I will be the first to admit that I know absolutely nothing (nada, zilch, zip, NOTHING) about home decor, color matching, all of it. Pinterest confuses me and after spending countless hours of pretending to know what I was doing at Home Depot I was ready to give up. Hubby and I had just purchased a home in Orange County and were home in Seattle visiting and venting to family and friends about feeling lost and confused about an upcoming kitchen remodel that needed to be done. My sister suggested that I check out Pius, she mentioned that they not only do they have a large selection of cabinets and stone - she said they also have a large show room - a good place to at least scope out some ideas. What did we have to loose? On a whim, I wandered into the store on a random afternoon. I was immediately blown away by the beautiful mini room mock ups, from kitchens to bathrooms they had multiple set ups with different cabinets styles and colors and then all the pieces in between of needed to complete the set. Yes everything looked great but after a few minutes of looking around I began to feel overwhelmed and lost again. I was greeted by one of the salesman John. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products they had on hand and was externally patient with me as I asked a million redundant questions. But what really impressed me about John was his eye for color! Hubby and I didn't know what exactly we wanted but we knew the color scheme we wanted. Within a few minutes of chatting with us, John was pulling sample pieces of stone and cabinets and pretty much put together our entire kitchen for us. Needless to say, I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere for our new kitchen. The only blaring issue was that they were in Seattle and sadly our home was in Orange County. They had a solution for that too, they helped us find a shipping company for the cabinets that that we loved. And for the stone pieces, John offered to look for their partners locally that would have the same selection of items that we could purchase. John was super helpful throughout the entire process, even after the items had been shipped to our home, he offered to spend some time via FaceTime with our contractor to help answer questions about assembling the cabinet. I am over the moon in love with my brand new kitchen set up. read more

Having been a renter my whole life, I have no idea what it takes to plan out renovations as a homeowner with less than a year's experience. Upon arrival at their showroom, I noticed immediately how busy it was. My own inexperience and a handful of bad Yelp reviews were ALMOST enough to convince me give up doing this project myself. As I started to turn back to the parking lot, a bright smile and a warm welcome stopped my dead in my tracks. Pius did have time for me! Judi (I think is her name) was able to answer walk me through the styles and names of the products on display, gave me thorough advice on what measurements to have prepared, and made sure I had her direct contact should I need anything else. I bought on the vanity she helped me choose (what great taste!) that same day. Once I mastered how to use a laser "tape" measure, I was able to call around and compare prices but wasn't able to find a better deal. I'll be returning for the rest of the kitchen in the next week or two. Pros - Good staffing, inexpensive products, installation and delivery offered, and snacks Cons - Heavy construction (not your fault), condition of storeroom building, and traffic Overall - Customer service and prices make Pius the easy choice. Thank you again, Judi and Pius! read more

I decided to go with Pius after some of my friends recommended them. My friends only did countertops so I was a little scared to do cabinets too but I'm glad that I did, because not only did I save a buttload of money but it was done in 2 weeks and on schedule. My salesperson Sally was really helpful and when I asked for more references, she gave me references. She was really professional and spent hours rendering models of my future kitchen. I do agree with the other reviewers that the installers' English was not very fluent (my installer was Kyle), but they cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything. I also asked if they would do my shelf in granite since I had extra and they did it on the spot and didn't charge me extra. I can't comment on the cabinet install since I installed the cabinets with my boyfriend and they turned out great. Not only do I have stored all my pots and dishes into my cabinets, but the interiors look great and held up great. It's been a month since the installations and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Sally made a follow up call a few days ago to ensure my satisfaction and to say happy holidays (She's SO sweet!). I am more than happy to put up a review. read more

I recently teamed up with Pius Kitchen & Bath for my kitchen renovation and I've got to say, they knocked it out of the park. I've noticed a few negative reviews out there, but from my experience, these guys deserve some serious kudos. Right from the get-go, when I walked into their place, the professionalism was top-notch. They got straight to the point, helping me pick out the right cabinets and countertops without any hassle. Pricing? Spot on. Didn't feel like I was overpaying for what I got. I had my own guy handle the cabinet installation, which went off without a hitch. But the real game-changer was when the Pius crew came in for the countertop installation. These folks know their stuff - precision and attention to detail were in full display. We're talking about a complete turnaround in 2.5 weeks, from walking into their store to having a finished kitchen. And that's with no corners cut on quality or service. In a nutshell, Pius Kitchen & Bath delivered big time. Great prices, efficient service, and top-quality work. If you're looking to get your kitchen done right, these are the guys to call. They totally transformed my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. read more

