Our visit wasn't the best. Full disclosure: I love BDubs. I've been a fan for over a decade, but this visit wasn't very good. I think the restaurant was understaffed. I ordered 20 wings and historically, I've been able to split the sauce four ways, but this time they only let me split it two ways. The service was very slow. The bathrooms were not in great condition. I felt bad for our waitress - I think she had a a lot of tables; maybe the kitchen was also understaffed. This was my first visit to this location and the first in a long time to any BWW. It actually exceeded my expectations. Service was excellent and food was pretty good. I ordered the beer cheese chicken Philly sandwich with fries. I really couldn't taste the beer cheese on it but it still tasted good. It wasn't the best I've ever had but I'd order it again. Very rude staff. We came in for a quick stop after work and they accused my coworker of "stumbling" and having been over served. This was not true in the least and when I explained this to them, they threatened to call the police. We will never come back here!!! read more

First off... my take out order staff said was stolen... so they said they would redo it. I asked to speak to a manager and stated that was a terrible set up where right by the door someone can just reach in and steal an order. She gave no apology or offer of restitution in any way. She didn't seem to care one bit. Finally 20 minutes later another employee came over and apologized for my wait and asked if I'd like a drink while I waited. If it hadn't been for this follow up employee I would never set foot in there again. I waited over an hour total for 10wings and an order of fries. My wife and I haven't been to BWW in over six years. New to the area we decided to try the local BWW in Georgetown. The place seemed clean and we were seated immediately. We were able to place our order with a very nice server and received our drinks right off the bat. Soon a very young lady/girl came up to our table with what appeared to be our order. The chicken wings seemed to of shrunk a great deal since the last time we were there. The order of onion rings consisted of 10 rings. All that seemed somewhat normal to us however, no one ever came around to set plates on the table. I know times have changed but were we supposed to eat off the table? This is what you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Multiple large TV sets showing a variety of sports programming, loud atmosphere amplified by concrete floors and music playing overhead. But the night I went it was just what we were looking for. Casual dining and good service, hot wings and fries, cold beers and good times. Our server was on top of things, checking on our table frequently and making excellent suggestions for food items and beverage choices. The restaurant was very clean, we hardly had to wait at all for our orders. There is a good variety of bar food and appetizers. The heat spectrum of the wing sauces can accommodate the most timid to the adventurous hot wing connoisseurs. With football season starting next week I can guarantee I'll catch a game here soon, I suggest you check them out! read more

First, I got a pineapple mojito which is on the menu and it didn't taste like pineapple at all and had almost no mint. The worst and most disgusting Buffalo Wild Wings. First it took the hostess 15 minutes to notice that someone was standing at the front, while we continued to wait patiently. We tried to ignore the long wait time ,that was until we saw the floors of this place and couldn't believe what we were seeing. Put covid aside... this was just unsanitary. There was literally toilet paper from the bathroom sitting next to a booth where people were seated. We also saw the manager just step right over the toilet paper multiple times. We wanted to stay but honestly couldn't get over the poor service and hazardous environment. I hope that the establishment takes notice of this major issue. read more

