I felt like I was there for hours trying to make the right choice on my new mattress. He was extremely helpful and patient and took the time to listen to my needs, wants, heard my feedback and tried the best to get me with the one I wanted. I did the sleep test which really helped narrow it down for me. I ended up getting the TEMPER-ProAdapt Medium Hybird along with some other Temper products (mattress protector, sheets, pillows) all the things! I got such a great deal for Black Friday and left with what I wanted. I can't thank George enough for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend shopping at this location first and ask for George he'll take really good care of you. He definitely knows his stuff!

First of all on the planned date, delivery guy called me and said I have a King size frame and Queen size mattress there must be something wrong. I was upset but i kindly called back and asked them to fix issue immedieatly. They explained many bla bla and re-set delivery for next week after 4 days. I kept quite and waited and guess what happened? 4 days later i got a King size frame with Queen size mattress, what a suprise! I called them and ask replacement on my mattress again and after few days they have done this replacement finaly.. But my suffer didnt end there. After a month i just didnt think this is not the right mattress for me, as they advertise on return policy they are not telling you exactly that you have to pay for the gift frame which is useless , awful and 600 USD appx. Ups plus the re-stock fee , so you decide would you deal with these people again , no never! It was my first time in their store and i swear it will never be again. So I m stuck with uncomfortable matress and i will thorw away their sh..ty frame , this costs me 2K. I learn from mistakes , i hope you guys think twice before step in this store.!

Not calling him a salesperson because he was far more than that and never pressured me into anything; he gave me choices to try and that was the key. This store carried the brand and mattress I was initiallyU looking for. He helped fine tune my decision by educating me and allowing me to lay on different mattresses, firmness, pillowtops, etc. until I ended up changing my mind for the better. Some things you shouldn't buy without trying and to me mattresses are that kind of item. And with a Labor Day Sales discount I knew it was time to strike after much research via the Internet. But I would have made a mistake if I had just bought without a visit. This is a family run business and it has that level of charm and dedication that you don't get in chain furniture stores. Unfortunately, this is the only 2nd review on Yelp and deserves more reviews.

That's what I failed to do with Premier Mattress direct in Palm Harbor, even though I really really tried. I won't buy a face cream without researching extensively peer reviewed scientific studies on the ingredients. I'm a data nerd - I use my science degree way more in my personal life than professional life. I didn't want to leave my house and drive 5 minutes to a brick and mortar store because my entire shopping history is internet except on vacation - and I work from home so need a good reason to leave. I couldn't sleep. I was exhausted and hurting from side sleeping in my forties on a bed that was too hard and too old and way to freaking hot while living in Florida. I realized that I needed a solution fast but got analysis paralysis online and feared I'd end up With another piece of crap off the app we all order from. My breaking point was coming home from an Airbnb vaca where i slept through the night...every night...for every day in the week for the first time in many many years. The worst part was that the Airbnb bed wasn't even that good and should have been replaced long ago. After getting home and starting the pattern of not sleeping again, I needed to do something different. I am in consultative sales which makes me the worst person to ever try to sell to because I see through it, I'm suspicious and a detective of manipulation and a "Karen" when I want to be. When a business does me dirty I perform what my family knows as my digital reign of terror - posting my opinion with proof everywhere if a business makes no attempt to resolve it. I went to Premier mattress direct with extensive knowledge and distrust of the mattress industry. I didn't care for the strip plaza it's located in but since there was one stellar breakfast spot I had been to that is always packed, I went in. No one tried to sell me anything. There is such a different feeling when a person is genuinely helpful versus a slimy lying sales rep. I ordered a very nice mattress and was educated on the benefits of hand tufted compared to bed in a box. There's pros and cons end really subjective to the individual. The next day I woke up and put on my fraud detection hat for work as I do every day and after seeing some old complaints across 6 BBB pages for the manufacturer (not for Premier mattress direct) then I second guessed my purchase. When I called to cancel, Dylan was nice and polite and said no problem without objection but invited me back to test alternatives because I really was losing it from lack of sleep. That night the part owner was there. He went above and beyond explaining his concern for how I felt and put me on the phone with the manufacturer who explained they they no longer had affiliates due to lack of quality control and that's why they only have one centralized headquarters now: he gave me his cell phone number as was displayed on the screen of the store owners cell phone I was talking on. He did this even after I told him about my reign of terror and that I had free legal services from my job. Then the part owner spent a lot of time showing me less expensive options and after two hours - my intuition and experience concluded that shockingly...these people were genuinely trying to just help me get a good nights sleep. I've never been more impressed or happier with a purchase and I'm the most skeptical person on earth that didn't want to believe good ethical business people still existed. I've never written such a long review but go ahead and walk inside premier mattress direct and tell me that you don't end up thinking that stores like this beating out big box stores wouldn't end up creating a better world for everyone.

Picked up with a truck and drove 2 miles home and a 20 ft walk inside where 2 people were extremely careful unloading it. Whether it was a manufacturing issue or damage from the loading guy in the back being extremely rough with the box (he drug it down 3 stairs and slammed the corner into the pavement) - the manager was not willing to make it right. We were expected to re-box it and bring it in, order a new one and wait. OR we could pay $150 to have it delivered 2 miles from the store. It's really convenient to have an OUTRAGEOUS delivery fee and if you don't go that route they can fall back and say damage happened in transit. There is no damage to the box in any way. Extremely disappointing experience for a $1,000 table and a first time customer. I'm just happy to know that this store and brand is not reliable, it will save us a headache in the future.
