I feel this sales person left out some important points about the washer - 1. no speed cycle for hot water, 2 the delicate cycle leaves clothes "wet". The first time I called and explained the issue, he said, "you are over your return time, you'll have to deal with the warranty company" or it's probably your vents, which it wasn't since they were just cleaned. I asked if the repair people have COI's, he said they'll have them. The warranty repair ppl came out and left because they didn't have this paperwork. When I called the warranty company, they said they wouldn't cover anything since it wasn't drying the clothes from the beginning. Then I called and spoke to a manager, he explained the functionality. I said it would have been nice if the sale person could have pointed these out upon purchase. He told me that this is how they work and he's never had customers think otherwise, basically insinuating that my functional requests were very uncommon. I told him I would never be purchasing from Famous Tates again, because I could get the same lack of customer service or information from an online purchase. This was my LAST purchase from Famous Tate's.

All of a sudden, the salesman stated "Ok, bye, have a good one" in a totally dismissive manner. He did not say this in a friendly tone and immediately walked away from us and sat down at a desk, completely ignoring us until we left the store. My wife and I were very confused by his behavior since we had been friendly toward him during the entire visit. His statement was extremely sudden, rude, and out-of-line, ending any chance of us purchasing a bed there. I don't write many reviews but wanted to share the experience we had. In fact he encouraged to lay on it even longer than I would have thought normal in a store to really get a feel for it and let my body make the decision. Long story short. Joe helped me pick a mattress that feels like laying on a cloud with a great price! He made my day by just being a wonderful guy and not being that stereotypical salesman that we all love to hate. We went in after we bought out mattress and pillows to see if we could exchange a pillow in the box, with all paperwork, in the plastic wrap (slightly open), and they refused to even look at the pillow. We were quickly turned away and told the pillows were not refundable and there was nothing we could do. If I was to just buy the new pillow, it was $209. The pillow I bought was thrown in at $1 due to buying a mattress. So yeah.... Don't expect much from the store once you're no longer a possible commission. No sympathy, no "im sorry", no care at all.
