I have lost three days of work dealing with this issue and all they want to do is say sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry doesn't pay the bills. We are stuck with a couch now that looks like we picked it up from Good Will. Buyers beware take your business somewhere else. El Dorado should be ashamed how they treat their customers.
