I enjoy Little Caesars because I always know I'm going to pay about the same as getting a frozen pizza from the grocery and the quality is good, for the price. My only complaint is that their "hot and ready" slogan isn't always what you'll find when you go to the store. It's always hot, but not always ready. More than once I've had to wait while the pizza is made. That said, the pizza is always good, especially for the price. read more

Horrible. I use the app to order and pay so whenever I get the notification that my order is ready all I should have to do is drive to the drive thru window, give them my name and be on my merry little way. Unfortunately it's not that simple. Every time I order and go to the drive thru it's always some reason that I end up having to wait an extra 30+ minutes to get my order. Last month I went to the drive thru and as I was waiting at the window the girl told me to pull around front because "I don't want to make that gentleman behind you angry"(yes she said that)...So what ami, chopped liver? I finally get my pizza and when I get home I open the box to find out they gave me the wrong order, so I have to call back and tell them. They said they would replace it so I have to go back up there and wait some more and when she gave me the correct pizza she was rude about it. Then two weeks ago I go to the drive thru again and was in line for 45 minutes. And this las weekend i went to the drive thru and I was second in line, so I got my hopes up that I wouldn't have to wait very long. Not happening I get to the window and the girl tells me to wait....I'm waiting and a line of cars is starting to form behind me and I don't want to be THAT GUY that holds up the line. She comes back and says that they burned my pizza and they are having to remake it. She leaves and I'm still waiting. She comes to the window again to tell me it's going to be a while and I told her that I was going to pull around front so that I don't hold up the line. 35 minutes later she brings out my pizza......doesn't apologize, nothing. Unfortunately this is the only Little Caesar's in town(that I know of) and my son likes Little Caesar's. Too bad the service is absolutely horrible. I don't recommend this location unless you enjoy waiting. read more

Hot n ready? Not here. I've been to this location several times. You can not get a hot n ready here. They claim it's because they are busy. Lmao, I got a brilliant idea at dinner time make a bunch of pizzas before the dinner rush... they need to sale this place or hire a new manager this place blows! read more

A typical day at work is drama. these people don't know what they're doing. they work when they are sick or you get fired. they smoke around food. they will sneeze and not wash their hands. there's black mold they aren't cleaning. you can't trust anyone here. you aren't able to have an enjoyable day at work you walk in without a smile because this places drains you. if you're a hard worker then you will be picking up slack from everyone. if you think you're getting a raise you're not. they will promise for months then tell you they didn't promise you a raise and you won't get it. you'll get fired for asking. the management here is trash. they have NO CLUE what they're doing. they don't rotate their food. they make sauce on the floor. they don't properly clean the dishes. they SUCK. they will give out burn pizzas or old pizzas. they don't check them. hot n ready? what a lie. OH one more thing. they will steal your money. you think you're getting a full check? NO. they had you working overtime and you are looking forward to a big check? FORGET IT. they don't pay you for that. read more

Awful. Nothing ever ready. Always a huge wait. Waited 20 minutes for a hot n ready at 6pm come on.

We waited in line for 26 minutes after ordering a hot and ready pizza and cheese bread, obviously not hot and ready

Whoever the owner is needs to either close the location or find someone who wants to own it!!!!!! Hot and Ready is not working for this one. I have been there 2 times within a few days. It took anywhere from 10-15 mins just for one Hot & Ready pizza. Might be fresh & hot but ready no it's NOT!!! read more

Filthy store and pizza had obviously been sitting in a warmer for a very long time. Crust was hard as a rock. Both workers looked like they hadn't bathed in a week. Uniforms were as dirty as the store. Obviously the store owner does not care. They have cameras everywhere but can't see the condition of the store. Why little Caesars keeps this franchise open must be only for the money. read more

The service today was horrible. We waited about 30 minutes to place our order, but before we could get to the window to pay and pickup our pizza, someone pulled out of line behind us and cut in front of us at the pickup window. They totally screwed up everything. They apparently had called in their order while in line. Our pizza was given to them. I ask the manager what happened, they knew what happened. She did apologized, however, we still had to wait forever. Meanwhile everyone behind us continued to wait. I am very disappointed they did not make the person who caused the issue wait on their order. I will never get pizza there again. I spent more money on gas waiting for the pizza than it cost. read more

Worst customer service ever from a manager tonight. Gave me an old cheese regular crust when I ordered pretzel crust pepperoni and even reiterated it multiple times on the order. I call expecting apologies and a replacement he was the manager and argued with me telling me what I said and calling me a liar and only offered me 2 dollars. He gave me this old pizza probably to save food cost because either I'd accept it or he would only lose 2 bucks if I complain. Do not go to this restaurant.- Lawrenceburg ky branch read more
