We were quickly turned away and told the pillows were not refundable and there was nothing we could do. If I was to just buy the new pillow, it was $209. The pillow I bought was thrown in at $1 due to buying a mattress. So yeah.... Don't expect much from the store once you're no longer a possible commission.