I would recommend Pius to anyone who wants a great deal on quality cabinets but is doing the work themselves. There is quite a range in the reviews here and I think it's because of expectations. Pius offers quality cabinetry and countertops at a discount because you have to do most of the legwork. If you're willing to do that, you will be satisfied. If you want things installed and delivered and attended to, you should go elsewhere and pay for that service. The staff at the front desk were great helping me in the planning stages. Anastasia was my go to person for design and changes. I also purchased my granite countertops there and we got to go to the warehouse and choose the slabs with our installer. They came to our house and measured and cut the slabs right here. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 was that after the bill was paid and things were delivered, there was a distinct change. If we needed something replaced or corrected, i or my contractor had to go to the store for answers and help. We eventually got what we needed. Overall, I am happy with Pius and would use them again. read more

Pius' products are superior to the competition, featuring edgy, modern colors, textures, and designs that elevate every space. We've relied on Pius for several high-end remodels, and the results have been phenomenal--whether it's generating multiple offers for sales or attracting enthusiastic rental applications. Highly recommend! their sales associate, Spencer, is absolutely outstanding! Spencer is a true master with design software--he quickly creates beautiful designs while offering expert advice on kitchen workflow and aesthetics. His knowledge of product availability and inventory is exceptional, and he ensures we always get exactly what we need. For example, when we had to change cabinets after the order or needed extra backsplash for new locations, Spencer handled it effortlessly. Even when we didn't provide the sink as planned, he organized a replacement and same-day delivery to avoid any delays in fabrication or installation. In an industry where many salespeople are overwhelmed or inattentive, Spencer shines with his responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism read more

We built a duplex in 2009 and got quotes from specialty companies as well as Lowes and Home Depot for 2 kitchens. We went to check out Pius at the suggestion of one of our subs and were very, very pleased that we did. To keep costs down, our quotes from previous companies were for particle board cabinets with laminate counter tops in two kitchens only and we ended up doing both kitchens, 5 bathrooms and 2 laundry rooms in solid wood cabinets and granite counters for the same price. We had our contractor do the cabinet installation, but Pius sent a crew out to do the granite and it went quickly and is beautiful!!!! We have stainless sinks in the kitchen, undermounts in all the bathrooms and we are very pleased with the final result. There were a few small issues with damage during delivery and shortages, but they went out of their way to make it right in short order. The store is busy and you do have to wait on weekends, but we were very impressed by the quality and customer service. I would definitely go back and I have recommended them to friends. read more

A heartfelt thank you to Piu's for successfully renovating our home. First of all, a big thank you to Spencer for being so patient with us as it took us so long to find a renovation contractor. We are very grateful to him for providing a very professional design service and helping us find good products from Piu's. We are very grateful to Mr. Zhao and his partner who installed the countertops. They are very professional and polite. In addition to doing a high quality countertop installation, they thoroughly cleaned the stone cut area and neatly put away the water hose before leaving our home. We offered them tea and lunch, but they politely declined. Last but not least, we would like to thank Amber for her excellent organizational skills. She kept in touch with relevant parties in a timely manner and actively avoided possible mistakes. She made our project run so smoothly and efficiently. With people like Amber, Mr. Zhao, and Spencer, I believe Piu's will definitely win more customers and develop better and stronger! read more

We would like to thank Pius Kitchen and Bath for helping make an extensive remodel project a huge success. We completed a total remodel for a multi-million dollar home which involved the purchase and installation of granite for three fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, office and an outdoor bbq kitchen area. The job required installation to occur at multiple phases and involved extensive planning to procure the product in a timely manner and for the installation to be of the highest quality. Pius installers did an excellent job. The client was very pleased with the end product as were we. Avis, the sales person who helped us coordinate shipments and install schedules, was invaluable to the success of this project. She went above and beyond to help plan the appropriate size of slabs necessary for each project phase, track shipment to ensure project deadlines were maintained and was an invaluable resource for our firm. We would highly recommend Pius for any granite installation you are considering. read more

I love Pius. I am a real estate agent and I literally had 10 clients ask me in the past year for help with remodelling their kitchens. On the first one, I went to Pius based on a recommendation from my contractor. I was so pleased with the product and the price that I went there every single time for the 9 other kitchens that I did for my clients. Each time, I only purchased granite and sinks, so I don't have any comments to add about the cabinets. But I can say they have the nicest looking granite and quartz at the best price that I have seen. Yes, you might find granite with rounded edges for $50 cheaper down the street, but it will be UGLY. Pius has great prices and attractive granite with options for square or round edges and island sizes. And some of these reviews mention bad customer service. That has not been my experience. I deal with Avis every time and she has been wonderful. I highly recommend Pius. Mark read more

