I kind of ignored this for a long time because we were already spending a ton of money on other house stuff. Finally a neighbor convinced me that our plumbing would thank us and I'm also hoping it will help my baby's skin issues. I used Request a Quote on Yelp to get a ton of quotes. At the time I was trying to fix our water softener, but quickly learned from many different companies we would need to replace it. I got overwhelmed from all the information and, again, tabled it, but James continued to follow up with me periodically for over a month. It wasn't pushy, he was just checking to see if I got my water softener. Honestly, if it wasn't for his follow up I'd probably still be sitting on this project. It was super easy to schedule a time for them to come a couple days later. They are locally owned and operated so you are dealing with the boss. Chad was the one who came out and he is awesome. He noticed some things that were wrong with our pipes, don't ask me what, I don't know anything about plumbing which is why I hired them, and he fixed it! They have a 10 year warranty, which is fantastic because I don't have to worry if it breaks. They stand by their work. If you are looking for a water softener, I highly recommend them.
