I literally drive from Wesley Chapel to Clearwater for this place. The products are great, they test it before you buy, no matter how busy they are. The prices are outstanding. Automatic 40% off list for tools and then 50% for other items. Pretty much all of my tools have been purchased here, and I just bought a generator the other day - yep - they tested that for me as well. Whoever does the hiring, they're really good at their job because the employees are super helpful! read more

I bought a generator and bought the 3 year warranty with it. Brought it with my receipt to prove my warranty. They said that part of the store (that did warranties) is no longer in business. What? Wait, you sold me the warranty and that part of the business closed a year ago. How convenient. So tired of companies taking advantage of people. I will be following up with trying to get this warranty fulfilled . Nachos here we come oh my God. read more

Price is good but the customer service is wild. The guy approached my mom and I with an attitude saying "can't you see this is already sold" like yes it was to us. And then when he packed our stuff in the car he was smoking a cigarette, we both have asthma, and he didn't even put it out so now our car smells like his smoke. Very rude from the jump. read more

Dishonest people watch out. Their products don't hold warranty although they lie that they do. Not only that on an item they said is 150 at Home Depot is actually 99 You really can't trust anything they say. read more

Excellent customer service and selection - the gentleman showing me where items were located also helped me decide what type of saw I needed. All the staff was so helpful, and very friendly. Good selection, but it changes day to day, so check in if you miss "your fave" that visit. Will be back for sure! read more

I love this place. Staff is super helpful, and they have amazing prices. Always look in the box and have them test what ever your buying. They will do the test right there with you. Very simple return policy. Keep your receipt, bring receipt and non functioning item back and they simply give you another one If you bought something you decided you don't want l, bring back with receipt and they'll give you store credit. Pretty straightforward. read more

I heard good reviews about the prices and selection, so we ventured out from the Trinity area to check it out, specifically in search for lighting and fans. I'm not sure how they get their products, maybe what's leftover from/didn't sell at stores likes Lowe's? There was nothing that really caught our eye. Except for the fact that only one employee we saw was wearing a mask. The two in the front, maybe owners(?) weren't wear shields or masks or anything. So if you are immunocompromised, elderly, or worried about getting Covid, I would avoid. read more

Decent prices just check your product carefully as sometimes the condition might not necessarily be what you're expecting. read more

Your Home Discount Warehouse - Sent me an item with a cream in it when selling as "Like new" condition buyer beware. - Hardware Stores Near Me - Clearwater, Florida

I bought a evaporative fan and took it home. Tried it out in a small room to see if it would get any cooler. After 3 hours of running on high, the temperature in the room did not lower even one degree. The fan was blowing good , but no signs of cooling. I took it back to get a refund since the cooler portion of it was broken. Mike the manager argued that the fan portion was working (although They never put water in it to check it) and I would only be eligible for a store credit. After much discussion, the manager said he would give me a refund, but only if I did not shop at their store anymore. What? Unbelievable the way they treat a customer! read more

Amazing products at discount prices. The guys are all really nice and very friendly. They didn't mind when my 4 year old son was asking all kinds of questions being curious about the items for sale. The products all look new or just damaged boxes. We bought a Ryobi lawn mower for half the retail price and it works amazingly!!!! read more

Driven here multiple times for them to tell me on the phone and to get there and then tell me they don't have it. Don't waste your time here they are reselling returns so there's A 50/50 shit you'll buy a broken tool read more

Worth a trip if you looking for discounted items that have been returned to big box stores. Not fancy, but employees were very helpful and I purchased two items that saved me $150. Before you go download Home Depot app. and use it to scan the merchandise bar codes. It will tell you what the full price retail is and this place discounts by 50% I was told by employee who checked me out that if any problem (missing parts etc.) they have a very liberal return policy. read more

I returned a fan the next day after I purchased it because the pole was not secured to the base. I too, like others had a problem with "Your Home Discount Warehouse" policy for refunds. One sign says "NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WITHOUT THE YELLOW RECEIPT; I had my receipt and I expected a refund. Then the cashier points to another sign and proceeded to tell me the first sign was step one and the second sign was step two. I was beginning to wonder if she was giving me dance lessons. I told her that makes no sense at all, and after a few words regarding this discrepancy, I said, OK, fine, give me the credit. At that point, she told me I had an attitude. I simply said, "EXCUSE ME, I'M A CUSTOMER". She backed off a bit, gave me the credit and I went to the tool store and purchased a couple of things from there just to use the $15. I had made a decision at that point, that I was not going back to "MY HOME DISCOUNT WAREHOUSE" AND I HOPE OTHERS WHO WISH TO PURCHASE FROM THEM, WILL READ BOTH SIGNS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM. read more

This is my go to place for all my house needs!! I will recommend this to anyone. Great tools selection. Great everything. Now yes sometimes things are broken... just keep your receipt like any other business!! How do they know where you bought it from without proof! these tools are shipped around so some things might be broken or not working after purchasing but what I recommend is to have them look in the box if they didn't already do that for you which they usually do. If the item that you buy is broken they will give you a refund, if you just don't like it they will give you store credit which I love store credit!! That just means I get to spend my money on tools without the wife yelling at me! Well in all fairness this is a family owned business, they care about everything! Just talk to them like you would a friend. Don't be a Karen. Be nice and they will too! Tools are 40% off and everything else is 50% off. You can't go complaining now after they are doing nothing but trying to help you buy great products at cheaper prices. read more

Make sure it works before you leave. I had a bad experience and wanted to share I bought a bandsaw because it was a good price along with a nice dual bevel 7 1/4"saw which i needed i didn't need the bandsaw until today and when I removed it from the box to use it didn't work I promptly returned to the store and showed them it wasn't working to my dismay first he tried to tell me that it had been working and was checked at the time of purchase until he found out that the purchase was made 50 days ago then he was all about oh of course sir I would have exchanged it if it had been within 30 days "I have 3 more right here. Now mind you this is clearly a brand new saw never cut anything at all clearly making an awful noise The manager Starts pointing to a sign that says returns within 30 days you shit outta luck. You can send the saw in to milwaukee for repair. I can understand a short return time limit if you are changing your mind or if you didn't need it but isn't the seller breaking the deal when they are not selling a working tool in the first place? read more
