Great burger, great service. Haven't been to a Chili's in years. Chili's is definitely on the comeback trail.

Sometimes you just crave Chili's. It's a hard decision between the 3 for Me or a Triple Dipper, but on this occasion my desire for a good burger won out. The Smasher Burger was delicious, my salad was fresh with plenty of dressing on the side, and, of course, the free chips for loyalty members are always a favorite. I appreciated the fast and friendly service at this location, and our food was great. I look forward to visiting again when I'm in the area. read more

Chili's - Smasher Burger with added bacon - Bars Near Me - Frankfort, Kentucky

Walked into Chili's in Frankfort like a proud American craving three kinds of appetizers at once. Ordered the Triple Dipper because, frankly, who needs commitment when you can sample chaos? First round of chicken came out with the texture of a yoga mat. I'm talking full-on poultry bouncy house. I was ready to start a Change.org petition against whatever bird-related war crime this was, but THEN -- enter BJ, our server and unofficial Chicken Redemption Specialist. BJ swooped in like a flavor fairy godparent and got us fresh chicken that actually resembled meat. Respect. The chips and salsa? ELITE. If I could bottle that salsa and use it as cologne, I would. Crunchy, salty chips that whispered "treat yourself" with every bite. Now, let's talk about the ambiance. The windows and glass doors had more fingerprints than a crime scene. I'm not saying the place is haunted, but if ghosts are leaving oily forehead smears, we may need an exorcist or at least a stronger cleaning spray. Despite that, I will absolutely return for the vibes, the cheap Miller Lite drafts (domestic beer never felt so heroic), and of course, the consistently excellent service -- shoutout again to BJ, protector of palates and bringer of edible chicken. Chili's Frankfort: come for the deals, stay because your hand stuck to the door. read more

I had a burger with Fries, very delicious but a little messy to handle. Fork and knife are recommended. The fries are unique, seasoned like no other restaurant I can think of. The service was excellent. The background music was ok, not too loud. I would definitely go back. read more

We came out to Frankfort tonight with my girlfriend and my best friend to get dinner and drinks. My girlfriend ordered the Triple Dipper, and my friend Jordan and I both ordered the 3 for Me meals. We each got drinks, side salads with ranch, and the Cajun pasta. Service was absolutely amazing. Our server was in training (I'm sorry I forgot his name!), and the girl training him -- I believe her name was Kristi -- was fantastic. They were both incredibly sweet, attentive, and quick. Our salads and drinks came out fast, and everything looked great. My friend also ordered the Presidente Margarita, and he said it was excellent and he'd definitely order it again. The restaurant itself was very clean, even though we came in close to closing time. The staff never rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience -- they were kind and patient the entire time. The only issue of the night was the food. My girlfriend's Triple Dipper was great, but both Jordan's and my Cajun pasta came out cold. We let our server know, and he immediately grabbed management. Management came over to apologize, which I really appreciated. We ended up having it removed from the order and just enjoyed our drinks for the rest of the evening. While the food missed the mark this time, the customer service truly made up for it. As someone who's worked in the restaurant industry, I know these things happen -- and it was clearly a kitchen issue, not on our server. Because the service was so strong and the staff handled everything so well, I'd definitely come back and give this place another chance. Everyone has off nights, and they managed the situation exactly how they should. read more

This Chili's has the best burger and fries I've ever had. That's saying a lot, since I'm 70 years old. The service is good, the place is clean. The only complaint I have is the silverware is cheap. Other than that, I. Travel 30 miles to get there. Chili's in Frankfort KY. And my wife likes the salads. Everything's very. Consistent. Good job. read more

Excellent service. Friendly waitress. Good portions. Our dinners were well presented. We really enjoyed our time there.

Let's get this straight Frankfort Chili's. Not only was the floor and table sticky, my pants were stuck to the chair and table. I tried to ignore the stickiness, but then while me and my lovely children were enjoying chips and dip there was a BIG BLACK BULGING LONG HAIR in the salsa. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. My daughter ordered the TikTok trending Triple Dripper. She ordered the Nashville Hot Mozz Sticks with it. When delivered the food those mozz sticks were NOT Nashville Hot. They then had to toss them mozz sticks because they messed it up. The waiter was kind, but very stressed and scattered. This was not the wonderful Chili's experience. Ginormous disappointment. read more

We enjoy the food at Chili's and since Hubby received a Chili's gift card from his Secret Santa, he wanted to go there for a date night. We split the Spicy Panko Onion Rings appetizer. Visited this location to have dinner. Was not busy in my opinion and there were several open tables in the bar area and only three people at the bar. Asked to be seated at on of the open tables in the bar area. Was told bartender requested 15 minutes before seating me! I promptly left and went across street to another establishment and was seated immediately. Called to speak with manager but after 5 minutes they never came to phone. Maybe the problem starts at the top. read more

This might be the last time I eat at Chili's. Not to show my age but they went to a scan of their menus they still have the drink menus on a laminated sheet but no food menus. I am old school and I love to browse a menu. I think by the time you go through all the categories. On your hone which is so small and then finally pick something they should be paying you extra for doing this. The food is still good here. But he service is lacking. Also it seams like they are sitting people closer together. Very sad but I do not do the phone menus thing. read more

So we got right in on a Tuesday nite and was seated, the service was pretty fast and our food also came out quickly. The burger and chicken crispers was pretty average tho same with fries. The salad was actually the best part of the meal. Services was average and the price was fair for this type of chain. Pretty average as expected. read more

I really have enjoyed the atmosphere for eating at Chili's. The food is presented beautifully and is delicious.

