We are always given a snobby attitude, if acknowledged at all by the woman that's always working (the one with the attitude that is almost laughable considering how she presents herself as though she just gave birth, rolled out of bed, and went to work). Now, after seeing her disgusting, bigoted, uneducated social media posts (now deleted) about hurricane Helene's devastating damage and how they made it about racism and politics. Nor will they offere free shipping like the manufacturer offers (with free returns also if needed). The manufacturer also throws in an extended warranty for free. So I will probably go with the manufacturer.

If they do not believe me when I tell them their product is defective they are free to hire an inspector to come look at it. This should not be my responsibility. I do not sell defective products and if I did I would most certainly apologize and replace free of any charge. It's THE RIGHT THING TO DO and it's good business. We will see and I will update. City Furniture could refund the $150 it cost me to have defective product they sold replaced. After purchasing the defective mattress from City Furniture I was required to pay $50 to inspector to confirm defect. I was then required to pay an additional $100 for them to deliver a replacement mattress. In short, because Serta made a defective mattress and City Furniture sold this defective product I was required to pay $150. More than if I had simply received a good product to begin with. These cost should have been absorbed by City Furniture because they sold the poor quality product causing me substantial inconvenience, who then, if they wished could recoup them from Serta who made the poor product to begin with or simply not sell poor quality products.
