I also got some berry Bo biscuits and they tasted like scones. Their service and staff were quick and polite. The Ambiance was about the same for any fast food chicken place. After being asked to pull forward and waiting over 10 minutes, I noticed multiple cars that arrived after me receive their orders and leave first. When I went inside to ask about my order, I was told they were still waiting on Bo Rounds, even though I could clearly see them being placed into bags for other customers to keep the drive-thru line moving. Once I pointed this out, my order was suddenly ready. It seems more important to clear the drive-thru line quickly than to serve customers in the order they arrived. For those familiar with Cincinnati style chili this is the stuff. For those who haven't tried it this would be an excellent starting point. Chili sauce served over spaghetti noodles and topped with mounds of shredded cheddar cheese, coneys (small chili dogs) served with chili sauce, onions, mustard and also topped with a generous portion of shredded cheddar.
