I'd had this place on my list of stores to checkout while furnishing and decorating my new place in Clearwater for a couple months now and finally happened upon it by accident! So clearly i was excited to go in and check it out. While they have a bunch of super-cute things, I find them so ridiculously overpriced..... but everyone else seems to love them. I probably would've gone with 3-stars had there not been so many other 5-star reviews. I don't want to bring their rating down, but at the same time i did not make any purchases because i just found the prices obnoxious. Considering most of the furniture is old/used/re-purposed, the prices they're asking are retail for brand-new stuff. I get that people put their hard work and energy into fixing stuff up, but there has to be a balance. Overall, it really is an ADORABLE shop. It's decently sized and there's plenty to see. In fact, I'm guessing you probably miss seeing half the stuff because there's SO much! You could almost walk through each section twice just to be sure you saw everything! If I were in the area I would stop by again and see if I found anything I loved. Definitely check it out for yourself, and make your own opinion. You may just find something amazing. And there is a range of knick-knacks, kitchen towels, decorations, all the way up to full-sized furniture (tables/dressers/nightstands/etc). If you're in the area, give 'em a try!

Nor will they offere free shipping like the manufacturer offers (with free returns also if needed). The manufacturer also throws in an extended warranty for free. She does everything right starting by being a good listener. She talks to you like she's your sibling watching as you try out selected mattresses. Alexis helps you select the pillow that will align your head properly. She not only has great product knowledge but she explains why certain features will benefit you so you get a good night's sleep. I visited all the area bedding stores and Alexis is the only one who went above and beyond to ensure the customer makes a purchase where you'll be satisfied for years to come. Delivery was a disaster! I paid for Premium delivery where the bed is delivered and set up. Drivers just dropped off the boxes and declined to set up. They said they had no notes or orders to set up. I finally, tediously cut through the boxes and plastic and set it up myself. I immediately called and could not connect so I drove to the store to ask what happened. I got no help from a manager. He kept stating no refunds. I returned later that week and received nearly $100 refund for failure to set up. There's a big disconnect between sales and distribution which diminishes the good feeling I had as a buyer. When I returned to ask for my refund there was a line at the counter with other disgruntled shoppers. Not a great impression. Lessons learned. I was very disappointed that the manager on duty didn't engage more and try to understand or resolve my delivery issue rather than ignoring it with a cavalier attitude. He was very defensive. The seat sags and I have to use an additional cushion. (I weigh 240 lbs but I'm 6' 3" so that shouldn't be an issue.) From day one, I've been sweeping up stuffing from under the couch. Last night, the recliner broke. It no longer stays closed, the foot rest is always out. Total garbage, poorly made, and overpriced. Years ago, when I was in my 20s, I bought a living room set from a traveling furniture salesman whose showroom was in a hotel conference room. I paid less than 1/2 of what I paid for this couch. That furniture remained in like-new condition until I sold it 15 years later. Yep, inexpensive furniture from a fly by night traveling furniture company lasted AT LEAST 5 times longer than a couch from a "reputable" company. Absolutely pathetic!
