    I've used these people three times that I can think of. Today was installing new light fixtures on deck and porch. I called one day before my appointment and they told me they can get someone there the next day. They offered between 1-5pm window. Lo and behold I get back home at 1245 and there was the van waiting patiently nearby. The electrician (Jeremy) pulled out his tablet, went over what we wanted done and quoted me a price. We went ahead and he got right to work. He ripped out all three extant fixtures and put in new ones plus bulbs. He was done in less than an hour too. It required rewiring and connecting the new stuff to my electrical, of course. As far as their service goes, they called me back right after we hung up and offered me an appointment for an hour later the same day! Anyway, Jeremy was there before the start of the window and was ready to go as I stated earlier. Very nice, polite fellow too. One extra thing to say here about their service...I received an email detailing who was gonna show up, that I would be called before he showed up...That email contained Jeremy's photo and credentials with verified background check (it comes with a QC code for proof). Beyond that, their website offers online scheduling too. What actually happens is that one's request for service gets sent to their office. They say they shall respond soon with a call or an email...they called me straightaway Monday morning to get things set up. Their site offers different categories of service from which to choose, along with "coupons" for discounted service charge. Since their normal service charge is a bit steep: take what you can get. They also send printed coupons to their customers for "free" service charge. Too bad I didn't see I had one, f***ing fool that I am! All in all I'm quite pleased with what I received in terms of service and punctuality. To be honest, the quote of just over $400 was kinda shocking to me (no pun intended). At the same moment I realize what a good company this is and the professionalism they provide. I highly recommend them yet again!

    Great attitude and service, absolutely outlandish pricing model. Shopped around and the quote was consistent 4x other quoted prices.

    Couldn't even make it out of my car before I encountered terrible service. I have a large re-wire…read moreproject coming up and have been searching for a good electrician to help me on my plans. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened. I realized that when the employees were outside smoking cigarettes which is not an issue. The issue I have is that a man broke out of the group and started pacing my car and I started to feel uncomfortable. The man darted out IN FRONT of my car and stopped causing me to stop in my tracks. At this point I didn't know if I was getting robbed or what was going on. The man started to get upset and say this is private property back up and leave. He was blocking me from accessing the other exit of the parking lot and insisted I go back out the way I came which happens to be where the group of people were hanging out. I tried to call the office and was told the owner would be in around 10am. When I called back nobody answered and over the period of 30 minutes I had 2 no answers and the lady Aubrey answered the phone stating "we know who you are and you have called four times and left a message for her to call." 2 of the calls nobody answered and I only left one message for the owner/manager to call me back on the voicemail. The tone in Aubrey's voice was telling me that I was a problem, and she didn't want to deal with me in a courteous manner. I never told her why I was calling but did say it was a personal matter. I never once raised my voice with these people and treated them with respect even when they were not showing me any. This man and Aubrey are not representing this business in a good way. My job was going to run me close to $10,000 for a rewire but there are way too many other companies out there that deserve the business. I won't spend a dime here. Still waiting on the "owner" Kathy to call me back. At this stage of the game I'm not sure if the owners name is Kathy at all. To follow up on Kathy's response. There were no cars at the GREEN light at the intersection and as a handicapped person I don't just go for the first parking spot available in most cases. ALSO, your sign states that there is only one entry, which is exactly what I was expecting. The fact there is actually 2 was unexpected. To be frank I was expecting to have to turn around, which is why I went past the more busy parking area. Bottomline is Kathy is going to fabricate reasoning for her business's bad behavior. I won't continue this back and forth but just leave you with food for thought. What if after hiring this company you had a dispute? Is this the way the company handles them? Create a false narrative to justify their position and safe face?
