While it's nice to have TVs in here, it's VERY annoying that all 4 TVs have the volume cranked. It's especially frustrating to have Sponge Bob/Cartoon Network blaring. The food is always great, and the staff is very friendly. My issue is that this is supposed to be a family restaurant, and when my 10-month-old son needed a diaper change, I, being the responsible father, had to change him. When I went to the restroom, there was no baby changing table! I did my best, but now I have to consider never going to this restaurant again until this issue is resolved. I would not recommend this restaurant to other families if they need a changing table. I brought it up to management, and they are aware of the issue but are not allowed to resolve it. So here is my warning for families: don't dine in if you need a changing table.

My only complaint is that their "hot and ready" slogan isn't always what you'll find when you go to the store. It's always hot, but not always ready. Unfortunately it's not that simple. Every time I order and go to the drive thru it's always some reason that I end up having to wait an extra 30+ minutes to get my order. Last month I went to the drive thru and as I was waiting at the window the girl told me to pull around front because "I don't want to make that gentleman behind you angry"(yes she said that)...So what ami, chopped liver? I finally get my pizza and when I get home I open the box to find out they gave me the wrong order, so I have to call back and tell them. They said they would replace it so I have to go back up there and wait some more and when she gave me the correct pizza she was rude about it. Then two weeks ago I go to the drive thru again and was in line for 45 minutes. And this las weekend i went to the drive thru and I was second in line, so I got my hopes up that I wouldn't have to wait very long. Not happening I get to the window and the girl tells me to wait....I'm waiting and a line of cars is starting to form behind me and I don't want to be THAT GUY that holds up the line. She comes back and says that they burned my pizza and they are having to remake it. She leaves and I'm still waiting. She comes to the window again to tell me it's going to be a while and I told her that I was going to pull around front so that I don't hold up the line. 35 minutes later she brings out my pizza......doesn't apologize, nothing. Unfortunately this is the only Little Caesar's in town(that I know of) and my son likes Little Caesar's. Too bad the service is absolutely horrible. I don't recommend this location unless you enjoy waiting.
