Navigating through the permits and having inspections done is a pain. I waited to find a company to come do my electrical needs because all the other big name companies during the aftermath skyrocketed their prices so I waited. Ben and his crew came out and gave their estimate which is affordable and reasonable. They worked on my schedule including weekend service so I did not have to miss work. When the crew came to my house they were professional and compassionate. I called to request refund but they refused and threatened to give a lien to me. I called the police about this. It was an unauthorized work, they cannot charge me without a quote or consent. Despite my location being a bit outside of their service area (north of Tampa), they accommodated me and even gave me an appointment after hours (6pm and later). This flexibility was immensely appreciated. Jairo was the main person who responded to my inquiry, while many other companies just had secretaries or robots respond to my inquiry. Being a Yelp user for many years, I know how to sift through companies that care more about volume than their customers. Jairo was honest, fair, and incredibly kind. Some companies would've given me a run for my money, playing on my lack of knowledge about outlets and what not. Jairo did nothing of the sort. He let me know that there was one main GFI that was controlling the rest, and helped me make an informed decision before deciding to replace it.
