Both of these guys deserve a raise and maybe Home Depot should considering hiring people over 40 since often people under 30 or not equipped with customer service skills sets.

One, the prices hurt more than the drive over the bridge to civilization, and two, they never really had a person there who seemed like they cared. Finally we have BOTH. Very fair pricing at a store you actually want to go visit, even if only to say hey. And if what you need is not in stock, they will have ANY thing you could imagine for you in a day or two. They also took out the hose that was attached to my waterline. To do this they had to turn off my water to the sink and that's how they left it!l if I turn the water back on, it comes spewing out through the T pipe that was put in for the dishwasher hose. I talked to somebody at Home Depot who knows about plumbing and I got a little 3/8 inch cap with an O-ring in it that I could put on that T pipe and stop the water from coming out until my new dishwasher arrives.

As a customer, I had no idea that I would need to purchase the blade separately. I feel as though I was unfairly charged additional costs, and this has left a negative impression. We measured the space, met with one of the kitchen and bath designers, Terrence, and told him we were looking for cabinets made with real wood instead of particle board (or as close to real wood as possible these days). Terrence was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He told us to look at the brands Schuler and KraftMaid and luckily Lowe's has sample doors available showing every design those brands carry. We were able to compare prices for two designs that we liked and he showed us a digital mock-up on his computer of what the cabinets would look like and printed them off for us to take home and mull it over for a few days. We chose the KraftMaid cabinets and are eagerly awaiting their delivery.

Recently moved to St Pete Beach and wanted some Adirondack-style chairs for the back yard. I'd…read moredriven by Island Time on numerous occasions so decided to stop in. The chairs are extremely high quality. They are made from a material that has the texture, weight and strength of a dense wood, but is synthetic plastic (HPDE) that comes in a large number of colors, and is made from 90% recycled material. The color is not a surface coating, it is manufactured into plastic, so it will not flake off or fade. The hardware is 316 stainless so it will not rust in the salt air. The owner negotiated a fair price with me for two adult chairs and a child chair and delivered them for free the next day. Since it was a surprise, he additionally told me that if my wife decided she'd prefer any of the other colors after seeing the selections I had made, that even if it were colors he'd have to order and manufacture, he'd come swap them out later for me free of charge. These are not the garbage you see in front of Home Depot for $20. Those are cheap formed plastic that will fade, blow away and/or crack in the Florida sun and heat. These high quality chairs probably weigh a solid 50 pounds, so they're substantial. You can order a number of options, such as high, low, foot rests, ottomans, two attached to a center table with or without umbrella, so on and so forth. It sounds like the owner will make just about anything you want if you need something custom. Loving mine, and we feel like it's island time every night we watch the sun set over the water from them.

It just opened in fall of 2014, is in an excellent location right in the middle of the city near city hall and is very well stocked with anything you could need for a painting project. In addition to paint and paint supplies, there are numerous books of wallpaper options SW also sells. Now, regarding the staff, unfortunately they're still coming up to speed on the product line, so I don't believe they came from another store. For example, my wife asked if there were any paint options that had some sparkle to them; we were confidently told no so we believe it. We kept browsing the store though and what do you know, there is a display for the "Faux Impressions" line of products, which, you guessed it, includes an ingredient that makes it sparkle, or as SW describes it, "Glistening flecks are revealed as your eye follows light reflecting across the surface." So they do indeed have exactly what the sales person told us they didn't. In any case, I'm sure they'll get better with time as the store had only been open for a month or so at the time of our visit.
