Great service and plan on using them to maintain our new water filtration system!…read more The reverse osmosis water filtration system we've had for years under our sink was leaking. We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience getting a water softener installed…read more When we moved in there was a water softener, but throughout the time we've lived here, about a year and a half, I learned that it is one from Lowes or Home Depot, which means it is pretty cheap and not meant to withstand the Florida weather. Also, I'm pretty sure it hasn't been working this whole time because the salt had hardened and never seemed to move. I kind of ignored this for a long time because we were already spending a ton of money on other house stuff. Finally a neighbor convinced me that our plumbing would thank us and I'm also hoping it will help my baby's skin issues. I used Request a Quote on Yelp to get a ton of quotes. At the time I was trying to fix our water softener, but quickly learned from many different companies we would need to replace it. I got overwhelmed from all the information and, again, tabled it, but James continued to follow up with me periodically for over a month. It wasn't pushy, he was just checking to see if I got my water softener. Honestly, if it wasn't for his follow up I'd probably still be sitting on this project. It was super easy to schedule a time for them to come a couple days later. They are locally owned and operated so you are dealing with the boss. Chad was the one who came out and he is awesome. He noticed some things that were wrong with our pipes, don't ask me what, I don't know anything about plumbing which is why I hired them, and he fixed it! They have a 10 year warranty, which is fantastic because I don't have to worry if it breaks. They stand by their work. If you are looking for a water softener, I highly recommend them. They're professional, efficient, and they do good work.

These people do a good job explaining to you about water. Period at first I didn't know anything…read moreabout how beneficial a full system for reverse osmosis would be. I even knew about the drawbacks of not having mineralized water return to the source. The people at Green are intelligent about what they're doing and take their specialties. I was obtaining quotes for the replacement of a 40-gallon electric hot water heater in my Treasure…read moreIsland condo. Cass Plumbing supplied an emailed quote which was higher than the others. Later that day, Brian Cass called me and was following up on their quote. Brian told me that he was the sales manager of the family-owned business. He also said that Cass Plumbing would match other quotes from licensed plumbers other than Home Depot's contractors. Brian went on the provide me with his direct email address. He told me that if I received a quote that was lower than theirs to send it to him. I forwarded him a significantly lower quote from a licensed and insured plumber and followed up with two emails without a response from him. I checked Cass Plumbing's website, and they have the following in writing: Cass Plumbing's Lowest Price Guarantee Cass Plumbing makes every effort to offer our customers the most competitive plumbing pricing available. To support this effort Cass Plumbing additionally offers the following Lowest Price Guarantee... Lowest Price Guarantee: Cass Plumbing will beat any plumbing price by up to 11%. Competitor prices must be in writing and issued by a licensed, bonded and insured local plumber. Additionally, any competitor's written prices must be presented to Cass Plumbing before we start to provide our plumbing service. Even more, Cass Plumbing does not give or confirm our Lowest Price Guarantee price in writing, unless Cass Plumbing first receives from the customer, the customer's commitment, that Cass Plumbing will be selected to provide the plumbing service detailed on Cass Plumbing's written pricing estimate. (This Guarantee may not be used with or combined with any other discount Cass Plumbing may be offering). Clearly, this isn't being followed and is misleading. It is false advertising.

I've always believed that the best way to learn about water quality is to drink a glass of it and…read morethen panic. Which is more or less what happened when I visited my parents' rental in Clearwater and realized their tap water had a flavor profile best described as "haunted pipe." Enter Tyler, a man so calm and helpful I began to suspect he might be some sort of water sommelier or part-time therapist. He arrived from Purity Bay not with judgment or a hazmat suit, but with data--actual test results that confirmed our suspicions without making anyone cry. We sat down and did what any loving child managing their parents' rental would do: we talked about how to eliminate contaminants as inexpensively as humanly possible. And Tyler, bless him, didn't flinch. He explained the existing system which we didn't want anymore, outlined a plan for a new system, and somehow made ion exchange sound romantic. We are using two different medias to target the water we have. We reached an agreement that didn't require a second mortgage or a blood pact, and scheduled the installation for a time that worked for us--i.e., not "next Thursday between 7 AM and the apocalypse." The install team arrived when they said they would (a minor miracle in any industry), and they worked with the sort of quiet, competent professionalism that made me briefly wonder if they were Swiss. The whole thing was seamless, like a Broadway set change, except with filters and zero jazz hands. And just like that, the haunted pipe water was gone. Now the water is clean, my parents are thrilled, and I no longer feel the urge to shower with bottled water. If you're in the market for purification without the usual horror show of delays and vague pricing, Purity Bay is your people. And Tyler? Tyler is your guy. He made water exciting. That should be on a plaque.

Don, my sales rep, was very patient with my HOA . Due to their rules I had to have my softener…read moresystem installed inside my condo. That caused issues with the HOA over the need to change some outside plumbing. Don and Tyler came to my condo to meet with them and explained the process of changing the piping into my condo. The installer did a great job, kept me in on the process every step of the way. Everything was neat and tidy. He took extra care to make sure that everything was clean before he left. I expected a price increase due to all of the extra time they had to spend with the HOA and the re-piping process, however, that did not happen. The price stayed at the original quote. I am now enjoying, having soft water inside my home. And I would definitely recommend them.