We live in Frankfort and we hadn't had Chili's in a LONG time and figured we'd give it a try. We waited over an hour for our to-go to be ready. It was over 20 minutes past due when we pulled into our to-go spot and we finally went in to grab it. When we got home we found we were missing half of our items. When we went back we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The employees were rude about the situation and all of the missing pieces were cold when we got home. Very disappointing for $40+ order. I don't foresee us venturing back here. read more

This was the worst experience of my life. I was charged $19.56 for a small kids pasta, a coke, and a piece of garlic bread.

My favorite place to go when I'm in Frankfort. The place didn't seem too busy and was quiet. I usually get to-go, and I'm hardly ever disappointed with that. We got the triple dipper: big mouth bites, cheese wedges, and honeybbq wings. The burgers were good, the cheese wedges were of great size and excellent, and the wings seemed like a mix of honey bbq and buffalo sauce, but were fine enough. I got the Big Bacon Rancher burger with their signature sauce instead of ranch, and no onions, which tasted amazing, and I took the rest of it home for later. The fries were sadly underwhelming this time around and will probably be the only flaw. My grandma got the seafood pasta, which she enjoyed, and we took it home for later. Very expensive though. Our waiter was cool and attentive to us. read more

I used to love Chilis years ago and seems they have done some serious changes to happy hour. With all the options they have on tap they only offer domestic light draft (2 beers) on happy hour. The majority of their taps are not light and/or craft. I guess I've become a little snobby on the beer side and find it not fair that a lot of establishments do not off anything other than domestic on happy hour. I understand they need to make $$$ but come on $6.85 for a blue moon is a little much compared to other places and it's not considered a craft beer. Seems service has become a little more relaxed at this location also. This particular evening I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad without citrus balsamic and with the ancho ranch dressing on the side. We received our food and no dressing so I told our waitress. She bring us more drinks and asks how our food was. I explained that I still have no dressing for my salad. Now mind you this is a fairly large salad and when she comes back she brings the smallest cup imaginable with the dressing in it. I politely commented and said I'm going to need more dressing than that. I finally got the dressing desired and the salad was enjoyable as always. We usually seem to find our way back regardless of what we've experience in the past just because they aren't terribly busy compared to other places. read more

I was doing Whole 30 and needed an option on the go. I read that Chili's was easily adaptable to the diet. So, I ordered a steak without steak butter and no sides other than vegetables. This turned out to be double broccoli... which wasn't terribly exciting considering all I could put on it was salt and pepper... So, maybe a little more creative variety for those of us not eating chips and dips and loaded baked potatoes... you know, all the things that make Chili's GOOD! But, besides that tiny gripe, our server at the Frankfort location was super helpful and didn't hem or haw about us ordering funny stuff. She was happy to accommodate! read more

We again ordered carry out from the It's Just Wings kitchen at this location and it was the worst service yet (we've had various issues each time). Today we ordered online at 12:30 pm and receive an email saying wings would be ready for pickup at 12:48 pm, which is when we arrived and checked in online. At 1 pm I went inside to check on the status of our orders and was told it wasn't ready yet. It was FINALLY brought to our car at 1:12 pm, 24 minutes after we were told it would be ready. Then, when we got home, we discovered 1 of the 2 cokes we ordered was a sweet tea. I understand current staffing issues, but these type issues happen every time we've ordered from here. read more

Good on all things, except I do wish to see restaurants give more attention to keeping clean bathrooms.

The last time we were at Chili's, it was not a good experience. We thought we would give it another chance, so we went there today for an early dinner. Our waitress was quick to give us drinks and an appetizer but it went down hill fast. We got our own napkins and straws and when our entrees arrived, we had to ask for eating utensils. Condiments were never offered. My husband ordered a full order of ribs and when it arrived it was only 4 ribs....more like 1/2 an order. My chicken fajitas were nothing special. Our waitress was virtually non-existent for a business that was not busy at this time of day. Sorry to say we will not be back. Chili's used to be so much better than this. It was over-priced and left us feeling underwhelmed. read more

Ordered curbside, with customized orders and everything was great. was ready right when they said it would be.

Usually very good service and staff is very pleasant. We have our favorites on the menu as well as servers. We start every meal with the chips and salsa. I think their salsa is the best in town. You can't go wrong with a burger here or the ribs. I like the original sauce over the dry rub but that is a personal thing. Most times you get right in and food is served in a timely manner. Bathrooms could use some attention but that is most places around Frankfort. read more

Chili's has recently upped their car side to go game. Before, you'd place an order online, including make and model of your car, and then arrive and wait...and wait until you figured out they weren't bringing it out and you'd finally go in to retrieve your order. I don't mind going in to get it, it was just confusing. Recently though, they've instituted a texting system, where after placing your online order, you immediately get a text telling you that when you arrive to text "here" and the food will be brought out. Works like a charm. Car side to go is now quick and easy with no confusion. As far as everything else goes, the food is decent and they have good soup when you're in the mood for that, as well as a nice selection of healthy options. read more

Came here tonight for a nice dinner. Place is well kept, clean bathrooms. Food was brought out fast. I LOVE their menu of soft drinks. They have a wide list from fanta, to root beer, to diet drinks ALL of which you can add flavors like vanilla, cherry, raspberry, etc. Ian was our server, I HIGHLY recommend him. He was extremely friendly and amazing and because of his extraordinary customer service we will DEFINITELY be returning!!! GREAT JOB CHILIS! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! read more

Service , slow and rude . Got food before drinks. Waited 15 min for a second margarita that had a fly in it.

I travel through Frankfort several times a year, and this Chili's is close to my hotel. I LOVE the curbside pick-up, and I especially LOVE their to-go alcoholic drinks menu. All times I placed an order, the food was ready when I pulled up to pick it up. There have been some small issues with orders, like, I ordered extra cheese and there was no extra cheese. Or I ordered some avocado slices and they weren't there. While disappointing, it didn't affect the quality of the overall meal. read more
