Hands down worst BWW I have ever been in. I was a little concerned when I walked in and there were maybe 5 tables occupied. As the hostess walked to us to our seats I couldn't believe how FILTHY the floors were. I mean all the dining room, not usual debris, this was Dirty!! The food was subpar and wings tasted old like they had been cooked and sitting and reheated. There was plenty of unoccupied staff to attend to cleaning. This is a new location for BDubs family. When I walked into the place, I was greeted by 10 overly chipper people. Took my seat and was given a game tablet. The waiter took the drink order and departed. Then a new position, kind of like a customer service rep appeared with a postit note and said her position was to make sure we were happy and content. Her name was Sarah. Sarah actually did a great job. The server didn't know what drinks they offered or their specials (training could be used in that dept Devon). Food came out quickly and was hot. All in all pretty good experience. The sell more than just wings if you were wondering. I had a salad and a buffalito which is another name for a soft shell chicken taco and salad. My fellow patrons bought the cinnamon squares and LOVED THEM! Pretty good experience over all. Very nice new look and feel. Overly happy staff. Win win. read more

This place SUCKS! This was bar none the absolute worst, worst "restaurant" experiences I've ever had. This restaurant clearly has a toxic culture. I've never been treated so poorly as a good paying customer. We actually went there twice while in town for a conference and had one waitress both times and a second waitress took over during our second visit because the first waitress had to leave. I didn't catch the first waitress' name but the second was Jeannie. Trust me when I tell you they were both real Southern Peaches, which couldn't be further from the truth. Both were so rude but Jeanette took the cake. We went there after dinner to have a few drinks, talk about the conference, and watch the Bills/Chiefs playoff game. The first waitress went home and the second one(Jeanette) stormed over to our table and said ok I need to know who's drinking. We responded with the four of us and our DD is the one you just served a Pepsi. We asked if we could have another drink before we left and she said no, well I need to check with my manager. They all went behind the bar and it appeared the were mixing a drink concoction to serve us. We noticed them performing this and then good ol' Jeannie came back out and I'm sorry it's after last call. She then proceeded to say last call is at 10:30. The time was 10:15. We asked her about the discrepancy and she told us, well I told ya'll it was last call. Then she said since we had a pitcher between four of us then that's just how they did last call around there. We went in tonight, and the place has no wings or ranch?We decide to stay, and order other food. I ordered tenders tossed in sauce. My food comes out 5-10 minutes before my kids does.( it would be a pretty good idea to bring the food together, or atleast the kids food first) No sauce. When the server does come check on us, she then tells me they can't toss them in sauce? Had she told me that, I would've ordered something else. If you can't make food, close the doors. Way to go on customer service! I came in because when you work on the road sometimes you just want to sit and be served. It looked iffy at first when they told me my drink was sold out, but it turned out the wrong information was in the computer (my server actually checked point one!) then we'll before I began to worry about my food a manager came out with a portion of my order and explained they're training a cook and my order will be here soon and this portion is on the house. . My actual order arrived very close to my time frame for lunch so I had leftovers to take home, but seriously good customer service. That's saying something in this day! First off I have never had a bad experience here! The buffalo wings are delicious and the macaroni cheese curds are great too! The staff is usually really great. The food comes relatively fast. Their deserts are good too! This is a great place to watch a basketball or football game. They celebrate your birthday if you inform them. This place is kid friendly and adult friendly. I enjoy their new uniforms. The football jerseys are a nice piece of the environment that the restaurant offers. The only thing that I would do to improve the restraurant is to have a drink menu with prices. Overall, this place is a perfect family friendly environment! read more

Placed an order over the phone, came in to pick it up and it wasn't ready when they promised it would be. They said, give us 5 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I was brought out the order and it was wrong. They had to remake it and 25 minutes later I was given the order. At home, I opened the new order, and it too was wrong. Called and asked for a manager and spoke to Melissa. She agreed to refund the cost of the order. When I got back, Kaitlyn (brown hair) greeted me again and asked if the order was wrong again. She was very sweet and concerned. Emily (blonde with ponytail) also at the counter, running the register, asked what I needed I explained that Melissa promised a refund and I had brought the food back. Emily left to speak to Melissa. Even though Melissa had said she would take care of it on the phone, she sent Emily back asking for the receipt and since we were talking about less than $30.00 I didn't get one. Kaitlyn then had to show Emily how to print out a new receipt and then get the info to process a refund later because Melissa couldn't be bothered to help me. Emily and Kaitlyn may be incorrect names. No one wears a name tag and I didn't ask, I'm going by what was printed on the pick-up order tickets. The blonde was rude and didn't want to help. The brunette was lovely and promised to ask Melissa to refund the order tonight. Melissa does not care a bit about her customers. Not once was there a sorry for two orders being wrong and me having to drive back to return food. I loved Buffalo Wild Wings while I was pregnant, now it's just an every now and again outing. This locations food is always pretty tasty, sometimes the food lbs appearance isn't as nice as it should be. The workers are really young and some are arrogant. The manager (taste/sauce)tester whatever she calls herself recalls no customers, and has a trained conversation with us each time. Totally impersonal. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! This was my third & last time at this establishment. We wanted to go watch UFC fight 200 last night and I was less than enthused when my boyfriend suggested buffalo chicken wild wings. First time there we had horrible service, mixed up orders the restaurant was still new so I gave it a break. Second time the wings were pink and I vowed I would never go back. Last night the service of the was mediocre to put it lightly. Ordered wings and potato wedges. We got tired and left about 11pm. I woke up at 6 to excruciating pain in my sides and a serious case of "I better not leave the bathroom" when your head is over a trashcan while you're sitting in there, it was awful. Seriously from 6am this morning til a couple of hours ago I couldn't hold down or in a thing. On a Sunday off where I rarely go without getting anything down I have been bound to my bed or the couch. I highly suggest the health department go in and clean things up because no one wants to be sick after eating out. Wish I could give less an one star like a negative 5. read more

My favorite place to grab a some wings and a drink. I recommend the Caribbean jerk sauce. If you get an order to-go check your food to be sure it's right. I got all the way home and several things were missing. I was very upset but it was a lesson learned. Open late! If you are going to watch a sports game plan on getting there early. Do I have to put one star? My husband and I were in town from Nashville visiting my parents, and they took his id to the bar because it was an out of state license. They brought it back and said they couldn't serve him because his id was fake. Did I mention that he is a metro police officer that had his badge in his wallet? Absolutely the worst BW3's I've ever eaten at. Started off with a piece of food floating in my drink then waited for almost 40 minutes for food. My co-workers wings came out and were raw, not just a little pink but blood running out when he took a bite. He then requested to speak to a manager that didn't come out much faster than our food. We literally waited 20 minutes before she came out to talk to him. Although they did not charge him for his raw chicken it was still a horrible experience and he left hungry and the rest of us were late getting back to work. I will never eat here again. read more
