Drive through 5/15 for lunch. No silverware or napkins. Despite the fact that Diet Coke was repeated by cashier, was given wrong drink. Rude and unfriendly service. One may happen but the compilation of the 3 left me with the impression that the ungroomed clerk was purposeful in messing up, not just lazy, poor service. Food was subpar. Make sure that if you'd like a to-go container to hold your entire meal, you ask for it at the drive through because for some reason it was almost an impossible task to get the right container. I was told that I could only use the very tiny take out boxes on the counter because they can only give out the larger ones through the drive through. I said it didn't make sense for them if I used 4 small boxes when I could just use one larger one. The manager was rude and blew me off, so I brought my full dinner plate to the counter to show them how ridiculous it was that they wanted me to split it up into 4 boxes. She (the manager) reluctantly, finally went and got a bigger container, dropped it on the counter, rolled her eyes at me and then walked away! I will never go back with that kind of disrespect. Guys, and I write this in a personal way because this places TRIES to be more personable with their guests by addressing feedback immediately. There is something very wrong when you order bone in wings and are asked to wait 10-15 minutes, agree to it, and then when you pay at the window, have the employees slip you boneless wings and not change what they charged you. There is a huge difference between $4.99 and $6.99. Not only that, they did not give me any side celery or a choice of dressing like it states on the menu. What the employees did do well -Decided it was quicker to save time and slip me boneless wings -Actually gave me the receipt so I could dispute this. -The sauce on the wings was actually Nashville Hot Flavor But seriously? I ordered this between 5-6 p.m. yesterday. You know the employees on that shift. Retrain their butts please! I know this is a chain founded in Lexington, but shoddy customer service like this would make any outsider (if its their first time) hate Lexington. You don't need that. This was just despicable. For a Fast Food like not your typical Burger this restaurant was a nice experience. I moved here and never had heard of this concept but after dental work I wanted something hot quick and Fazoli's was it. I depend on them occasionally waiting sometimes in a line to find the staff still pleasant and my food hot! read more

I popped in to this location for a quick bite of lunch. Just thinking a slice of pizza sounded quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find and upgraded space. (I guess it had been a while since I had been in a Fazoli's ;). The lady behind the counter suggested a lunch special for $5 and that was perfect 2 pepperoni slices and a drink was great. Mamma Mia! The best service ever! Rolled in and got a baked spaghetti meal which came with a slice of pizza and 2 bread sticks. So much food! This location in particular is the shining star of Lexington Kentucky. Now don't get me wrong, it's not good. I wouldn't come here unless you were drunk or really hate yourself. If I had kids, I wouldn't bring them here to eat, but if I retire and go to a nursing home, I'll definitely order out from this place. Eating here is like a blowed the ego. Exactly like I remember it. Fazoli's had a short lived time in central Virginia many years ago and when I saw that there was a location near where we stayed in Kentucky I was excited. It did not disappoint. The meatball sub was excellent and well as my wife's carbonara stuffed shells. Genuinely better than a place like chain Italian restaurants. It was very good. I have never had any problems with my orders and the staff is always so polite and friendly. I had my food delivered one time and because they were low on bacon (which means I barely got any on my pasta) they gave me another order of pasta free of charge. Tip: Get the penne pasta with creamy basil sauce and bacon it's amazing. read more

This location is one of the best Fazoli's that I've been to. Staff is always friendly, restaurant is always clean, and the food is always hot and fresh. They are usually running some good deals on promotional items, and they send out coupons as well. They do get busy at times during lunch, but even then the food typically comes out pretty quick. Ownership/Management doesn't care about their employees or their customers. On 7/6 I walked in and ordered 12 breadsticks to go. It took 40 minutes from the time I paid to receive them. Turns out only 3 people are working the entire restaurant. They were working their tails off, but there's only so much 3 people can do when it comes to cooking, working a drive thru, clearing tables, working the front, and bringing out food. Where was management? Where was ownership? They hung their employees out to dry and both the customers and the 3 employees who showed up for work suffered. I get it, it's a Saturday, nobody wants to go in and work unexpectedly, but show a little pride, treat your staff right, and take care of customers. I won't be back for a long long time, if ever. Well, that was disappointing. The food was decent and the staff were nice but the customer service was poor. Our server said "I'll be back with more breadsticks in a minute" and we sat there for an hour and never got them. I even went up and asked if we could get them and was told we weren't forgotten. We proceeded to watch as table after table around us got stacks of breadsticks with their food and we were overlooked. We ended up just leaving without our breadsticks. Its Fazoli's right? Its fast food right? So based on those perimeters, this is one of my favorite locations. Service is always great. Food comes out just the way I like it. I almost feel like I am at a full service restaurant except I have to get my own drinks, but I like getting my own drinks so, yeah. Of course as at any Fazoli's you get endless breadsticks while dining in. I love that and so does my family. Large servings, and food comes out super hot! Yall just don't know, that food being hot is #1 in my book. I don't like cold food, unless its ice cream ;) but I like my food scorching hot and that is the way they serve it. Right out the oven! Usually when they bring out the plates, they are hot too... so you know its right. The salads are fresh and they serve a White Balsamic Vinaigrette, which I don't see anywhere. Its is delicious. I love it! They also have a order takeout online. If you do that, they have a shelf out in the lobby where you can pick it up, sorta like Panera does, if you have ever done it there. Not a bad place if you want to get some quick Italian food. Not authentic Italian but it hits the spot when you want something quick on the run. I really do like their breadsticks pretty amazing and I love the pasta I had. They used chunks of broccoli which I love and the chicken was cooked right. The portions are a little small for the price you're paying but that's what you get with a fast food place. I would come back you know maybe once a month for some like this but wouldn't be an every day thing. read more

Got the Italian submarino. It was a big pile of goo. The way the sandwich was constructed made it impossible to eat with your hands. And the amount and viscosity the of the red wine 'vinaigrette' was just gross. It was more like a heavy sauce consistency, not a vinaigrette. The bun was split open, laid flat and all ingredients placed on top. It was impossible to fold the bread sides over to hold. But even if I could have, it was swimming in the goo both on top and bottom. I know this is fast food and I did not have upscale cuisine expectations. But compared to any other sandwich at any other sandwich shop, this really sank way below expectations. read more
