They responded within a few hours and I spoke with TJ to get the initial quote. On the day of the install, I received text messages on the estimated time of arrival. Calum was the assigned technician and showed up on time for the install. They all the equipment ready for the install and it took roughly 40 minutes to complete the install of the EV wall connector.
