Josh was on time both days for the electrical panel install. The office called and informed us of the past 8am arrival on the 2nd day due to supplies pickup (always appreciated to be kept in the loop on arrival times). electrical work accomplished per spec and Dunedin permitting inspection completed the next day. All good. Josh's assistant, Taylor was respectful. An aspect of the job that was VERY MUCH appreciated is my handling the communications and permitting with the City of Dunedin, which allowed for a $400 reduction in price. Over the past year have developed a rapor with Dunedin community development and the permitting office personnel, Jen, Alycia, Shannon, chuck, Laura, Vern, Jerry and Jay. When they first came out the estimator gave us one price. We ended up adding some things on. The kids, because they were very young, sweet by inexperienced were nice. I didnt understand how you plan three days for a job that should have taken a day or a day and a half until I watched them work. One of the guys did nothing pretty much but hold the ladder once in a while. It has been over a year I think and the lights they put in my closet, have completely fallen from the ceiling , the light in the outside patio area has not worked consistently and now doesnt work at all. They sent out different people each time, no one experienced enough to get it fixed. We paid for it I am certain mo0re than once. Do not use them. The staff doesn't not have the experience or the training to do the job. I know we were charged incorrectly and overcharged at that. I would not use this company again. read more

Just like the freaky installers that you use. Generac should stand by their product and offer a solid customer service experience but they do not. I had a system installed 4 years now and have had nothing but continuous issues one after another after another. (No exaggeration we've had so called "techs" out here at least 10 times with zero results. Fairly certain it has something to do with the unskilled "kids" that installed the System.. it has been a horrible experience and so now I have 2 bills; one for the solar that doesn't work and one for the power company that always works and demands payments or we go without... even with generac battery backup we still have 2 power bills now. Thank you for the headaches, the added expense, stress, frustration and for NOT standing by your customer service or product support. Come get your garbage off my roof while generac destroys my credit rating... Think I'm gonna call Tesla. Be gone and go away. Never again! read more

Highly recommended! We *finally* upgraded our living room lighting! Our 1970 house didn't have any overhead lighting, so we've had this dang ikea lamp for YEARS! We were so tired of it! The new lights are dimming and the switches work with Alexa! Driven power was able to quote us and complete the job within a week! The team was very professional, and very knowledgeable. They trouble-shot our wonky 1970 wiring, so that everything works seamlessly. Really nice guys, I enjoyed chatting with them, and they cleaned everything up. We were at the end of a 7 month renovation of my 90yr old mom's condo due to an upstairs unit flood and discovered a major electrical issue. The electrician that came recommended arrived and said that the brand new plaster and walls would need to be cut and cut out, kitchen cabinets removed and he even went as far as to remove the cover of the breaker panel taking the new paint with it. He then submitted his estimate for $2800. My mom almost fainted. I came across Driven Power Systems and booked an appointment for an estimate. Joshua and Eric arrived promptly, they had with them all the tools and electrical pieces and they said that they could remedy the issues that day without all the cutting and removing of walls and cabinets. Within a few hours the place was done, only 1 small 5x5" hole was cut in to the drywall behind the microwave. These 2 worked diligently, professionally, quietly and made this a stress free experience. They double and triple checked everything before cleaning up after themselves and leaving. The price - 1/4 of the first guys estimate. I truly can't say enough about these 2 and the company. Even my mom was impressed! I just had a kitchen reno done and noticed the outlet to the dishwasher did not look like it was up to code and did not feel comfortable plugging our brand new dishwasher in to it so I reached out to James and asked him to come take a look as the contractor told us it was perfectly fine to use. He confirmed my suspicions of it not being up to code and immediately got me on the books to be repaired. His two man crew showed up on time and were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do. They also fixed a plug outlet that was burnt and moved our oven outlet for us. Full house remodel & they never got it right. County electric inspector supervisor re-inspected our house Aug 3rd. He said he wouldn't live in the house for fear of fire. It's pretty bad when u push GFI plug in bathroom the kitchen lights come on. Plugs don't work, installed a light with no light switch, etc. Our permits started Oct 2021 & I still cannot live in my house. I know they rewired house at least twice & still non functional electric areas. House is red flagged because of electric & inspector said we cannot live in it. I fired contractor & Driven Power. UPDATE 2020: We still use Driven Power Systems for our home electrical. By now they've done wiring for a hot tub. Their quotes are competitive, and we still like the owner and his employees. They're growing, so it was a little disappointing to not see the original guys come out, but we've used them at least 3 separate times now, and the owner(s) is still very involved in the day to day business. When we got another quote it was quite comparable to Driven Power Systems, but the difference was....we could go with some no-name company that we don't know that might cut corners...or we can go with what we know works, and we trust their electric work. They know the specs and meet them. So when it came to our hot tub recently, it was not worth is to pay $50 less to go with Joe Blow working and living out of his truck. Total job cost was over $1,000. Essentially, the price is warranted by the quality. And they are the first we call. Simple as that. We are not friends or acquaintances, but I have told the owner when something went well, or when there was something I saw needed improvement. And he was receptive to it. Then, they think they can show up at your house whenever they feel like it and THEN give you attitude when you are not home because you never confirmed. They read my message and ignored it. Careful, they will charge you for time they don't go to stores on things and their hourly rate is crazy ($179/hour). I was originally told that they "needed to go to the store", then they refused to provide a receipt when asked for $129 for outlets, then charged me 2 hours of time to do so- when they completed the job in 1.25 hours. A few outlets Oh My! I was told they "round up." When called them out on the fact no receipt was given, the owner had to call me and ask me what the "problem" was. Well, let's see, you charge me for time to go to a store for products you already had with you, then you overcharged me for products that cost $23 per plug I can see online. Then he tells me there's a 70% markup because I could have gone to the store myself. But you DIDN'T go to the store, you can't provide a receipt and you still want to charge me for time to "go to the store." Shady business practices. read more

They sent out Josh, who is an amazing estimator and used to be a service tech and in less that one hour he was able to, not only identify but, fix the issue with 3 of my light switches and install the light fixture on my patio (which 3 people tried and failed to install properly) and get the connection solid so it no longer worked sporadically. I was quoted 1400 to fix these issues by another company but instead I only ended up paying for a simple service fee thanks to Josh and Driven Power Systems addressing the issues right away during what was t be a simple an estimation! I took down a ceiling fan in an old house. When I went to hook the new one up there were some obvious problems that I could not trace. Driven sent a team out quickly. And for the second time on this old house, the service was stellar. Not at the beginning since they sent a team that was new to trouble shooting. But they only charged me for 2 hours out of 5 hours of climbing up and down in the attic. The next team fixed the job in 1 hour, (little more experience in trouble shooting,) and didn't charge me for the time. Did the work, but had bad experience with owner. This was work done at rental house in another state so I admit that makes me a hard customer. They sent the bill for the work so I ask renter to confirm work was done then sent out check and sent text response saying the check was sent. He responds with a text a few days latter saying if I do not respond today about check he will put and lien on the property. So he missed the response about the check, OK, but to go nuclear and threated a lien when he could have ask a few days ago if the check was sent is not reasonable. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. Hired them to move my pop meter in preparation for having a pool installed. Communication was great. James was on time and walked me through what they would be doing both days.
