I found GulfStar Electric initially through an approved vendor list and saw their very positive Yelp and FB reviews. I contacted them through their website for a quote and provided several pictures of my garage and exterior electrical unit. They responded within a few hours and I spoke with TJ to get the initial quote. On the day of the install, I received text messages on the estimated time of arrival. Calum was the assigned technician and showed up on time for the install. They all the equipment ready for the install and it took roughly 40 minutes to complete the install of the EV wall connector. Much to my surprise, they didn't even have to turn off the main power to the house which was great. Overall they were fast, efficient, professional and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and cleaned up the site at completion. Would definitely recommend and use their service again read more

I recently had Gulfstar Electric install my Tesla home charger. I filled out the contact form online and within 20mins someone called me back to explain my options and prices. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. The day of installation I received a text advising me that the installers were 15mins away which was great. There were two installers and both were professional and explained in detail the process. They did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company read more

From the initial call to the final installation, this could not have been a more pleasant and professional process. I've worked with a couple of electrical companies here locally and they have been very good, but these guys are great. They have the handle on communication, continuity, and courtesy. Grayson and Watson were so knowledgeable about the product and process. Also, had a great conversation about bbq's! Bri was in constant contact with me; typically, when I give customer service our gate code to pass along to the tech, I get a call asking for the code. Not this time; she was on it the first time. TJ was my first point of contact, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in his own right. All my questions were answered with confidence, I felt assured this was the firm I needed to use. I did not get any other quotes. Just impressed. I wish more organizations where like GulfStar Electric! read more

It took me nearly a year to finally decide get my Wall Charger for my Model Y Tesla installed at home. Once I was ready I called Gulfstar Electric. I want to give a shout-out to the owner, Devan for doing an awesome, professsional job. He not once tried to upsell me but gave me all the important facts so I could make an informed decision to get a new electric Panel installed. Being in the real estate business for 39 years I have seen my fair share of electric panels that should be replaced for safety reasons. Now I can sleep better at night and finally start charging my Car at home. If you are looking for a reliable electrician I can only highly recommend Devan and his Team. read more
