This location is on my way to work I like to stop here as much as possible they have a great chicken cordon blue. Their staff is very friendly I have never had any kinda bad experience when I came here I mostly go through the drive through but I have been inside and the restaurant is clean all the restrooms are clean and the dining room is very inviting. The manager is very friendly and easy to get along with I am a dad so I always show her dad jokes which she laughs at, but I really would recommend this restaurant if you are in the Hamburg area doing some shopping or just driving through the prices are a little on the steep side but I don't mind paying a little bit more because they use quality meat and don't get skimpy on the portions.

On a road trip from Knoxville and asked for as much ranch as they can give me for my chicken tenders and man did they hook me up without hesitation! Great Arby's food and better service than the Arby's near my place.

The new turkey gyro... It's actually better than it appears

I'm not a huge fast food fan and my experiences here have been based solely on the drive thru. Now that we have that out of the way, I'll explain about my last experience here. I was in the area yesterday and need of a fast lunch. This Hamburg area located Arby's is one of many fast food options in the area, but it sort of sits out of the way, tucked back from the other options. So I pulled right up, no other cars in line, and I immediately placed my order. I will say that the drive thru seems to be backwards and seems redundant to have to make two laps around the building to complete a drive thru excursion. It's a one window simple experience, but it was quick and painless. They recently started serving and promoting their new gyros. I spotted the big "2 for $6" promotion sign on the window of another location and I've been thinking about trying one every since. In this case, I was alone and only needed one gyro, so that was $3.99. There is no way that I could stop by an Arby's and not order a curly fry, which is one of my all time favorite foods. Both my fry and turkey gyro were hot and excellent. At first I thought the turkey portion was a bit shy, but after I adjusted the sliced turkey around, and even distributed it evenly across, I was impressed. I think they used at least two sauces, one that I recognized as one that they used one their turkey sub that I was addicted to years ago. This new gyro could be dangerous!

Medium Smokehouse Brisket combo ($8.67 with tax).

Not the fast food I was expecting. Look a little over 15 min to get order. Staff was friendly and apologetic and the wait.

I'm from the west coast and I've had my fair share of Hawaiian food and I can only imagine how good it would've been it the driver and delivery service would have done their jobs correctly. When I'm back in town I can't wait to come in and give this place another shot.

Spam was a little salty (duh, that's to be expected) but well fried. The fried sunny side up egg was amazeballs too, so rich and runny. Fries were hot and crispy as well, but honestly the spam and eggs (which also came with sticky rice and macaroni salad) was so filling that I barely touched the fries. This delicious smorgasbord was only 9 dollars! My colleague had the juicer, which is mahi mahi with cabbage slaw and spicy mayo. He also got the Hawaiian style fries. Topped with spicy mayo, sweet soy, house chili sauce, green onion, and sesame seed, this is an extravagant dish! He enjoyed it. My other colleague got spam musubi is spam and sweet soy on sticky rice, wrapped in seaweed. He says it's his favorite dish from there. Other dishes include kalua pork (Hawaiian bbq sauce), teriyaki chicken, grilled tofu, coconut shrimp, and katsu, which is panko fried pork with their house sauces. For a meal out of the ordinary, give Big Kahuna a try. They say they have the "second best fish sandwich in town!" (Charlie's claims the first spot).

I'm thoroughly disappointed :(…read more I've been to the this establishment numerous times when it was under the previous management. Today I wanted to give it a try so went around 1:15pm. This used to be a pretty busy time earlier (on a weekday), but today there was nobody there. Even the folks managing it came from the back after I'd been standing there for 3-4 mins.. which isn't a long time, but still. I ordered a beef shawarma sandwich and a small baba ghanoosh... my staple orders from before. The beef sandwich has shrunk in size considerably!! And whatever meat was in there (plenty for me though, as I'm not a big meat eater), it was just that.. pieces of shaven beef!! No vegetables or sauces to speak of. I opened it up and could see 1 measly slice of tomato and maybe 3-4 slivers of onion. I must give them credit that I requested them for a spicy one, they did put chili sauce in there. The rolled up sandwich was lackluster and felt lukewarm even though they got it off the stove in front of me! I'm not sure if the stove was on or not. Anyway, came with a minuscule side of watery garlic sauce. I'd rate it 1/5. Baba ghanoosh was pretty tasteless.. just a white blob. And they have switched out the pita bread to the big thin one, from the soft pillowy one that I prefer. 0.5/5 Overall, I'm very disheartened by the experience. This used to be a good place.. I don't think I'll be going back.
