I went to Pita Pit with ny friends on a road trip. I liked it although the pita was kinda thin and soggy. Amazing service though! The interior of the restaurant was good and I liked the drink dispenser. All in all, this was a good experience and I will continue to be a Pita Pit customer. read more

I used to really like Pita Pit but recently they completely changed the menu, the prices, and even how you order. You now have to decide all modifications at the register. They covered the ingredient glass up so you can no longer see what extra tops/add ons there are or how fresh they are. I don't know if modifications, like adding lettuce, costs extra now and I was not told that it would cost extra but it cost me $45 for two pitas and a soda. Go anywhere else but Pita Pit. read more

Wednesday morning around 10:30 we stopped in for a light meal; our first time to the Pita Pit. A young man was the greeter, cashier, cook and ambassador for the restaurant. His cap had the word Daddy embossed but his name is Griffin. What an uplifting experience to see such a fine example of personal excellence at twenty-one. Our local Pita Pit in Northern Nevada closed down years ago. So we were so excited to see the Pita Pit in Spokane Washington when we were there on vacation. I waited a while to comment here because I was so upset with the level of service I recieved, which was zero. In the course of a three week period, I attemped to obtain food from this establishment 30 or 45 minutes until close. All I wanted was a take out order and to bring my food home. I was starving since I work three jobs and hadnt eaten much during the day and was trying to avoid fast food. The first time I tried to go in, I pulled up, and started to walk towards the door. The open sign was on and the two staff members that were working looked at me and started turning off the lights. I double checked the store hours and saw that I was about 30 minutes before the posted closed hours and could see that the veggie table had been covered and there was no way in heck I was going to be served. Disappointed, I took my business else where. About two and a half weeks later, I was nervous about trying to get food at that hour but decided to give them a second shot since it was about 45 minutes to close. Nothing was covered up, so I got excited and tried to go in and order. As I was looking at the menu, I was informed that the restaurant was closed and I would not be being served, they had too much work to do. I was very angry. I did not take this news well and told the staff member that they should have turned off the open sign and locked the door if they did not plan on serving anyone. I think that is a fair request. I also believe that if the staff feel stressed about honoring the posted hours, they should be changed so as not to create such a disappointing experience to the customer or else be given extra time to complete thier side work. I do not have any plans to make any further attempts to patronize this establishment. Such an epic disappointment! read more

I ordered for delivery using their extremely easy app and I was glad to find out I could add a lot of toppings without it costing me extra. Minutes after I placed my order they called me to double check if I didn't want sauce on my pita. How thoughtful! The food was excellent and fresh. I love this pita pit!!!!! :) The service is awesome, and the food fresh. I have come in mulitiple times when the manger is working and he is really a nice guy, with great customer service. You can tell he loves working with people and what he does. I guess they own the one down by GU as well which is a great location. Anyways, love bringing my family here the prices are comparable to subway but not the quantity or quality, your meat is cooked fresh not held in a warmer and the ingredients are always fresh tasting. Their salad is a nice alternative if your trying to save on calories, but the chicken souvlaki is by far my favorite. Definitely one of the best fast casual places around Spokane! read more

Brand new pita pit! The manager is super nice and the employees always ask you how your pita is. The location is really great as well. I really recommend the Chicken Souvlaki or the new Churrasco Chicken BBQ. I feel like it would be beneficial to train your employees on how to properly wrap a pita so that it doesn't fall apart right away... it's extremely frustrating that every single time I get a pita from here, it falls apart after one bite. It defeats the whole purpose of getting a pita. read more

I went to the south hill location in spokane wa today on Sunday October 6. The two employees working were so unprofessional and one of them was handing her phone to a guy who looked like was her boyfriend. She didn't change her gloves and didn't wash her hands and she than touched customers food. She was also having a personal conversation with her boyfriend while talking to customers. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that they don't have a manager and said they were in charge. I also asked for a comment card and they said they don't have any. I told them that I was unimpressed and I left. I won't be back again! read more

Moved from Spokane three years ago. Back visiting some friends and family and was very happy to see they had built a Pita Pit on South Hill. Walking in it was very clean and modern. Staff was super awesome and the Buffalo Chicken Pita is awesome! They also have one of those newer Coke products machines that mixes different flavors. Will never order from them again. Food was vial. Keri took my order then got my credit card wrong and the address to deliver to. Then to make it worse. My order was wrong.the pita was gross and soggy. Meat was chicken that was awful. Full of gristle ugh. You lost a customer and I'm spreading the word. Keep it up and you won't be on south hill much longer. You have to much good competition. Train your people not to be ditzy when taking orders. Pay attention people. read more

First things first, TURN DOWN THE FUCKING MUSAK. Some people would like to actually hear what their options are. Not really a difficult concept to understand. Other than that, the food was fresh and well cooked. My only problem was the food portions. I payed $7.25 for the steak pita. It was small and had little meat. I could have went to Bruchis or Subway and gotten twice the food for the same price. So, unless you are a skinny white woman on a diet or you like overpriced snacks this place is not worth it. I doubt this place will make it a year. read more
