Even though they had the appliances for well over a month, no one bothered to confirm that all the correct pieces were there. We have an oven without proper ventilation due to their mistake, it is still unusable and even though I have made several calls, no one has reached back out. It has been weeks now, not days. I have spoken with managers and sales people add left messages more than once. Crickets. This is the reason for the one star rating.

They refused to replace the furniture or return my monies back for three months. I received all my monies back b4 Christmas and it was exactly all my monies which they kept for three months. Total of $999. I would think twice b4 doing any business with these people.
