Steve is a true appliance professional with many years experience. His breath of knowledge greatly assisted in our selection and purchase of a new GE Profile Refrigerator. Additionally, he was so professional and friendly interacting with us as thought he had known us for years. As we completed the sale, Steve also registered the warranty for us and set up delivery. Delivery was absolutely perfect, on-time, and pristine---It was the best delivery experience I have ever had. Famous Tate has their own warehouses and delivery personnel---They set up and tested the refrigerator, removed all the "blue protective film", and did a great clean up before departure. The value was superior beating even the best price of some of the "other Home/Hardware type big box store's prices". Service and quality is a top focus at Famous Tate--making sure you have a least 30 days to test out your appliance. Although my new GE refrigerator ran perfectly from the the very start, Famous Tate assured me if there had been a problem, Famous Tate would step in to help get it resolved with the manufacturer. Patrick arranged for installation with a contractor Tate's uses and everything went well. The contractor called to make the installation appointment and showed up on time. The installers were obviously professional and knowledgeable and installed my new dishwasher in just under 1/2 hr. That included installing an electric socket ($85 surcharge that I agreed to when making the appointment), testing, and cleanup.

An appointment was made, but they never called to tell us a time window. He called them and had to get an appointment for later in the week because they forgot about us. However, the service we received was excellent. We opted to have both the washer and dryer repaired, he had the necessary parts with him. The $150 fee was applied to the total cost which was a lot cheaper than buying refurbished or new appliances instead. We're happy with them and will use again if we need to.

Initial perception- clean, polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, ON TIME! He troubleshooted ( is that really a word?) quickly my 30 year old Sears washer. We talked about brands, how the parts work, why the part didn't work-- this made me comfortable with his tech knowledge The part was not available so sold me a used set. He said was clean, only used my a little old lady on Sundays. The price was competitive so I said ok He came next day and to his word , the w/d was spotless!! There was a strap dent in the dryer-- exactly as the described it previously He installed then and had them running in no time and even brought the old set to the curb I guess in summary, responded quickly, about honest as the day is long, correctly assessed my old washer failure and said the timer was not available ( I checked online afterwards and was the truth, not a timer to be found). I came out of the hospital and I needed a recliner to elevate my legs and I was unable to walk. I called them up. I told them my situation -Nick was the person who answered the phone. He asked me what features I was looking for and told me he would send me four pictures of different recliners for me to look at and if I needed more just to let home know. From those four I picked one and ended up getting it delivered to me in the process. It was Nick, Rob and Bill who all helped me and they all carried on from where the other one left off with no issues. I didn't have to wait for anyone to call me back. I got my answers anytime I called. When my chair came the two delivery men, Sam and Rodney were super polite and awful nice and made sure it was all set up and ready to got before they left. When Eric initially called he explained how to go through diagnostic procedures that could very well take care of my problem totally free of charge. Sadly, this didn't fix the problem but gave Eric enough information to follow through with even more free advice. He actually came to our house to verify that I had done all I could. While he offered to find the parts & fix the Samsung washer, he indicated that this would not be my best option moving forward due to prohibitive part costs & other related concerns. He took the time to research an identical model (mine was a custom color) which would get me back online, but would still leave me with a unit that is prone to problems. So, Eric & Freedom Appliance could have easily talked me into a costly repair but instead gave me good advice (in my own home) where they didn't make a dime. In that I had already had problems with my Samsung dryer & any replacement other than an identical washer would not match, Eric suggested appliances that he knew would hold up, which again, he didn't make a dime on. He even suggested that I get full warranties on my new appliances, once more, leaving him with no option to make a dime on me. I offered to pay for a service call but he declined. This was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. While I don't look forward to any further appliance issues, Freedom Appliance will always be my first call if I am in a bind. Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan). Lo and behold, that's what it was, and he knew so before he got here. He had the new fan on his hand when he rang the doorbell. Another nice thing is that he cleaned all the gunk out of the chill cabinet before replacing shelves and contents. All in all Jacob was here for maybe 20 minutes! He answered our questions plus a few tips for best usage and upkeep. He also indicated that otherwise our fridge was running well and normally. I truly am edified by how quick, courteous and efficient Jacob is: especially for being a younger fellow. As usual, I give Jacob as enthusiastic a rating as I can muster.
