quite the opposite experience here, and I just wanted to say thank you. GREAT JOB! read more

Walked into the establishment, me and my hungry family desperate for a meal. The environment/atmosphere was Grimm it was as if nobody there had a soul. It was similar to Chuck E. Cheese atmosphere but for depressed adults. As we waited in line to get our food I heard screaming from the back "LOGAN YOU ARENT SUPPOSED TO PUT FORKS IN THE MICROWAVE". Madlean H made the visit awesome on one of my last days in Kentucky. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door, helped me remember what I wanted to order without even looking at a menu. She was super friendly and checked up on us several times to make sure we were doing ok and happy with our lunch. The food is Fazoli's usual, I had the Ultimate Spaghetti which is pretty darn good. This was my first experience with Fazoli's. .... Probably my last. It's just not coming up on my radar much. Basically, Fazoli's is like Italian fast casual food. Sort of like Panera for Italian food, I suppose. But not as fancy. But a step higher than McDonald's, etc. Theres a menu of various Italian dishes at sort of low prices. The food takes a few moments to cook but arrives at your table quick enough to feel like fast food. The food? Meh. It was OK. Not very flavorful. Filling, though, because it's all carbs...... The place was clean. So were the bathrooms. But.... not really seeing a point in coming back here. Would rather spend the money elsewhere. Such an awesome place to eat. Cheap, delicious and great service. Straight away when you walk in, you're greeted with a smile. Menu is large is full of awesome Italian food. The inside is very lovely for families! We are fine in, ordered meatball sub and baked spaghetti. Both very very good! We sat down and there was barely 5 minutes between our food arriving and us sitting down. Endless free breadsticks for dine in, which are very good! I stopped by on the way home from Cincinnati, OH. I needed something quick...this accomplished my goal. Atmosphere - Hectic, noisy, messy, dimly lit, McDonalds meets the Olive Garden Service - Friendly teenagers deal with crazy crowd of families and seniors all seeking free breadsticks, which they happily supply. Food - It was Lent for me and I was looking for some nonmeat options. I ended up getting the four cheese lasagna and a slice of cheese pizza. The lasagna was mostly alfredo sauce w/ a slice of stringy mozzarella cheese on top. I was not digging this dish that much as the cheese sauce was a bit runny. The pizza was OK, but on par w/ cafeteria grade. The much sought after breadsticks to me were much softer than that of the breadstick king, the Olive Garden, and thus a little disappointing. The only thing I really liked from my meal was the unsweet tea and the low price. Overall - If you have kids and want a quick meal...Fazoli's will get you there. Several team team members were very rude. Even the manager was rude. The one who brought out the order was especially rude. You are supposed to get unlimited bread sticks. We asked for bread sticks, and he said he'd bring them, and didn't. We asked another team member for bread sticks, and finally got some. It's clear that more training from the top down is required. I use to love this place and also this particular location. Still like to get a meal once in a while but this location has been struggling with a lot of issues . We went the other night because of new management change. We had a great meal. Piping hot and a fresh plate of bread delivered with our meal. Let's face it, this is fast Italian. So its not the fancy but it's not a bad meal when done right. I know they say 2 stars on average but it has a new manager and I do think the kinks will get worked out. This place is just alright. If you are looking to load up on the carbs and then have garlic breath the rest of the day, then this is the place for you. The service is semi fast, and the food is very rich. I can't eat here that often. I do like the free bread sticks though. I also like to get their lemon ice with strawberries in the bottom of it. This is my experience only which may not reflect on other experiences. House salad, only lettuce and 2 grape tomatoes. What happened to the cheese and onions and anything else in the picture on the menus? Breadsticks, blah and not nearly as good as at other locations. Also cold. Personal pizza? Absolutely awful!! Posted a picture under my tip. The only thing good about it was the mushrooms, period. There was way too much sauce on it and it tasted like bad frozen pizza sauce. Cheese, maybe half a palm full. The mushrooms were terrific and those along with the good counter service are the only things which give this place one star. Very disappointed considering that Fazolis has always been one of my favorite faster food restaurants. read more

Rude employees locked the door as we tried to enter at 7pm on 1/1/2022. They said that the lobby was closed at 7pm, even though there was a line of people inside getting to order that got inside before 7pm. The sign on the door clearly said they were open until 8pm. read more

We love Fazoli's so we were excited to stop in so far from home. Everything went well from start to finish. Only downside is the lack of cleanliness in the dining area and in the bathrooms. Plus the fact that there are no changing stations in said bathrooms. So we had to change baby girl's poopy diaper on a table...I'm not saying which one, but hopefully they came through at some point and cleaned. read more

Order was placed at 8:15pm. It is honestly 9:30 at night and I am still waiting on food that they forgot. I had to prove to them that I didn't hide it in my car. Worst service ever. I honestly wanted to have a good experience and I can't say that. read more

Every time I give this place a try thinking it'll be better than the last. I always say I'm not trying it again. It's decent for fast food don't get me wrong but the pizza always tastes like it just for warmed over in the microwave and the pasta is rather dry at times. Not always fresh. read more

I'm going to be completely honest and transparent with this review. I love Fazoli's and have experienced good service in the past. At this particular Fazoli's the atmosphere is second to none. I come in often for lunch at around 12:00 and I am always granted by the sweet face of Chris behind be the counter. Chris is an incredibly hard worker and a sophisticated, passionate man. I have nothing but respect for him and his willingness to put the customer first. He fulfills my needs, both physically and emotionally. However Chris does raise a few concerns. He is the only employee I have ever seen in this establishment over the past three years, this leads me to believe that he is running the whole operation by himself. This is indeed strange but not unprecedented in the pasta industry. However, I have yet to figure out wether he is doing this freely or against his will. I have often seen him scrambling around to deliver breadsticks while he appears to be listening to something in a Bluetooth earpiece, possibly receiving orders from a higher authority. Yes, it is possible that Chris is working for the Russian government. In fact, it is possibly that this entire Fazoli's establishment is a front for the Russian mafia. I can say this with certainty due to my observations of this restaurant. They seem to have a very communist ideology notably in the rationing of breadsticks. They claim that the breadsticks are unlimited but they often limit how many you can have, almost as if they are saving them for something... and of course I do not blame Chris for any of this. I now believe that Chris is being controlled, possibly brainwashed, a sleeper soldier for the KGB, I cannot be certain but my observations have led me to this conclusion. The Parmesan crusted shrimp was pretty good though, four stars. read more

We love Fazoli's and go whenever we can. That said, this franchise needs some work. Counter service was polite, but very slow. Moderate wait for the food, which can warm and as ordered. However, the entire dining room was full of dirty, un-bussed tables. The table we sat had which had been bussed was still dirty, and had sticky stuff all over like it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. Bathrooms were atrocious - nearly didn't fee comfortable allowing my children in. We will choose a different location next time for sure. read more
