Stopped at this Zaxby's on our way back to Lexington after picking up an item. If noticed how dirty a lot of the tables were in this location. It is the season for the sensational salad which we like and ordered one to share. The bathroom was very dirty and the television was turned off. Love the options here. Great for a snack, lunch or dinner. The chicken is so moist on the inside and crispy on the outside and not greasy at all. Fries have some kind of seasoned salt on them that is fantastic. Fries are cooked just right as well and not greasy either. Toast has just the right amount of butter and is t overly soggy. Staff is nice and location is clean. This location tends to be very busy but they do their very best to keep the lines moving quickly. read more

Ordered 2 cobb salads and 1 house salad and a side of fried pickles. Received salads that were just a mix of stuff maybe leftovers since it was close to 9pm? Lettuce was wet and brownish, no eggs. Fried Pickles were cold. Front host had to ask the kitchen to work on the to go order. All the while everyone was busy as bees working to disassemble everything and get it washed up to close down. This is the last $36.00 that i'll spend at a Zaxbys. Customer service and quality of food is not on the top of their list . The only reason i gave 1 star is because the review would not submit without it. read more

I ordered the seasonal Zenzation salad. It was ok but 8.48 seems like a bit much for bagged lettuce a chicken strip and a dab of slaw. The dining room could use some attention as there was not a clean table. The entrance was full of leaves and trash and needed to be swept. Much trash in the parking lot too. If I was the manager I would have the kids working there to clean up the place. read more

When I first heard of Zaxby's, I was a vegetarian so it didn't appeal to me. The only non-meat food option was a lame iceberg lettuce salad meal. Boo. Therefore, this place doesn't come to mind when I'm looking to forgo healthy foods and chow on something greasy or fried. I did, however, stop in a few months back when we were dealing with car rentals at Enterprise nearby. I eat meat now (for the time being) and ordered some chicken. The food was quite good although I'm not a fan of the special sauce. Meh. Place was clean -- not too many other people eating here at the time. Stop here when in Georgetown visiting my grandson. Always takeout from the drive thru and it is usually kinda slow. Nothing really to say that stands out here but the chicken fingers are usually hot and pretty good. Sometimes a bit salty but crisp and breaded well. They have changed they way they do large orders and I think for the worse. Packaging now I think is a real step in the wrong direction bu I'm sure that is a corporate decision. First - I'm not really a chicken eater. But, this place is new in town so we thought we'd give it a try. Being new it was clean and fresh looking inside. It looks much larger inside than from the outside. Free wi-fi that worked well. Service was a bit slow, only one register open and quite a few people waiting to be served. But, there are only two registers anyway. Food was hot and the portions were big. I had chicken fingers plate and it was, I have to admit, very good. The cole slaw was bait dry, could have used some more cole slaw dressing in it. I'm still trying to decide if I liked the Zax dipping sauce. Sort of like a slightly spicy 1000 Island dressing. $20.00 for three of us to eat. About average in this area. read more

Slowest fast food place in Georgetown, and that's saying something. Every time I go through drive through they have me "pull up" and sit there for 15-20 minutes, even though no one is ever behind me. Oddly enough, food is usually cold, leading me to believe they normally forget you are still out there. Avoid this place, it's not worth the wait or the cold food. read more

I thought my food was a absolutely wonderful. Not only that but the staff was super friendly and very helpful when I had questions about the menu. All employees were wearing face masks and all were wearing gloves, very appreciated of that. I will be coming back for sure read more

I love zaxby's wimpy sauce!! I got strips and sauce on side. Went at 11:00 and drive thru was full so went in. Have great sweet tea. Took about 10 minutes to get food.. 4 people in kitchen and 1 in drive thru and front counter..if they had service person it would have been better.. drive thru wouldn't have been backed up!! Zaxbys is good. But they tend to miss up order quite often. I order a Cobb salad with no bacon and the last couple times I've went there is bacon on it. I'll be sure to be checking my meal every time from now on. BE CAREFUL if you have special requests on your zalads they are bound to mess it up. Always double check read more

Best I can say is nice kids working here. Ordered in, and got it to go!! Traditional chicken wings dinner. Came with celery and ranch dressing buried under the wings and sauce!! No fries, no bread!! Took it back and complained, they fixed it by putting the fries on top of the wings and sauce (they were not stingy with the sauce) and a slice of cold toast on a plate beside the small box that held the wings, celery,ranch dressing, fries!