I have been here a few different times and every time I have some kind of problem. Wings are small and over cooked. I have ordered the boneless wings and they were so hard I could not chew them. The service is terrible. Management never offers to help or solve the problems. I know of other guest that was seated by a host and sat for 25mins and was never helped or seen a server and got up and left. We headed to the Georgetown location yesterday to take advantage of a BOGO promo on small boneless wings. The food was average at best. Our wing orders were combined on a large tray with sauces being overlapping ( we ordered two different kinds of sauces). We also ordered a basket of Buffalo chips and for the $5 price tag was barely half full. My real complaint however was the service. Our waiter was MIA for most of our meal and when we saw him and other staff they were hanging out in a booth rather than waiting on customers. It's time to update my review from 2014. The service has improved and when I mark the order extra dry rub, you do get what I feel is a normal coating. I eat low-carb and this place covers that in a pinch. Just be mindful of the sauce options. Tues is bone-in specials and Thursday is boneless. Today at this location BWW was a 5/5. BWW is a chain known for its wings. If you stray too far out of that niche the food may not be as great. We had the mini corn dogs to start which was surprisingly sweet and enjoyable. I had a boneless wing order and my partner had a burger with fries. BWW is a feel good food for particular things and I don't know if it was because we were hungry or if this was just what we were looking for today. It was good and we would come back. If you've never been to a BWW know that it is a chain and a little pricey, but it delivers that sports bar atmosphere with a variety of foods to try. Yes sometimes there's a little bit of a wait to be seated due to staff shortages (which has been EVERY WHERE lately) but all in all I enjoy this location. It's hard to go by reviews due to most of the time the ones that want to leave reviews are the ones who've had a negative experience (in their minds- you know how people are). The happy, satisfied customers usually don't leave reviews therfore the STAR rating isn't fair. I really like this location, good food, good service, good people... Was I in the same spot as the other reviewers?! The folks here must've taken the reviews as constructive criticism, because everything about my one visit was spot on. Granted that this is one of the smallest BDubs that I've even been to, it also made the best customer service. Literally not one complaint from me. The hostess lady who sat us explained that one of her jobs was the TV or game programs and she asked if there was something in particular that we would like to watch. We sat on the patio in a Sunday after noon and were the only ones out there... Our own private party. Woot, woot! We decided to split an appetizer sampler and even though they don't usually allow substitutions, they allowed me to sub the onion rings for fries. The amount of food was plenty for the two of us at lunch time. Every item was piping hot. My husband ordered the boneless wings that came in the sampler, with whatever extreme hot sauce he usually gets and I didn't touch those, but he raved about them. I've never really been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan. I don't like sports, and I don't like wings. I don't even like to drink beer that much (at least, not the kind they offer here... I much prefer craft beers). That said, B-Dubs isn't my destination of choice. Well. I've got a wing-loving, sports fanatic husband that wanted to watch a Blackhawks game here a few weeks ago with a friend. So we went. And I gotta say.... it wasn't so bad. I did not consume beer. I did not eat wings. I didn't even really watch the game (I was more fascinated by the trivia questions on the screens). But it was a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere in a somewhat small (for this chain) but cozy restaurant. Not only was our waitress super-friendly and attentive, but several employees stopped at our table to chat with us about the game. They know how to make people feel welcome and included at this location. And the food? My husband and our friend each ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and they loved it. I, after eating healthy at home all week, ordered a cheeseburger. It was so good. Not the best cheeseburger ever, but just... so good in that moment. I was stuffed and satisfied. The bill on the other hand? Mehhh.... but it's what you pay to go to a place like this and doesn't happen too often for me. Oh! And we asked if they could turn on the Blackhawks game since it wasn't showing on any of the screens when we walked in. They displayed it on a couple screens within sight of our table. That was nice. I've eaten here many times due to its close proximity to work and for every 'occasion' co-workers want to celebrate here at lunch-so I tag along....sometimes reluctantly but to get out of the office. Anyway the service is a roller coaster ride-sometimes it's up......sometimes it's down....sometimes it has you upside down going in circles. The food-mostly consistent. I like the dry rub traditional wings and the seasoning can be inconsistent, sometimes having some wings bland and some over seasoned making it salty. This visit, I got desert heat traditional wings (seasoned just right, btw) and the cheese curds. I should have known from the word 'curds' that I was not going to like it very much. I used to love this place but it continues to go down hill every year. I placed an online order today (Thursday 1/20/22) and it was very disappointing. The last time I went here in-person. We got sat next to a full table of what looked like 16 year-olds but after unavoidably overhearing their table-- found out they were college kids. Not even 5 mins into our appetizer, 4 more people came to join their table (which sat four and was a little too crowded already) which included a worker from the kitchen who was bringing them out free food (over heard that from the worker himself that it was free.) Today, my experience was again subpar. I understand it's Thursday (BOGO!!) but my fried pickles were not fried whatsoever. My wings barely had any sauce. No plastic silverware or napkins in the bag and some how the entire bag was covered in sauce. Seems like there was more sauce in the bag than on my wings-- no, I'm not kidding. This is a new location for BDubs family. When I walked into the place, I was greeted by 10 overly chipper people. Took my seat and was given a game tablet. The waiter took the drink order and departed. Then a new position, kind of like a customer service rep appeared with a postit note and said her position was to make sure we were happy and content. Her name was Sarah. Sarah actually did a great job. The server didn't know what drinks they offered or their specials (training could be used in that dept Devon). Food came out quickly and was hot. All in all pretty good experience. The sell more than just wings if you were wondering. I had a salad and a buffalito which is another name for a soft shell chicken taco and salad. My fellow patrons bought the cinnamon squares and LOVED THEM! Pretty good experience over all. Very nice new look and feel. Overly happy staff. Win win. read more

Hands down worst BWW I have ever been in. I was a little concerned when I walked in and there were maybe 5 tables occupied. As the hostess walked to us to our seats I couldn't believe how FILTHY the floors were. I mean all the dining room, not usual debris, this was Dirty!! The food was subpar and wings tasted old like they had been cooked and sitting and reheated. There was plenty of unoccupied staff to attend to cleaning. The overall experience was what you might expect from a lack of leadership and care by ownership/Management. Probably would not return here to this location again. read more
