At Home is located in the old Burlington location in the Fresh Market strip center east of US 19. The store is massive with a large variety of merchandise. It has everything from furniture to kitchen utensils. The store was clean and well stocked. I would recommend this store if you're just starting to furnish a first time apartment or home. What a fun place to go to. People are friendly and helpful. The sales are really good but so are the regular prices. It's kind of an addictive place to go to. So much to look at. Lots of parking spaces. Bring a sweater because when you walk through the front door you get an blast of freezing arctic air. But it's fine after you walk around. Pretty cool and interesting store. I hadn't been to any previously. Someone working at a nearby furniture suggested it. I was surprised. It's a really good size store with a large variety of items. I'm sure I'll be back. We can't get everything from Target and Costco. I was looking for something very specific. It had to be small because I don't have a lot of space. It had to be priced low because... Well, you know. I found something in the furniture section. It was a little dinged up. I was curious if I could buy it at a discount. There was nobody I could find in the vicinity. I carried the item to the front of the store. I had no intention of carrying it back. I'd either get it at a discount or leave it there. The young lady at the front was very knowledgeable and helpful. And she was pleasant. She told me I could get a 15% discount or I could speak with the manager. That didn't sound fun but I thought, "why not, I'll give it a shot." I'm not really a talk with the manager kind of person. Most often I'd sooner just leave. This was a bit different though. It took a little while but I wasn't in a hurry. Once the manager got there, I showed him a few scratches and dings on the item. He quickly agreed to authorize 50% off. I guess it was a win. As I mentioned, I was a first time customer. I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality or price of this one item. It worked out well in the end though. Also, I saw a lot of nice, interesting things while I was walking through the store. I'm sure I'll be back. I mean, while I was waiting for the manager, I signed up for the rewards program. What delightful store with so many different merchandises including outdoor and indoor furniture, and every thing in your home. The cashiers were super friendly and the young man that worked the isle help me locate what I was looking forward. Be prepared to spend hours in this store as it is huge and so much walking around for odds and ends to add to your home. Highly recommend and great customer service. read more

There was one person that really stood out from the rest her name was mikayla she helped me find stuff i didn't even know was in the store and was so thoughtful even though it was busy, it was above and beyond with her helping me very sweet person and very knowledgeable about the whole store. This was my first visit to At Home, and it was a bit overwhelming - the store is HUGE! They carry a little bit of everything when it comes to home decor. Some areas have a better selection than others, for example the seasonal items take up a good part of the store, so you're likely to find something there to fit your needs. The kitchenware section was quite disappointing though with very limited options when it came to pots, pans dinnerware and kitchen gadgets. There were a few specific items I was looking for which were nowhere to be found, and I had to atop by another local home goods store to find what I needed. Overall, I would shop here again, especially for seasonal decor. Prices varied - some were reasonable, and others were overpriced - it was hit or miss. They did have some unique options I had not seen at other locala shops. I wouldn't count on finding everything you need to decorate or fill your home needs here though. For most basic needs I would still turn to Home Goods. read more

This place is huge and if you need to pick a theme for your decor you definitely can do it from here. Lots of selections for every aspect of your home, indoor and out. Also good for buying house warming gifts and wedding gifts. I only give it 3 stars due to the pricing. I thought many things were overpriced. Home Goods may be smaller but the prices are better. Very recently opened At Home store on Rt 19 and Enterprise Road in Clearwater. Direct copy of all other AH stores, larger than it looks from the outside. They were still stocking some areas, so there was a bit of navigating through some aisles required. Not much to review that would be different from any other AH store. Typical holiday section, outdoor furniture, lamps, small tables, art and wall decor, pictures, stools, and picture frames. We prefer to shop at these stores for these goods, rather than the never-changing DIY stores and smaller budget stores. The selection is much larger, and prices just as good. I also find their holiday selections to be more encompassing than smaller stores. If your looking high-end, this is not the place, nor is it bargain-basement outlet quality. I visited At Home for the first time yesterday. I was really expecting to get some great deals after looking at the website and seeing some great prices. The store is huge! To my surprise, it was empty of shoppers with maybe one other shopper besides my family. I saw absolutely no staff throughout the store within the hour I wandered about, which is fine I guess because I didn't have any questions at the moment. As far as prices...holy moly was it expensive! I was looking for everything garden (pots, planters, deco, chairs). Every pot and planter I could find was so overpriced. Small planters that I fell in love with were $40. The only ones on "sale" were small plastic ones that I could still find cheaper somewhere else at regular price. Outdoor planters with no hole in the bottom for drainage were $60 or above...thousands of them! I kept thinking "no wonder there are thousands of them". I can hold them in one hand, no hole for drainage and its $60? The clearance section consisted of washcloth bundles for $5 which is the normal price for TJ max and shower curtains marked down to $20. Hmmmm, no. Everything else in clearance was either cracked or broken. On the brighter side, there are a lot of neat things in there. There are some really decent gifts and silk plants and home goods. I found some pretty cool metal music sculptures and tall artificial trees and chairs that would be neat to have (if I had the room). In a nutshell, this is not a bargain shoppers paradise but it was an interesting experience. I might stop in again once I have a coupon but something tells me 10% isn't going to make much of a difference. read more

If I could rate this store a ZERO, I would. The "store director", JODI WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! We had originally placed an order online and had an issue. Their website is junk. It says our card was declined. However, it had charged our card a couple of times(i have a screeshot of all the issues). We had called the store and spoke with Jackson and he said he doesn't deal with online orders. After a few minutes, the issue resolved itself and had put the money back in our account. We had called the store again and advised Jackson that we would still like the item but did want to use the online ordering and asked if he could put the product on hold before we drive an hour and a half. Jackson placed the call on hold for a period of time and the call got disconnected. I called again and was not even upset because I understand things happen. Jackson placed me on hold again and said he couldn't find the item. I said i will just come to the store as online says it's available at that location. Jackson OFFERED to give us a 10% discount for the trouble. Went to the store today and told the associate about what Jackson had told me. Jackson was not available but Jodi the director was there. The associate told Jodi the situation and Jodi gave me an attitude right from the get go. The very first thing she told me was " WHAT TROUBLE??? She said it in such a rude way that it caught me off guard. I JUST WANT TO REITERATE THAT YOU GUYS OFFERED THE DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!!! I never asked on the phone and have never been that type of person. I told Jodi to not worry about the discount as it was causing her too much trouble to provide a good customer service!!!! I have always been nice to store associates and i even said sorry to the nice associate that rang us up cuz she had to see that. WHAT A GREAT ROLE MODEL TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
