Now it's 11/13 and I am told that all the work I did to move my bed was a waste. So now it's scheduled for tomorrow and I have to sit here without a bed due to someone's incompetence. No type of assistance, no type of consequences for the mistake. Nothing took place except for an apology, however I am still stuck without a bed at this point. What does an apology actually help in this moment? How does that help me get a bed or put my house back together as I wait for a delivery that has been pushed back for two days now? Disabled and now without a bed that is needed. This is how this company will leave you. Guess my previous review jumped the gun. I was told that they know for a FACT they will not bring me my mattress today and pretty much I am out of luck. So I can see how they do not care about their customers. And I was told what the RED FLAGS are however how is that a red flag for me as a customer and not the company. Definitely seems like this is my fault as the customer and not the company who promises delivery dates. I was told the delivery was scheduled as an ASAP and not scheduled as it was supposed to be. Meaning that it was never set to be delivered and stated he said the customer would call to setup. How does that make sense? So the delivery not being guaranteed is not an excuse that can be used here. Because whoever answered the phone around 12:15 pm on 11/13 at this location let me know that this establishment does not care about their customers and does not make sure their job is completed. Also, they don't attempt to make things right when it is their fault. They just make excuses. I also have an email stating that it would be delivered today and it was delayed from the 11/12 date. It's now approaching July and still no resolution. There is no way a warranty claim should take seven months! Two techs have came out and refused to do any work on the couch because it needs to be replaced. El dorado is still fishing for a company who would be willing to do it. That should not be on me. I have lost three days of work dealing with this issue and all they want to do is say sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry doesn't pay the bills. We are stuck with a couch now that looks like we picked it up from Good Will. Buyers beware take your business somewhere else. El Dorado should be ashamed how they treat their customers.
