The Furniture Guys had EXACTLY what I wanted and the price was right. We purchased the sofa and are very, very happy with it. 6 months later and we need a new mattress and as we all know MATTRESS SHOPPING SUCKS! I made the typical rounds with the well known major bed retailers. I had two sales people literally follow me out of the store and I thought one guy was going to break out in tears when I left. It was awful. We found a memory foam with gel mattress at the Furniture Guys that we liked earlier in the day. We found others that we liked as well, however the price was usually more than double of what we liked at the Furniture Guys place. We went back, tired and hungry after making the rounds and tried the bed out again and decided to take it. This was on a Saturday afternoon and they said they could deliver it that day! I wasn't expecting anything before Monday so that was a bonus. The delivery guy didn't show up until 7:00pm that night but they did get the bed there. Sunday morning I wake up at 4:00am in back pain agony. I was convinced that I could not sleep on that bed and went back to the store to find out what my options would be. The receipt he gave me the day before was for someone else, so we got that switched out. George was very patient with me and listened to my concerns. He explained that going from a coil bed to memory foam will take some adjustment and the mattress will become less firm with use. He suggested that we give it a little time and if we were still unhappy he would make it right. I took him at his word and lo and behold slept like a baby the second night! However, in looking at my receipt after we got home, I noticed that I was overcharged by $53.00. I called George and he issued a credit right over the phone. I do believe it was just an honest mistake and he was quick to fix it. I totally recommend this place and I will return in the future for sure. Love the couch and the mattress. His prices are crazy good too!

Her name is Melody O'Neal and I would not hesitate to recommend her, in fact, I have to three people who are just as satisfied as I am. I purchased an entire living room set and a dinette set, then went back for coffee and end tables. I was in there three times before actually purchasing first time there was a gentleman who unfortunately had walked away and then I met Melody. I am very glad that I did because the three other times that I went in she was very attentive yet not hovering, gave me a lot of information yet not pushing it down my throat and in the end I think the main reason I bought from Kane's, not only for the price that I received and the great sale which she called me back for at Labor Day, but it was 99% Melody. It was a really good experience. As far as the Furniture quality- only time will tell but so far I love it. Anyone thinking of going to Kane's on 19 please ask for Melody O'Neal you won't be sorry!

The seat sags and I have to use an additional cushion. (I weigh 240 lbs but I'm 6' 3" so that shouldn't be an issue.) From day one, I've been sweeping up stuffing from under the couch. Last night, the recliner broke. It no longer stays closed, the foot rest is always out. Total garbage, poorly made, and overpriced. Years ago, when I was in my 20s, I bought a living room set from a traveling furniture salesman whose showroom was in a hotel conference room. I paid less than 1/2 of what I paid for this couch. That furniture remained in like-new condition until I sold it 15 years later. Yep, inexpensive furniture from a fly by night traveling furniture company lasted AT LEAST 5 times longer than a couch from a "reputable" company. Absolutely pathetic! I will never again shop at Badcock.
