This location is on my way to work I like to stop here as much as possible they have a great chicken cordon blue. Their staff is very friendly I have never had any kinda bad experience when I came here I mostly go through the drive through but I have been inside and the restaurant is clean all the restrooms are clean and the dining room is very inviting. The manager is very friendly and easy to get along with I am a dad so I always show her dad jokes which she laughs at, but I really would recommend this restaurant if you are in the Hamburg area doing some shopping or just driving through the prices are a little on the steep side but I don't mind paying a little bit more because they use quality meat and don't get skimpy on the portions.

On a road trip from Knoxville and asked for as much ranch as they can give me for my chicken tenders and man did they hook me up without hesitation! Great Arby's food and better service than the Arby's near my place.

The new turkey gyro... It's actually better than it appears

I'm not a huge fast food fan and my experiences here have been based solely on the drive thru. Now that we have that out of the way, I'll explain about my last experience here. I was in the area yesterday and need of a fast lunch. This Hamburg area located Arby's is one of many fast food options in the area, but it sort of sits out of the way, tucked back from the other options. So I pulled right up, no other cars in line, and I immediately placed my order. I will say that the drive thru seems to be backwards and seems redundant to have to make two laps around the building to complete a drive thru excursion. It's a one window simple experience, but it was quick and painless. They recently started serving and promoting their new gyros. I spotted the big "2 for $6" promotion sign on the window of another location and I've been thinking about trying one every since. In this case, I was alone and only needed one gyro, so that was $3.99. There is no way that I could stop by an Arby's and not order a curly fry, which is one of my all time favorite foods. Both my fry and turkey gyro were hot and excellent. At first I thought the turkey portion was a bit shy, but after I adjusted the sliced turkey around, and even distributed it evenly across, I was impressed. I think they used at least two sauces, one that I recognized as one that they used one their turkey sub that I was addicted to years ago. This new gyro could be dangerous!

Not the fast food I was expecting. Look a little over 15 min to get order. Staff was friendly and apologetic and the wait.

Whenever one orders a Butterburger, the person taking the order will ask, "Do you want everything?" It is never made clear in the drive thru what "everything" is. I would think it would be everything that comes with the burger. This, at the restaurant, you will be up charged $0.30. What I found odd is that online, the only upcharge ($0.30) for everything (then we find out that "everything" is pickles, mayo, raw onions, lettuce, tomato) that comes with the Butterburger, is tomato. So if one takes off tomato, they should not be upcharged and yet today, I ask and they still upcharge for "everything." I do not know if this franchise knows this, or if they do, to stop because it does not match the price someone gets the Butterburger for online.

I ordered the Double Deluxe ButterBurger and cheese curds through the drive-thru. Though I didn't dine inside, the service was impressively fast. I was asked to pull around, but before I even got fully parked, my food was brought out. Everything was just as delicious as I remembered! I'll definitely be returning. This is the perfect spot for a satisfying cheat meal when you're dieting but want something truly rewarding.

The staff was very friendly and quickly took our order. We ordered two Caniac meals (6 tenders, Cole slaw, French fries, Texas toast, and two Cane's sauce), two extra slices of Texas toast, and a cup of Cane's sauce (yes. We love it that much). Our meal was prepared very quickly and we sat down to enjoy our favorite chicken restaurant's meal. I have seen on social media so many people saying it's bland or that the size of the fingers has diminished. I don't pretend to get it. I am a heavy seasoner when I cook. Jalapeños most every meal. Pepper the fire out of my potatoes, etc. I. LOVE. SEASONED. FOOD. I say that to say I don't get the bland comments. Also, the fingers were so large, we ended up getting a to go box because we ran out of room. That never happens. The tenders were hot and crispy as were the fries. I'm not a fan of Cole slaw, but I do enjoy theirs. Slicing into the Texas toast, inserting a tender with some sauce on top is a must. Gotta say, this location is our favorite. We have several options when traveling through, but the staff, the cleanliness and the consistency keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next visit!