Judy Miller manages the front desk at Pius, as you walk into the Store. We purchased several cabinets of varying types from this company and one of the Salespersons there. When we came back for sinks, faucets, etc., Judy helped us. She is so friendly, patient and made us feel totally confident in her services. We encountered an issue with two cabinet doors which she explained is due to the process of natural wood changing on occasion, because of moisture, hot or cold or other natural conditions. She responded promptly to my email, acted on the issue and ordered two replacement doors by the next day. We met her at the warehouse a few days later and she made sure everything was good for us. Judy is very special in how she handles customers and I feel, is a real asset to Pius Kitchen & Bath. read more

The Pius staff made our remodel project such a pleasant experience. Our extensive project included the entire living level of our home, including the kitchen, in addition to a bathroom upstairs. We appreciated the fact that the dust and debris were kept to a minimum during demolition and there were never construction items left outside our home. Our project manager was always available to respond to any questions or issues that arose. The subcontractors were courteous and did great work. As with any remodel, there were a few challenges, but our project manager met those challenges with a positive attitude and always found a solution. There were many times that he went far beyond the call of duty to make sure our vision became a reality and always did his best to stay within our budget! read more

My husband and I are remodeling our entire kitchen. We tried going to Home Depot and Lowe's to find cabinets and countertops with no luck. My mom told us that we should check out Pius kitchen and Bath in Seattle. I just want to say that we were very pleased with our sales person Anastazia. She made it very easy for us from designing the layout of our kitchen to showing us the many options of cabinets and countertops. I actually went in there five times before I finalized my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. We were able to use the extra quartz leftover for our bathroom vanity we purchased from Pius as well. The prices were very reasonable and LOTS of options. I would definitely recommend this store and Anastazia help of course! read more

If you have ever done a remodel than you know how stressful it can be.  With my latest project anything that could possibly go wrong did. The one and only bright spot was working with Judy!  Not only did she go above and beyond to try and make a difficult situation better, but she also followed up and actually showed genuine interest in the finished work, something unheard of these days!   I can't say enough about Judy and what a pleasure it was to work with her.  Her assurance and upbeat attitude helped me to see the job through.  I couldn't be happier with the finished project and would definitely recommend Pius and Judy for your cabinet needs. While their price was hard to beat, it was the experience that made all the difference. read more

We had our master bath counter, sinks and faucets replaced by Pius. We decided on a quartz counter top and we are so happy we did. They have a vast assortment of quartz to choose from. Excellent prices. We did the square under mount sinks and one handle faucets. It's a clean look. We worked with Mike. He was a pleasure to work with. He was so easy to communicate with through email. I changed my mind on something and he took care of it immediately. The installers came right on time. They left a mess, but I let it go knowing that's part of the installation. They did a great job and worked so fast. I will definitely do business with Pius again. Especially if I can work with Mike! read more

As a seasoned general contractor, I've seen my fair share of materials and suppliers. Pius is my reliable source for countertops and cabinets. Their use of solid plywood, which is definitely better than MDF, is something I particularly value. They stand behind their work, always willing to correct things if they don't go as planned. They offer a wide selection that appeals to my clients, whether I'm working on rental properties or homes worth over a million dollars. I've had them handle custom orders for my larger projects too. For ready-made cabinets, they're unmatched in the city. I've noted that clients who opt for different suppliers often not having the best experience. read more

Shout out to James. He really took the time to help us. Pius doesn't have enough staff to take care of the client demand - which is too bad. If James wasn't available we wouldn't have waited for an hour or two till someone could help us. James knows his stuff. He did some out of the box thinking and we really appreciated his help. We hope we can make it work with some of the restrictions but if anyone can help us figure it out, it'll be James. I sure hope they get more staff! Or at least someone to answer the phone. This market won't always been this flush with business so it's good to keep amazing people like James on staff!! thanks James. You're the best read more

These folks did a fantastic job. My father originally hired a different contractor who made a mess of our kitchen remodel. He ended up breaking two slabs of granite and some cabinet shelves, later walking out on the job. Anadtazia over at PIUS on 4th AVE S helped my dad to schedule an appointment with their team to finish the granite counters along with the cabinetry. They had everything delivered personally on the same day and also cut us a deal. They were extremely professional and accommodating, I couldn't be happier under these circumstances. Would recommend to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel in the Seattle area. read more
