Incomplete product, missing bracket and missing crystals. After arriving we discover the Quality was very poor. Not impressed ! Customer Service very poor, No purchase invoice number Final Charge without approval ! Yes I supposed to get a phone call but!!! Again SVC? Not Really. So I colled the Company and reported the missing Bracket and over 40 of crystals, in few days I received my crystals but not my Brcket, basically I have NO Chandelier. No Bracket=No Chandelier ! 3K in the Box. We had to order one trough my electrician. By the way the White House pic. On World Class Lighting is so deceiving ! if WCL stands for Quality and SVC why so many Negative Reviews ? At this point I like to know who inspected my Chandelier ? With only a one year warranty, the company wouldn't do anything for me even though the website says the lights have extremely long life. My bad for not reading reviews online before buying this. My suggestion is to buy a bulb-type light for half the money and with a 3 year warranty.
